Apple Pie Gin, the first drink offering from The Bottle Club’s That’s The Spirit range, provides all the enjoyment of a fresh slice of apple pie straight from the bottle. A beautiful blend of nine botanicals, including lemon myrtle, ginger and vanilla on a juniper base, this special gin brings notes of sweet apples, buttery pastry and warming cinnamon with every sip.
Gently distilled so that the flavour of the botanicals isn’t compromised, Apple Pie Gin is also crafted from filtered Scottish Highlands water allowing for an incredibly pure, smooth taste.

An Apple Gin a day…is always a winner! Try this cocktail out for a delicious treat:
Ingredients:
- 50ml Apple Pie Gin
- 25 ml Apple juice
- 4 tbsp Honey Simple Syrup
- Dash of Cinnamon
- Ice cubes
- A small piece of apple – cut into matchsticks and a stick of cinnamon to garnish
Method:
- Honey Simple Syrup – mix 2 tablespoons of honey with 2 tablespoons of hot water until combined.
- For the Cocktail – combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously until chilled.
- Serve – pour into a glass filled with 5-6 apple matchsticks and a stick of cinnamon.
