Surrounded by nothing but turquoise lagoon that fades into the azure Indian Ocean is Anantara Dhigu and Veli Maldives Resorts, the perfect place to reset and reclaim your mojo.

With a renewed focus on wellness, the latest addition to the Anantara team of an on-property experts is Naturopath and Nutritional Therapist, Kelly Manning who works with guests, focussing on their nutrition to help overcome stress, sleep issues and unhealthy eating patterns, including those which may have built up over the past year, as well helping with immunity, digestion, weight management, hormones, skin and blood sugar balance.

In between relaxing in this private slice of paradise, guests can receive 90-minute nutrition and lifestyle consultations which result in a detailed assessment, a tailored diet, lifestyle and supplement plan.
