60ml Mango Juice
15ml Coconut Milk
15ml Milk Cream
25ml Passionfruit Syrup
1 Fresh Passionfruit
Try replacing 30ml of the Mango Juice with Koko Kanu for an alcoholic altenative.
(1) Measure out the mango juice, coconut milk, milk cream and syrup and pour into your shaker/Boston glass.
(2) Cut a passionfruit in half. Scoop the fruit from inside one half into your shaker. Put the other half to one side.
(3) Add plenty of ice to your shake and shake hard.
(4) Double strain your ingredients into a long glass that you’ve filled with crushed ice.
(5) Garnish your cocktail with the other half of your passionfruit and a flower.
