Most of us spend our workdays sitting, and that makes all sorts of trouble for our bodies. That is why we have to incorporate daily activities that will keep us healthy. Thankfully, there are many ways to reach to do so, and one of the easiest is running. While you might not have the enthusiasm even to try it, we have five great reasons why should you give it a go.

1. It doesn’t cost you (almost) anything

The only thing you need to start running is a decent pair of shoes. When we say “decent,” we mean any pair of running shoes that your feet are comfortable with. You don’t need to buy the expensive ones as you are not trying to set a new world record. The same goes for other equipment. You probably already have shorts or sweatpants that you can combine with a shirt, and you are good to go!

2. It’s easy to track your progress

We are motivated to do better when we can see the results at any moment. What you can do is to install a fitness app on your phone, like Map My Fitness, and it will track down your progress. You’ll see all the basic info like your average speed, the distance you’ve run, or even the calorie count. You’ll feel excitement compared only to play Free Sex Games, and it will give you the will to continue.

3. Slower is better

Do you want to lose weight? In that case, you don’t even have to run hard! The formula is simple – it’s better to go slow for one hour than to go hard and finish your session in half an hour, dead tired. Take it slow and enjoy running, and if you have energy left in the tank in the end, do speed up if you want to. Listen to your body!

4. You’ll quickly see the results

Maybe you won’t believe us, but after you start running, you’ll need no more than three or four sessions before you realize that you are making progress. You’ll be to run faster and for longer distance, while at the same time you’ll be losing pounds. If you are not a morning person, running in the evening also has its benefits. If you usually crave snacks in the evening, our tip is to go running at that time. Your belly will stop grumbling, and once you are done, you’ll be tired but not hungry anymore.

While it’s perfectly fine to relax by playing Best Sex Games, always find the time to do something that will benefit your body. Running is the cheapest and fastest way to get yourself in shape, and it won’t cost you almost anything to try it. Take things slowly, and you’ll start enjoying before the results come. Track your progress, and don’t ever compare yourself with others. Find your pace, and soon running will become your favorite activity that will keep you healthy and happy.
