Put your hands up if, like TeamCoco, you like gin? Well, gin aficionados can enjoy a new Garden Menu through the rest of the summer.

The iconic London hotel has teamed up with trending premium tonic brand, Fever-Tree, to create a distinctive summer G&T menu and offer a series of gin masterclasses in its new Secret Herb Garden.

Tucked away on a tranquil terrace, alive with the heady scents of herbs and flora, gin fans will be able to sample a selection of refreshing gin cocktails from the hotel’s new garden menu, hand-picking herbs to complement their tipple.

The Secret Herb Garden’s daily special offer – available 7 days a week between 5pm and 7pm – includes two Monkey 47 G&Ts and a tapas selection for only £20*.

Booking in advance is not required.

Sample Menu

Beefeater, Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic, Chilli & Basil

London gin encapsulated. Complex and Juniper forward with a hint of spice and citrus notes. Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic adds a coolness to the warming spice. Pick 2 basil leaves, gently rub around the glass and add to balance the savoury freshness.

Beefeater 24, Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic,  Pink Grapefruit & Rosemary

Inspired by master distiller, Desmond Payne’s trips to Asia and drinking G&Tea, Beefeater 24 is infused with rare teas to give complex character. Snip a sprig of rosemary to pick out the Provencal herbs in Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic. A delicious mix.

*The G&T and tapas offer is available every day between 5pm and 7pm at £20 per person.
