Our gal Hannah Tan-Gillies and roving doggy rePAWter TeamCocopup Charlie checked into the Kimpton Fitzroy London for a stylish dog friendly staycation that pulled out all the stops.

Undoubtedly one of London’s most luxurious addresses, everyone certainly knows about the Kimpton Fitzroy. But did you know that the hotel offers a whole menu of luxury pet pampering services too?

In April, Kimpton Fitzroy teamed up with luxury dog-walking and day-care company The Hound Hut to offer VIP guests (very important pooches) a truly elevated hotel experience. With this, hotel guests can book royal pampering and dog walks around Bloomsbury straight with the hotel’s concierge team. The services include two to three hour walks and even day care services.

We love that there are no size, weight or breed restrictions for pets at the Kimpton Fitzroy – which goes to show how deep their pet-friendly policies go. Plus, TeamCocopup Charlie is allowed in many common areas including the lobby and Burr & Co. These incredible pet-friendly policies can be attributed to the hotel’s adorable Director of Pet Relations Winston, who (if you’re lucky) may be there to welcome you with a paw and tail wag.

Our stay began with cocktails at Burr & Co, an all-day pub/café concept which is the perfect spot to enjoy a welcome cocktail or get work done in front of leafy Russell Square.

We stayed in one of the elegant one bedroom suites, which boasted some incredible park views of Russell Square. The spacious suites feature a separate sitting area, a gorgeous four poster king-sized bed, a beautiful balcony and Nespresso machine and tea facilities. There is also a dog bed, dog bowls and treats for Charlie – which he absolutely adored.

The crowning jewel of the suite has to be the bathroom which is as Instagrammable as they come. Here, you will find his and hers sinks and a roll top tub – complete with a separate walk in shower.

Upon arriving to the room, we were greeted with an absolutely scrumptious vegan chocolate cake, which is a testament to the quality of service at Kimpton Fitzroy. I informed the hotel in advance of my dietary requirements and so the cake was an absolutely brilliant little treat.

Dinner was served at Galvin Bar & Grill, which is a modern-day twist on a classic British bar and grill as envisioned by Michelin-starred brothers Chris and Jeff Galvin. The opulent dining room is a sight to behold as is the menu – which will undoubtedly tantalise your taste buds.

For starters, you cannot go wrong with the Carlingford rock oysters nor the Dorset Crab & Piquillo pepper croquettes – which perfectly exemplify the simple, yet Michelin-star quality of the Galvin brothers’ cooking.

We went all out and ordered the Tomahawk Steak for two, which was succulent, perfectly charred and seasoned. Paired with the hotel’s fabulous selection of red wines, this meal was certainly one for the books.

We ended our evening at Fitz’s, a handsome bar lounge that boasts plenty of ambiance. Picture dark wood interiors, Art Deco velvet banquettes and an air of sophistication all around. Fitz’s was named after Charles Fitzroy Doll, the original architect of the Kimpton Fitzroy London. Its ‘Theory of Colour’ Menu offers 14 carefully crafted cocktails inspired by different works of art. It is a multi-sensory treat and the best way to end an evening at Kimpton Fitzroy.

As we tuck in for the night, with Charlie sleeping soundly in his luxury dog bed and I in the cosy comforts of my four poster bed – it became clear that Kimpton Fitzroy London has mastered the art of luxury hospitality not just for two-legged guests but for four-legged ones too.

Our girl Hannah Tan-Gillies ventured into glitzy Sloane Street to sample the newly-introduced Seed to Skin Treatments at the Carlton Jumeirah’s Peak Fitness Club & Spa.

Towering high above Sloane Street’s swanky luxury shops is the Carlton Tower Jumeirah. The hotel delivers Jumeirah Group’s famed Arabian hospitality and is home to Peak Fitness Club & Spa, which houses London’s largest, natural light-filled indoor hotel swimming pool.

It is also home to a state of the art gym and restaurant which offers breath-taking panoramic views of Knightsbridge and Chelsea below.

Located on the hotel’s 2nd and 9th floors, The Peak Fitness Club and Spa offers a selection of treatments and therapies designed to relax, awaken and brighten, from revitalising massages to deep cleansing facial and herbal remedies.

Its partnership with Seed to Skin Tuscany marks the first UK hotel partnership for wellbeing company and treats hotel guests to an array of relaxing new services at its Peak Fitness Club & Spa. This includes a signature ‘Candle Massage’ which we had the pleasure of experiencing.

To say that ‘The Peak’ takes your breath away is an absolute understatement. From the moment you set foot in the light-filled pool area, you are at once filled with a sense of calm. Balinese style sun loungers, separated by billowing cloth dividers, make you feel like you are in sunnier locales and offer a great spot to relax and unwind.

After an appropriate time lounging poolside, our therapist led us to one of the treatment rooms for our Candle Wax massage. A quick consultation is followed by a blissful treatment in which a massage candle, rich in skin conditioning ingredients, is delicately poured onto the skin and massaged with slow sweeping movements. Under your therapist’s expert fingers, all your worries will wash away and you will feel like a new human being after, refreshed, reborn and ready to take on another hectic week.

The Peak Fitness Club & Spa sets itself apart not just by the incredible treatments on offer and the breath-taking surrounds of the indoor pool, but also by the expert knowledge and hospitality of its staff, which is a stalwart of any Jumeirah property. We shall soon be returning for more.

Our girl Hannah Tan-Gillies ventured into Mayfair’s newest opening — Riviera — a chic French bistro that is bringing the joie de vivre of the Côte d’Azur straight into the heart of London.

With a warm colour palette evocative of the cafes and bistros of Saint Tropez and Cannes, Riviera is all about bringing a chic Mediterranean dining experience to life in gloomy ol’ London town.

Riviera is the brainchild of Alberto and Arian Zandi, co-founders of Emerald Hospitality Group. The Zandi brothers have imbued the once minimalist space with the sunny Mediterranean spirit of Nice and Antibes, the flavours of Cannes and the immaculate vibes of Saint Tropez.

The experience begins with cocktails at the Amelia lounge, which instantly transports you to the shores of the Cote d’Azur as soon as you enter. Picture plenty of vibrant sunny tones, rich textures and plenty of art that take inspiration from 20th century artists Pablo Picasso and Le Corbusier.

Amelia is the name of Le Corbusier’s infamous muse – and like Amelia, her namesake lounge transforms from casual cocktail spot in the day to a buzzy lounge bar complete with resident DJ in the evenings. Enjoying a cocktail at the Amelia Lounge is very much like stepping into one of the artist’s canvasses. Life truly imitates art at Riviera.

Dinner is served in the main dining room, which is accessed via an escalator that is once again is covered in art. Here, floor-to-ceiling windows give incredible views of St. James below, while chic velvet banquettes, raffia details, and warm summer colours evoke the ambiance of the Med.

We started with the fabulously fresh endive salad, which comes with Brillat Savarin and smoked duck breast, and the Lobster Salad with sweet lemon dressing. Both dishes are classic fares in the South of France – and yet Riviera manages to give them its own twist.

For mains, the Black Truffle slow-cooked baby chicken with sauteed wild mushrooms is hearty and delicious, while the grilled octopus (another Mediterranean favourite) as elevated with chimichurri and cauliflower puree. What culinary adventure to the South of France would be complete without pomme frites? and Riviera cooks their classic French Fries to perfection.

Goes to show that no matter if they’re serving a classic pomme frites – or the more elevated Turbot à la Meunière, Riviera does everything with the style and authenticity of a true destination restaurant in the South of France.

Blink and you might miss Al Dente, tucked amongst all the shops and take-aways on Goodge Street it blends in. Inside it’s casual, cosy and unpretentious with limited covers so if you want to snag a table here you need to pre-book or get there early. With a large ceiling to floor window, high bar style tables and minimalist black and white interiors its understated, but don’t be fooled by the décor, the food here is anything but understated.

The focus at Al Dente is the food and simplicity is at the heart of the menu, it reads like a love letter to Italy paying homage to classic Italian dishes like Lasagna, Carbonara and Gnocchi. There’s plenty of choice and the portions are large so you won’t go hungry. Start with the Piadina Caprese, a classic caprese salad toasted between crispy, thin pizza base or opt for the Arancini selection, perfect for sharing. The pasta is straight out of Nonna’s kitchen and cooked to perfection. My date ordered the Lasagna, packed with chunky, succulent minced beef, tomato and cheese sauce, rich and full of flavour. I ordered Ravioli Al Dente, a plate of soft, delicate buttery parcels bursting with spinach, mushrooms and ricotta cheese served with truffle and parmesan fondue.

Throughout the evening there’s a flurry of take-away delivery drivers picking up orders, the restaurant slowly packs out and is bustling with diners chatting while the waiting staff whiz around topping up glasses and serving up dishes.

The wine list includes a decent house white and red alongside bottles of punchy Italian reds and crisp, delicate whites. The Gavi de Gavi is fresh, with zesty lemon notes and ripe peach flavours that paired well with the ravioli.

If after the main event you still have room for dessert, the menu is full of authentic Italian options such as Tiramisù, Gelato Tartufo Bianco Affogato al Caffe’ and Cannolo Siciliano.

Italian foodies looking for an authentic taste of Italy will love Al Dente, it’s well worth a visit.

Get ready to immerse yourself in the enchanting tapestry of London’s past and present, guided by Laura’s keen eye for detail and passion for creating unforgettable moments.

London, a city steeped in history and brimming with modern marvels, holds a treasure trove of experiences for the avid traveler. And nestled in the heart of this vibrant metropolis stands the iconic Four Seasons Ten Trinity Square, a hotel that seamlessly combines luxury, history, and impeccable service. It was here that my mother and I embarked on a journey of quality time and indulgence, and little did we know, our adventure would be elevated from the moment we checked in.

As we crossed the threshold into the grand lobby of Four Seasons Ten Trinity Square, a sense of wonder washed over us as we beheld the sheer magnificence of its exquisite architecture. Every intricate detail whispered tales of the hotel’s storied past, and as it reached its centenary milestone this year, we knew we were about to embark on a journey that would add a new chapter to its illustrious history and we were about to become part of its new chapter.

Upon checking in, we were greeted with my three favourite words in the English language: “You’ve been upgraded.” It was a delightful surprise, and we couldn’t wait to see what awaited us in our newfound luxurious abode. The concierge led us to our room, and as we stepped inside, we were immediately captivated by its contemporary honey-oak features and the inviting ambiance it exuded. The generous space, complete with a separate living area, was a haven that catered to both my need for a peaceful workspace and our desire for a comfortable retreat where we could unwind and create lasting memories together.

After settling into the luxurious embrace of Four Seasons Ten Trinity Square, my mother and I sought out a hidden sanctuary within the hotel—a place where we could escape the bustling energy of London and immerse ourselves in tranquility. The spa, with its reputation for providing unparalleled relaxation and rejuvenation, beckoned us with promises of serenity. As we entered the spa’s serene realm, a sense of calm washed over us, for we had the entire place to ourselves. The hushed atmosphere, coupled with the soothing ambiance, transported us to a world far removed from the vibrant city beyond the hotel’s walls. The gentle aroma of essential oils permeated the air, lulling us into a state of complete relaxation. It was a hidden haven, a secret sanctuary that made us momentarily forget we were in the heart of London, and instead, transported us to a realm of tranquility and bliss.

Throughout our stay at the Four Seasons Ten Trinity Square, I was consistently impressed by the hotel’s impeccable attention to detail and their unwavering commitment to creating extraordinary experiences. After a day filled with exploring London’s iconic sights and indulging in some retail therapy, we sought solace in the confines of the Rotunda Bar.

As we settled into one of the plush armchairs, a warm cup of coffee in hand, we couldn’t help but be drawn to the alluring display of the traditional afternoon tea menu. My eyes danced across the descriptions of delicate sandwiches, exquisite pastries, and aromatic tea blends. The atmosphere was alive with the melodies of live music, creating an enchanting backdrop for relaxation and indulgence.

Sipping my coffee, I found myself immersed in the soothing ambiance, observing other guests relishing in the delights of the afternoon tea experience. It was at that moment that I realised I had found the perfect excuse to return. The allure of sampling the fine tea blends, delicate sandwiches, and delectable pastries became irresistible. I knew I had to come back and partake in this enchanting ritual before my stay at the Four Seasons Ten Trinity Square came to an end.

This delightful experience was just one example of how the hotel surpassed all expectations. From the impeccable service to the luxurious accommodations, every aspect of our stay was meticulously crafted to ensure our satisfaction. The Four Seasons Ten Trinity Square truly understands the art of creating moments that linger in one’s memory, and I found myself cherishing each moment, savouring the opulence that surrounded me.

Later that evening, dinner at Mei Ume, the hotel’s renowned restaurant, was an experience that surpassed all expectations. The fusion of Chinese and Japanese cuisines presented a delightful journey for our taste buds. From expertly crafted sushi and sashimi to mouthwatering Chinese main courses, each dish was a masterpiece. What impressed us most was the thoughtful consideration given to our sobriety. The attentive staff provided us with a sparkling tea alternative that perfectly complemented our meal—a stroke of genius that highlighted the hotel’s commitment to personalised service.

As we reluctantly bid adieu to the Four Seasons Ten Trinity Square, we carried with us the cherished memories we had created within its opulent walls. Prepare to be transported on a delightful adventure through time as I recount my magical stay at Henry’s Townhouse in the heart of Marylebone, London. From the moment I arrived, the enchantment began, starting with a warm welcome from Ann, the house manager. With a glass of something sparkly in hand and freshly baked macaroons that tickled my taste buds, I knew this experience would be unlike any other.

As I stepped into The Frank Room, one of the six uniquely designed chambers, I couldn’t help but feel a surge of excitement. It was as if the spirit of the Regency period had come alive, intertwining with Jane Austen’s captivating tales. The room’s design was a true labor of love, with vibrant colours and rich fabrics enveloping me in an embrace of elegance and glamour.

Every corner revealed treasures of the past, with sophisticated antiques and captivating artworks adorning the walls. Each piece seemed to whisper secrets from a bygone era, inviting me to indulge my imagination and embark on my own literary journey. I felt like a protagonist in a story, ready to pen my own adventures in this captivating setting.

But it wasn’t just the aesthetics that made my stay extraordinary; it was the attention to detail and the impeccable amenities provided. The Dyson hairdryer added a touch of modern luxury to my experience, ensuring my locks were primed for a night of unforgettable adventures. The organic bathroom amenities were like fragrant potions, rejuvenating both my body and soul, setting the stage for a truly indulgent stay.

In fact, I must confess that I found myself drawn to the beautiful, indulgent bath within the Frank Room, where I whiled away hours, surrounded by opulence and tranquillity. The soothing waters embraced me, allowing me to let go of the outside world and immerse myself in a truly blissful experience.

What truly set Henry’s Townhouse apart was the exceptional service and personal touch. Ann, the house manager, was a beacon of warmth and hospitality, ensuring my every need was met. Her greeting, with a side serving of charm and wit, made me feel like a cherished guest, and her attention to detail throughout my stay was impeccable.

To my regret, I had to depart early for an event and missed out on the sumptuous breakfast spread. However, the reputation of the freshly prepared breakfast offerings at Henry’s Townhouse had preceded my stay. Knowing that I missed out gives me the perfect excuse to return and indulge in the culinary delights that await. I can only imagine the burst of flavour and joy that the talented chef infuses into every dish, making breakfast a celebration of culinary artistry.

My stay at Henry’s Townhouse, and specifically in The Frank Room, was a journey that stirred my spirit and fueled my imagination. It was an experience that reminded me of the power of storytelling, of embracing history and luxury in a playful and inspiring manner. From the warm greetings to the sparkling conversations, every moment was infused with joy and wonder.

If you crave a retreat that will whisk you away to a world of enchantment, I wholeheartedly recommend indulging in a stay at Henry’s Townhouse. Let the rich tapestry of the Regency period and the genuine hospitality of the staff transport you to a place where dreams become reality. Whether you’re a lover of literature or simply seek a playful escape, this hidden gem will leave you with memories that will sparkle in your heart for years to come.

Taste London returned to Regent’s Park this June for it’s ninth year and whilst this food festival is well established and firmly marked in the calendar of London and out of towner foodies alike, attendees can always guarantee each edition will feel new and exciting with the promise of some of the best chefs, culinary people of note and producers alike.

This year was no different as crowds gathered under blue skies to witness the likes of Big Zuu and Ben Tish demo BBQ skills, sample goods from two Michelin starred chef Henrique Sa Pessoa, enjoy offerings from some of the capitals best restaurants including STK, Hoppers and Macceleio plus masterclasses and workshops.

Taste is a one stop shop for both experienced food lovers and those just starting out in their ‘holy moly I think I’m a foodie’ journey to come together and experience the best the capital has to offer. London is known for its culinary innovation and creativity and Taste manages to break down barriers and ensure some of the best chefs are accessible to everyone. Restaurants with long wait lists and high price tags allow everyone to sample their wares.

I have always championed the notion that food is more about than what is put on the table, it is about bringing people together, sharing plates, grunting at each other in sheer joy as morsel after morsel is consumed, discussing favourite bites and personal preferences and nothing showcases this better than Taste London – sitting and watching the crowd gently sway from one vendor to the next, trying samples, sipping drinks, taking a pew on an inflatable avocado whist pondering the next restaurant to hit. Everyone is there for the same reason, to rejoice in some of the best gastronomy our fair city has to offer.

The diversity on display at Taste is part of what makes the festival so magic – this year’s highlights included Visit Portugal showcasing some of the countries best chefs along with live fire masterclasses at Flames of Portugal Churrasco Cook School, Korean American Iron chef Judy Joo, vegan Caribbean specialists Likkie Dutch Pot plus and the OG Ramen slingers, Bone Daddies to name but a few.

Winning the title of best plate for me personally was the Hoppers Goat Taco which two weeks later, I am still thinking about – pulled goat shoulder sitting on top of a roti ‘taco’, garnished with gram crisps, herbs and pickled onions – it was a sensation!

After an amble around the park and a lap to pin point all the places we wanted to try, we walked to the VIP garden, arms laden with plates of the aforementioned taco, pork ribs, Korean wings and cocktails of Kulfi Colada slushis and Punjabi punch and here we sat, sated and watching the sunset over one of London’s best events, safe in the knowledge that London still remains king pin when it comes to food.

Visit Taste London for upcoming news and tickets releases.

Mozzarella aficionados will love Obicà. Situated on Poland Street, in the heart of Soho this bustling, Mozzarella bar is dedicated to this classic Italian staple. I recently visited mid-week to sample their new summer menu.

The restaurant has recently undergone a major refurbishment. Set across two floors, Obicà is casual and contemporary. Lots of exposed brick walls and metal combine modern elements with rustic touches. A large bar and open kitchen run the length of the restaurant and add to the whole dining experience, providing a lively backdrop to your aperitivo. With a cosy heated terrace its perfect for sipping an Aperol and enjoying alfresco dining during the summer.

Now, let’s talk about the star of the show—the food. Obicà specialises in mozzarella, and their commitment to using fresh, high-quality ingredients is evident in every dish. While the menu is centred around showcasing this humble cheese it also includes a delightful fusion of traditional Italian cuisine with innovative twists. The staff here are passionate about what they do and take pride in delivering an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well-cared for. The staff were knowledgeable about the menu, readily offering suggestions and ensuring that each course was delivered promptly and presented beautifully. My waiter insisted I try their mozzarella special, a selection of varieties from a classic buffalo to a unique smoked mozzarella infused with herbs. Each bite was a burst of creamy goodness that highlighted the excellent quality of the cheese I’d recommend a couple of small plates to switch it up a bit from just cheese. The Prosciutto Crudo di Parma DOP aged 24 months and Bresaola di Chianina IGP perfectly complimented the velvety, rich ricotta di bufala. I’d also order the octopus, it’s tender, succulent and was cooked to perfection.

The wine list features a variety of Italian labels, expertly curated to enhance the flavours of the dishes. Our waiter recommended a Sereole Soave, with a floral bouquet and overtones of elderflower and citrus, it was perfectly paired with our starter.

The rest of the menu comprises of pizza, pasta, salads, meats, and fish where the finest ingredients are at the front and centre of each dish. I opted for a ‘Nduja pizza and in typical Italian style it was fabulous. The pizza here is prepared with flour from Molino Paolo Mariani and sourdough yeast left to rise for 48 hours before being stone baked and topped with organic tomato and fresh ingredients from some of the best suppliers in Italy. My date went for the Cacio E Pepe, Obicà’s pasta is produced in Gragnano with the finest of Italian durum wheat before being bronze drawn and dried using the traditional Cirillo method. We were far too stuffed to have a desert, but the menu is full of delicious options that includes traditional tiramisù, Ricotta di Bufala and lemon cake and torta caprese with ice cream.

Whether you’re a fan of mozzarella or simply seeking a memorable dining experience, this restaurant is a must-visit.

If you were to cut me in half, you would see that I am a Northerner through and through. You only need to follow me on social media for approx 0.1 seconds to hear me waxing lyrical about my beloved hometown of Leeds. From the familiarity, the interactions with locals every time I step foot outside my door and my knowledge of when the traffic lights are going to change in any part of the city, Leeds is the epitome of My Happy Place. With that in mind, the thought of leaving my city to move to London had never even entered my psyche. That was until I discovered Goodluck Hope.

Nestled along the picturesque River Thames, the Goodluck Hope development by Ballymore is capturing the hearts and imaginations of Londoners and now it seems, northerners too. Offering luxury riverside residences and architectural marvels inspired by the area’s rich maritime heritage, Goodluck Hope is more than just a housing project. It is an enchanting secret island neighbourhood that is rapidly becoming one of London’s most alluring lifestyle and cultural destinations.

From the moment you set foot in Goodluck Hope, you can sense the air of exclusivity and charm that permeates the neighbourhood. The development seamlessly combines contemporary design with a nod to the area’s historical significance as a bustling hub of maritime activity. Ballymore has masterfully crafted a haven where residents can revel in the tranquility of riverside living while being in close proximity to the vibrant heart of London.

Penthouse Perfection

As I stepped into the penthouse apartment at Goodluck Hope, I was instantly captivated by the blend of industrial inspiration and contemporary luxury. Named The Lofts, these penthouses were the latest addition to this vibrant riverfront neighbourhood in East London, and I was fortunate enough to spend a night in one of their stunning three-bedroom apartments. The total set consists of 19 deluxe properties, with two-bedroom offerings starting at £916,000. The Loft L1102, which I had the pleasure of experiencing, comes with a £1,990,000 price tag. As I entered the penthouse, I couldn’t help but be enamoured by the loft-style design concept, which instantly made me realise that every single penny would be money well spent.

Originating from the artistic neighbourhoods of New York in the ’50s and ’60s, this concept has now found its home in East London. The Lofts at Goodluck Hope embrace the essence of modern living with their open spaces, lofty ceilings, refined industrial aesthetics, and expansive windows that frame breathtaking panoramic views of the River Thames, the iconic O2 Arena, and the City skyline.

As a huge advocate for #remoteworking, given that I have been living the freedom lifestyle for the last 11 years, it was refreshing to see the new work-from-home culture, and flexible living space at The Lofts where they perfectly cater to this post-lockdown trend. Each penthouse has its own unique character, and ours boasted walled gardens and a spectacular terrace overlooking the tranquil Thames. It was the ideal venue for an unforgettable gathering and soirée, as well as a peaceful oasis for moments of relaxation and reflection. Oh, and some work, honest!

The attention to detail in the penthouse’s decor was simply outstanding. Carefully curated to reflect the maritime history of Leamouth Peninsula, the interior design showcased elegant yet eclectic elements. The living room boasted a striking nubuck camel leather “Tactile” sofa by Vicenzo De Cotiis for Baxter, an exquisite one-off terrazzo vase by Natascha Madeiski, and bespoke rugs by Silk Avenue. The space also featured upcycled vintage speakers by Concept Object, connecting me to the soulful melodies played on an old vinyl record player and I instantly felt at home when I spotted a copy of Bob Marley’s album!

Delightful touches of deep indigo blue were seamlessly incorporated throughout the penthouse. One standout piece was “Blue IV,” a captivating mixed media painting on canvas by Marian Waldemar Kuczma, perfectly capturing the essence and character of Goodluck Hope. Organic-looking mirrors crafted from polished stainless steel by Zieta Studio adorned the walls, creating a sense of depth and reflecting the shimmering Thames outside.

As the evening wore on, I found myself immersed in the luxurious ambiance and breathtaking views. The views alone deserve a chapter and verse because I have never witnessed anything so jaw dropping in the heart of London. Watching the O2 Arena go from day to night was a spectacle in itself.

Goodluck Hope had succeeded in creating a truly unique and enchanting living space, where industrial heritage seamlessly blended with contemporary comfort. The penthouse at The Lofts not only offered a stylish and dynamic home but also provided a sanctuary in the heart of London.

Architectural Marvels:

Each property within Goodluck Hope showcases impeccable design and attention to detail. The architecture pays homage to the neighbourhoods maritime past, with nods to shipbuilding and dockside warehouses. The combination of industrial elements and modern luxury creates a captivating aesthetic that sets Goodluck Hope apart from traditional developments. Whether you choose a chic apartment, a stylish townhouse, or a spacious penthouse, every residence exudes a sense of elegance and sophistication.

Exploring the Cultural Tapestry

Goodluck Hope is not only a residential paradise but also a thriving cultural hub. The development’s close proximity to London City Island ensures easy access to a wealth of artistic and intellectual experiences. One of the notable cultural institutions that have found a new home here is the English National Ballet, which relocated from its central location to join the vibrant East London scene. Their new building not only serves as a rehearsal space but also features an exhibition area and The Barre Room, a delightful supplier of breakfast treats.

In addition to the English National Ballet, Goodluck Hope is also home to the Arbyte Gallery, a captivating cultural institution that showcases a diverse range of artistic expressions. The neighbourhood is further enriched by the presence of the London City Institute of Technology, a prestigious university campus that fosters creativity and innovation.

Discovering Independent Businesses:

As a female entrepreneur, I know all too well about the importance of surrounding yourself with positive influences and and that’s one of the true joys of living in Goodluck Hope due to the abundance of independent businesses and retail outlets that dot the area. A glimpse at this retail map reveals a vibrant tapestry of unique stores, boutiques, and eateries that cater to diverse tastes and preferences. From trendy fashion boutiques to artisanal coffee shops, there is always something new and exciting to explore within the neighbourhood. This emphasis on local businesses not only fosters a sense of community but also adds to the distinct character of Goodluck Hope
