Rest & Relaxtion at the Spruce Point Inn Resort & Spa

The House Of Coco Team have  been all over the world the past few months. Our team loves a good excursion and this time we packed our bags and headed up to Boothbay Harbor, Maine for a week stay at the Spruce Point Inn Resort & Spa. Leaving from New York, it was about an 8 hour drive up to the resort and along the way there is a lot to see. Scenic routes, fall foliage, and big houses galore. Driving is the best way to go to get the full aspect of what you’re in for. The town seems like it is straight out of a movie, cute & quiet.

The resort sits on acres of gorgeous land surrounded by water. The guests have a host of places to stay. The resort offers houses, small cottages and rooms to stay in while you’re there. We stayed in one of the bigger rooms in the Lark building on the grounds. Amazing views, two swimming pools, two restaurants and of course the spa for all of your pampering needs. The resort offers a host of activities daily so that you can never be bored. You can go sailing, go hiking, kayaking, take a boat into town to go shopping and out to eat, lay out by the pool and tan or just rest and relax in your amazing room. We chose to get out and do some sight seeing of course. If you like places with fresh seafood and breathtaking views of the sunset, Spruce Point Inn is the place for you.

Since the resort is surrounded by water, there are lots of water activities to do. Two of the most popular are kayaking and yacht rides around the different towns where you can see the lighthouses, fall foliage changing and whale spotting! Each tour yacht ride lasts about 3 hours and is tons of fun. Since the weather is changing we recommend going during the summer for the full effect of how amazing this place is. The resort closes down for the season in October and opens back up in the springtime when the weather is nice again.
