Go around the neighborhood asking whether anyone’s interested in what you have to offer, maybe your next-door neighbors have an anniversary coming up or maybe their cousin is getting married in a month. Being masters of your craft isn’t something to hide, show off your work, and credibility with confidence. If you can’t find anything there, look around your own family, maybe a cousin or maybe your elder brother who moved out a while back. If you’re still stuck, which let’s face it, is understandable in such a competitive world, fund your own projects.

Surprise your parents with a celebration of their wedding anniversary, plan out your brother’s birthday party, and fund it yourself. It’ll be frustrating at first but it’ll eventually pay off, at the very best it’ll show people where you come from and what you represent, a willingness to work hard to get what you want, and at the very least it’ll just come off financially troubling you. If you don’t think you have what it takes, learn how to become an event planner with sufficient and extremely good courses for a very affordable price, these courses will not only help you become more successful, it’ll provide you with an insight into what it’s like to be an event planner if you’re just starting. They also provide you with a CEP certification upon completion of their courses, this certificate will not only make your resume shinier, but it’ll also make you look like someone that’s not messing around and wants to do this.

You shouldn’t be afraid to ask for help, it doesn’t make you look weak, if anything it comes off as brave that you chose to trust a certain individual to plan out your event.
