What better venue than Harvey Nichols Fourth Floor Brasserie in Leeds to enjoy a leisurely meal with friends or family? Try for yourself the Exquisite Winter Dining Menu.

The Winter Dining Menu at Harvey Nichols offers a selection of starters, mains and desserts, plus a cocktail for just £30 per person. A 3-course menu that is running until 17th March, which means that you’ve still got plenty of time to book yourself in for this wonderful treat.

Leeds

Guests can choose to dine at any of the Harvey Nichols restaurants including Leeds, where we dined, or Knightsbridge, Bristol, Manchester and Edinburgh.

The menu offers dishes such as warm onion and potato hash with whipped goats cheese, and chilli tomato jam, which we tried. Or, escabeche of sea bass with potato, confit shallot, and smoked paprika aioli, another dish we tried. There are two other starters on the menu including chicken liver parfait or charred smoked haddock too.

As you can imagine everything was served beautifully, presented immaculately, and tasted divine. We even had food envy as the table opposite tucked into starters we hadn’t opted for, and the haddock looked extremely delicious.

With five mains courses to choose from, there’s something for all tastes. We decided upon the pan-fried sea bream, served with crushed potatoes, baby gem lettuce, crispy onions and salsa verde. Our other main was the braised shoulder of lamb, with black olive mashed potato, roasted red pepper, whipped goats cheese, and tenderstem broccoli, with a rosemary sauce.

We couldn’t call it between the mains because the fish was flaky and delicate, yet the lamb was hearty and flavoursome. Both were quite outstanding from start to finish.

The dessert menu showcased some wonderful options including whipped milk chocolate ganache, or rhubarb and custard mille feuille. Equally, there was the dessert of all desserts, sticky toffee pudding, or selection of cheeses with crackers and chutney.

Exquisite Winter Dining Menu

One of us was too full to indulge, the other tried the cheeses which were supplied from Yorkshire cheesemonger Cryer & Stott of Allerton Bywater. The cheese was so good, and such a great way to end the meal at Harvey Nichols Fourth Floor Brasserie in Leeds.

We would suggest you book now before the 17th March as this limited time menu will cease to exist past this date, and you don’t want to miss out!

In the vibrant heart of Manchester, a city known for its innovation and cultural diversity, something extraordinary is unfolding at Innside Manchester. Amidst the bustling streets and the echoes of urban life, a limited-edition collection of wellness bedrooms has emerged, capturing the essence of a new era in hospitality.

Among those fortunate enough to experience this unique offering is Laura Bartlett, a woman whose journey from fitness skeptic to enthusiast mirrors the transformation happening within the walls of Innside Manchester.

As she shares her insights and tales of her overnight stay in the wellness rooms, Laura invites readers into a world where hotels are not just spaces to rest, but vibrant hubs of personal growth, wellness, and celebration.

Buckle up for a witty, insightful, and downright fun exploration into the intersection of hospitality and personal development, as Laura Bartlett takes the reins to narrate her Peloton-powered adventure in the heart of Manchester.

A year ago, if someone had told me that I’d be booking a hotel stay based on the prospect of working out in my room, I would have laughed it off. But here I am, sharing my exhilarating experience at Innside Manchester’s new wellness guest rooms featuring the Peloton bike – a journey that mirrors my own personal transformation over the past year.

Let me rewind a bit. A year ago, the idea of exercise was as foreign to me as speaking a new language. The gym was a place I avoided like the plague, and the concept of breaking a sweat for fun was utterly perplexing. Fast forward, and I’ve shed over 40 pounds, embraced fitness, and made it an integral part of my life. So, when I heard about the wellness rooms at Innside Manchester, part of the Meliá Hotels International group, complete with Peloton, it was a no-brainer – the universe conspiring to celebrate my newfound fitness enthusiasm.

Innside Manchester’s collaboration with Peloton is more than just a hotel stay; it’s a celebration of wellness, fitness, and the joy of transformation. These limited-edition wellness bedrooms are a game-changer, equipped with not just a Peloton bike but also workout mats, yoga blocks, and resistance bands. The room becomes your private fitness sanctuary, where indoor cycling, yoga, meditation, stretching, and cardio classes are just a click away on the Peloton dream machine.

The Peloton bike, the cardio dream machine, takes centre stage in these wellness rooms. Its sleek design and cutting-edge technology seamlessly integrate with the room’s ambiance, making every workout a delightful experience. What’s more, the Peloton can be cast to the Smart TV, turning your hotel room into a virtual fitness studio – a feature I never knew I needed until now.

Peloton’s commitment to connecting the world through fitness aligns perfectly with Innside Manchester’s ethos of enriching stays with music, art, lifestyle, and wellness. As I peddled away in my room, I couldn’t help but marvel at the convergence of technology and hospitality, providing a seamless blend of comfort and inspiration.

The wellness rooms are an extension of Innside Manchester’s existing wellness facilities, including the Escape Spa, where guests can indulge in bespoke treatments designed to balance physical wellness and mind. The post-treatment facilities, such as the Finnish sauna and steam room, add an extra layer of relaxation to the experience.

For fitness enthusiasts like myself (still shooketh that I can call myself that), the hotel also boasts a 24-hour fitness centre with state-of-the-art gym equipment. It’s the perfect complement to the Peloton sessions, ensuring that guests can maintain their fitness routines even while away from home.

My overnight stay at this wellness hotel in Manchester was not just a hotel stay; it was a celebration of personal growth, wellness, and the joy of embracing a healthier lifestyle. Who would have thought that a hotel room could become a cardio dream machine reality? Certainly not the me of a year ago – but here I am, peddling my way to a healthier, happier version of myself, one Peloton session at a time.

Stay curious, stay fit, and consider booking a wellness room at Innside Manchester for your next adventure – you might just discover a new side of yourself.
