Bee’s Knees
INGREDIENTS:
50ml Wildjac Vodka
50ml Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoon Honey
50ml Warm Water
METHOD:
- In an empty shaker dissolve honey in warm water.
- Add vodka, lemon juice and ice cubes.
- Shake to combine.
- Pour through a strainer into a saucer.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon.
Razor Sharp
INGREDIENTS:
50ml Wildjac Vodka
25ml Elderflower Liqueur
25ml Lemon Juice
Half a Ruby Grapefruit
Rosemary And Grapefruit slices to serve.
METHOD:
- Mix all ingredients and shake well with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain over ice and garnish.
