At House of Coco we LOVE cocktails, probably a little bit more than we should (apologies to our liver!). We also love Crafthouse in Leeds who are teaming up with Opera North to offer their diners the ultimate stage experience, with an elegant dinner, coupled with exclusive tickets to the upcoming performance of Giuseppe Verdi’s hit opera La traviata.

Crafthouse’s penthouse sister bar, Angelica, is joining the opera experience by serving their La traviata inspired cocktail, featuring Bacardi Oakheart and Cherry Brandy. Diners are invited to create a name for this cocktail for the chance to win a dinner and show experience for two. To enter, applicants need to visit Angelica’s Facebook page or join in on Twitter using  #ONTraviataCocktail.

We have teamed up  with the head bartender at Angelica to learn how to make his take on the #OnTraviataCocktail

Ingredients:

25ml Bacardi Oakheart

20ml Cherry Brandy

25ml Pomegranate Juice

10ml Honey Syrup

Cherry Garnish

Method:

Shake ingredients with ice and double strain.

Pour into Martini/Coupette glass and garnish with cherries.
