That trend holds true today, only instead of a tank top, you are more likely to see a white t-shirt layered under dungarees, slip dresses, or spaghetti strap tops.
The 00s might have had some questionable choices, but that doesn’t mean there weren’t some fashion gems. In fact, we are currently wearing a few top trends that were popular back then, and the shift towards modernising 00s fashion is only set to continue into 2020.
