When we think about the soul, we automatically think of spirituality, which for recent years seems to have become a bit of a buzzword and a hashtag trend.

With the rise in people creating courses to teach you how to ‘create a soul lead business’ or people developing an interest in tarot, reiki or energy healing, more conversations are being had about the elusive topic. But for me, spirituality hasn’t been a hot topic for me now that it’s a word on everyones lips, it’s always been a part of me.

It’s not something I can learn, teach or really express in words but I have known, for as far back as I remember, that I am a spiritual being having a human experience. When you talk about the spirit or the soul, most people start referring to the book The Secret. One of which I read at the age of 19 and I thought ‘isn’t this how everyone thinks?’

I certainly always knew within me that there was a higher power, I didn’t need 198 pages of a book to confirm that for me. Since then I have read more and more books, including the Journey of Souls, which reiterates what I already know. That our time on the earth is limited but our souls will live on forever.

I hope with this edition you will go on a journey through the pages and discover the different journeys the souls of #TeamCoco have been on to bring you these stories, adventures and insights.
