Pierre Hermé And Green Bar At Hotel Café Royal Create
an Exclusive Partnership To Celebrate The Launch Of Fetish Glaces & Sorbets

The sun is shining and all of the team at House of Coco scream for ice-cream! Tomorrow on July 17th, Pierre Hermé Paris together with Green Bar at Hotel Café Royal will host a one day pop-up to celebrate the launch of Pierre Hermé’s Fetish Ice Cream & Sorbet: a collection of seven ice cream flavours masterminded by the Picasso of Pastry, Pierre Hermé.

From 12 o’clock, Pierre Hermé Paris will be located outside Green Bar on Glasshouse Street for Londoners to try brand new collection which is available in the UK for the very first time.

Flavours include: lychee and rose sorbet with raspberry sorbet, pistachio ice cream with strawberry sorbet, fresh mint ice cream with red berry sorbet, rose petal and orange blossom ice cream with candied ginger, vanilla ice cream with vanilla almond paste and vanilla macaron biscuits, chocolate ice cream with nougatine and Sarawak pepper and lime ice cream with raspberry sorbet and Espelette pepper.

The ice creams (235ml) will be offered at £6.50 per pot and can also be found at Pierre Herme Paris shop in Seven Dials, 38 Monmouth Street.

Inspired by the Café Royal Cocktail Book compiled in 1937, the Green Bar at Hotel Café Royal is a vibrant cocktail destination for contemporary Londoners and hotel guests.

Celebrating the diverse history of the location, the cocktail list features heritage cocktails alongside classic concoctions and a selection of small dining plates.

The perfect destination for those from East and West, the Green Bar at Hotel Café Royal is a unique addition to London.

Green Bar will also be serving a new ice cream cocktail in collaboration with Pierre Herme with Glace Milena fresh mint ice cream, red berries sorbet, Pampero Especial Rum.  Priced at £10, this cocktail is available tomorrow only to celebrate the launch so don’t miss out!
