With the weather not getting any warmer for now #TeamCoco went on the hunt for the perfect cozy winter warmer, conveniently located in Shoreditch. The Boundary Rooftop has launched an alpine menu and range of spiced, hot cocktails.
Made from the finest French cheeses, supplied and exclusively selected by the renowned La Fromagerie in Marylebone, the alpine menu will be available throughout the winter season, which doesn’t look like it’s going away anytime soon! Perfect for sharing, the menu includes raclette, baked Vacherin Mont d’Or and Fondue Savoyarde, all served with artisanal mountain charcuterie, steamed potatoes, baguette from Albion bakery and green salad.
A warming selection of hot cocktails add to the experience and invite guests to get snug around the open-pit fireplace in the winter garden. Hot cocktails include Vin Chaud, flavoured with orange and star anise, Grog, a heated apple spiced rum and a hot Negroni, sweetened with spiced sugar.
Having recently undergone an extensive refurbishment, Boundary Rooftop now features a heated orangery, filled with a variety of Citrus trees including Lemon, Clementine, and Calamondin, as well as Mimosa trees (Acacia dealbata – a signature of the South of France), combined with bespoke hand-woven French Pinoleum (from the only remaining producer in France) blinds and snow-white Tolix T14 stainless steel chairs designed by Patrick Norguet.
Boundary Rooftop is open every day from 10am, taking reservations for elevenses through to lunch, dinner and late-night cocktails – all year round. Boundary hotel guests enjoy priority access.
