Food and Drink to Help You Celebrate Valentine’s Day
This year's Valentine's Day is in lockdown so here's a selection of food and drink to help you celebrate it
The most miserable month of the year has come and gone and now, with Valentine’s Day coming up, love is in the air. Aside from a perfectly squared calendar this year, we’ve got some treats in mind to make your February special. We’ve selected all the gifts and ways to celebrate Valentine’s Day about which any food and drink obsessee will get excited.
While we may not be able to go to our favourite restaurant or travel anywhere this Valentine’s Day, it doesn’t mean you can’t have a romantic move or two up your sleeve. From pink drinks to dinners to create the most romantic meal at home, we’ve got you covered so your Valentine’s Day celebrations will be just as special at home this year.
Lanson Le Rosé Champagne
Lanson Le Rosé champagne is one of the world’s first champagnes and benefits from more than 60 years rosé-making experience. We wouldn’t want to be dealing with any risky business when celebrating Valentine’s Day this year either. The rosé champagne is sought-after because of its pale blush colour and characteristic freshness. Simultaneously fruit and delicate, it’s the perfect treat to pop open this Valentine’s Day with your loved one(s).
COYA Mayfair has collaborated with Byredo to bring those celebrating Valentine’s Day a decadent rose-inspired Peruvian feast. Although we’re in lockdown, this Valentine’s Day will be one to remember, thanks to a finish-at-home tasting menu featuring tunat tostadas, wagyu rib-eye and lobster. Not to forget: there’s also a speical rose-shaped dessert, filled with lychee mousse and with raspberry, pistachio, frangipane and white chocolate and a playlist curated by the COYA Mayfair team. The menu will be accompanied by a two Cupid’s Arrow cocktails, a bottle of Veuve Clicquot Rosé Champagne and Byredo’s Rose Hand Wash, with opening notes of pink pepper and raspberry.
