This Christmas Pasta Remoli, the London pasta stalwarts Founded by Simone Remoli, will be embracing the festive period in a truly Italian fashion, with an abundance of food, seasonal treats and perfect presents for pasta aficionados. The Pasta Remoli Christmas collection has been curated by Simone, and includes a host of his favourite hand-picked Italian delicacies wrapped up in celebratory hampers, as well as vouchers to share with friends and family.
First up, and the most luxurious box in the collection of hampers, will be the Truffle Christmas Box (£90) which is a feast for four-six guests and includes everything needed to recreate Pasta Remoli’s enduring best seller; 1kg of handmade Truffle Ravioli, a silky creamy Mushroom Sauce, 24 month aged Vacca Rossa parmesan and White Truffle extra virgin olive oil. Those with a sweet tooth will be treated to Chocolate Torrone and the essential Panettone or Pandoro – a staple in any household over the festive period. To raise a glass to the season, the box also includes a bottle of Prosecco.
Next, the Carbonara Christmas Box (£75) will celebrate the classic dish with 1kg of Remoli’s Maccheroncini fresh pasta, Guanciale Artigianale from Amatrice in Northern Lazio, Pecorino Romano DOP and Free Range Eggs. This box also serves four guests and includes Chocolate Torrone, Panettone and a bottle of Prosecco. Serves four-six.
Both the Truffle Christmas Box and the Carbonara Christmas Box include Pasta Remoli’s signature homemade fresh pasta, made fresh in their London kitchen, as well as recipe cards, written by Simone, which make light work of the preparations so you can celebrate in style at home.
The final hamper is the ultimate gift for foodies – the Table for Two Christmas Box (£100) which includes a 3 course meal for two voucher, the perfect present for your loved one, as well as a homemade Torrone, Panettone and Prosecco.
