Samphire restaurant is the jewel in the culinary crown, with a menu that delivers a range of appetising dishes, share plates and a carefully curated selection of wine. From the moment you arrive you are greeted by the warm reception staff who swiftly check you in while making sure you have the full low down on the hotel and local area.
