Laura Bartlett is back for the next instalment of our London’s Luxuries series, and this time, she finds herself enchanted by the irresistible allure of The Hari Hotel. One night at this luxurious establishment wasn’t nearly enough to savour the magic and charm it had to offer.

From the incredible view of Winter Wonderland in the distance to the delightful surprise of being upgraded to a Studio King Suite, Laura’s stay at The Hari was nothing short of exceptional…

Embarking on a journey from Leeds, I hopped on the train, making my way down to London for a major awards night that promised an evening of glamour and celebration. The anticipation for the upcoming festivities soared as I eagerly checked into to my hotel.

Welcome to The Hari, a stylish retreat nestled in the heart of Belgravia, designed for those who appreciate comfort and understated elegance. Bordering Chelsea, Kensington, and Knightsbridge, this hotel is strategically located near iconic London attractions, including Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace, and The Royal Albert Hall.

The Hari isn’t just a hotel; it’s like stumbling upon a secret haven in the midst of London’s charm.

Picture this – a place where the vibe is so personable and well-connected that it feels tailor-made for romantic escapades or a weekend getaway filled with shows, exhibitions, and a bit of shopping along the posh Sloane Street.

It’s the kind of place where you can dive into the city’s pulse and then stretch out for an indulgent Sunday morning, savouring the unique blend of luxury and tranquility that sets The Hari apart from the ordinary. This isn’t just a hotel; it’s a whispered secret of sophistication in the heart of Belgravia.

What truly distinguishes The Hari is its attention to the little touches that make a stay unforgettable. Personalised chocolates with my face on, alcohol-free fizz to celebrate my sobriety, and a flawless dining experience—all contributed to an unparalleled level of detail and care. A late lunch with a member of TeamCoco, Eulanda, with seamlessly accommodated dietary preferences, made my entire stay perfect from check-in to check-out.

Indulge in exceptional seasonal cuisine at il Pampero, one of the best Italian restaurants in the area. The stylish Hari Bar and elegant Garden Terrace offer a delightful all-day dining menu and creative cocktails in a chic and sophisticated setting.

Not just a luxurious escape, The Hari is also committed to environmental and social sustainability. The hotel’s dedication to an energy-conscious and environmentally-friendly stay sets it apart in the realm of five-star luxury hotels in Belgravia.

The Hari’s 85 designer bedrooms, including 14 luxury suites, promise a relaxing and comfortable stay with plush velvet upholstery, marble bathrooms, contemporary art, and stylish furnishings. Complimentary Wi-Fi and a range of luxury in-room amenities ensure a seamless experience for guests.

After lunch, I found myself drawn back to the inviting allure of the Arabescato marble bathtub. The lingering warmth from the bath, now complemented by the soft afternoon sunlight filtering through the bay window, set the stage for my preparations for the evening event.

The temptation to linger in this immersive experience was undeniable. With the blinds drawn back, I found myself lost in the beauty of the city’s twilight panorama. The thought of leaving for my event, as appealing as it was, seemed almost regrettable. The Studio King Suite at The Hari had woven a spell that transcended the need for external excursions.

In a city filled with prestigious options, The Hari stands out as a likeable, low-key base for a central London stay, where you’re not just a guest but a cherished visitor in the hands of a thoughtful and courteous staff.

From the voyeuristic allure of the bath to the culinary crescendo at the late lunch, The Hari delivered on its promises for an elevated experience that goes beyond boundaries, making it a compelling choice for those seeking the epitome of luxury in Belgravia.
