Where has this month gone? One minute we were sad about the demise of September and *bang* before we knew it, it’s pretty much Bonfire Night. We even missed out on celebrating one of our favourite national events, Gin and Tonic Day (October 19th). If you missed out too – firstly, mark it in your 2018 calendar – and secondly, grab that bottle of Bombay Sapphire, you’re going to need it!

Pear & Ginger G&T

50ml Bombay Sapphire Gin

15ml pear juice

¼ fresh lime squeeze

100ml tonic water

Ginger slice, lime wedge & sage leaf

  • Fill a balloon glass with cubed ice in order to cool it, and keep the liquid as cold as possible
  • Build the drink over the ice, start by adding BOMBAY SAPPHIRE, followed by the pear juice and squeeze fresh lime, stir with a cocktail stirrer
  • Add tonic gently in to glass
  • Garnish with a slice of ginger, lime wedge and sage leaf
  • DRINK!

If this all feels like too much hard work, here’s our top gin bar recommendations from across the country who all created special Bombay Sapphire drinks for G&T Day and if you ask super nicely may just whip one up for you – CHEERS!
