Tell us about the journey that led you to launch your brand Limitless Her…

Everything in my life lead me up to the moment of starting my business and becoming a life-coach.

I have always felt I had a lot of potential. I lived life creatively and loved to help others. I became a Manager and found that I was naturally a great communicator and coach. However, throughout my career I felt that something was missing. I was excelling in a career that did not spark me up inside. I was also in a relationship for 7 years that I hung onto the belief that ‘it will change, it will get better’. My reality felt out of my control, never feeling good enough, my life not being my own and being on autopilot. Work, sleep, eat, eat some more, clean, overthink, travelling here and there, looking at others who seemed to living life freely whilst I remained to feel stuck! I often wondered why I felt so held back. I asked myself is this what my life is going to be? There came a moment, when enough was enough. I decided to take action and change my life. The change I desired felt like a mountain. I was considerably overweight, I was in a relationship that I realised was very mentally destructive, I had to reconnect with my friends and family, I needed to rediscover what brought joy into my life. I desired an existence of freedom.

You see the person I am now has always been there. Even growing up my dad drummed ideas into my mind using Tony Robbins cassette tapes and none of it truly made sense until I decided to go on my own journey and discover the possibilities that occur when you challenge your beliefs, when you recognise that you are the driver of your own journey.

I ended my relationship, I explored career options by working 4 jobs in 8 months, I overcome my anxiety and depression, I started to lose weight and redefine my lifestyle. I reconnected with friends and family and fuelled my mind. I hired a coach. I joined a course with an organisation called GRIT, this was truly my first official introduction into life-coaching. It sparked a flame within me. Everything just made sense so naturally! My dad who inspired my journey enabled me to discover Ontology ideology and gain my qualification as an NLP practitioner. It was clear to me that this was my passion, my passion is to create powerful positive impact and change. I discovered key ideas that propelled me to step down from my full-time management position and launch my business during the Pandemic! What better way to help and teach other humans to gain insight in how to freely live out their potential and have a completely new outlook on themselves, life and business.

What’s been the biggest challenge you’ve faced and how did you overcome it?

Believing in myself, although I did not notice it at first. I felt that everything around me, people, environment, external resources was preventing me from unlocking my potential and achieving impactful things. With my own discovery for growth through study, mentorship and coaching, I came to understand that I am my most powerful tool. It is easy to think that a solution to your problem right now is something outside of you or someday down the line. That is when the solution is the most hardest to find. When you open yourself to a new way of thinking, the solution find its way to you.

Talk us through an average business day in your life…

I wake up and the first thing I do is read. I have my book by my bed and start my day this way. I usually eat, have coffee and check my emails and prepare for my morning calls. My way of preparing for calls is to reflect on the previous session and getting into ‘the relaxed zone’. After my calls I usually go to the gym or work out. I will eat again, freshen up and mark in a few hours of project work. This can vary through the week but includes social media posting, engagement, planning, writing my upcoming book and programmes. Life balance is very important to me so I always make time for self-care or spend time with friends and family!

Business can be an upward struggle at times, what do you do to stay positive?

I am a very positive person, and by following the process I outline in my upcoming book, allows me to remain positive. With practice it becomes natural to talk to yourself in a positive context. When I recognise I may be saying something negative to myself, I reframe it.

Another massive factor is having my own coach! Not only do I have someone to talk to, they assist my growth and keep me accountable.

What is your go to quote when lacking motivation?

I read my affirmations I created for myself. Moments when I have a breakthrough or key lesson, I write an affirmation that is true to me and lesson I want to carry with me. I think it is important to be careful how you go about writing affirmations. If you do not believe in the affirmations it could actually have the opposite effect! One of affirmations is “I am worthy, I am working towards my dream every day, I have all the resources I need to change lives and bring value”

How much has social media played a role in the success of your brand?

Most of my clients come from social media. The other massive factor is engagement and relationship building.

How do you want people to feel when they first see you?

Comfortable and curious.

Our readers love to travel, what destination is at the top of your bucket list?

Puri in India. Puri is one of India’s oldest cities and very rich in history and ancient architecture!
