One of the standout dishes I sampled was “Tacos Your Way.” It’s the ultimate DIY experience. The dish came with succulent chicken and tender steak fillings to smother into the soft tortillas, complemented with a selection of dips including tangy sour cream and creamy guacamole, perfect for sharing. The flavours were fresh with a hint of spice, creating a mouthwatering combination that is both fun and flavorful.  Served alongside crispy skin-on fries, it was the ideal dish to split between two people.

The fun of “Tacos Your Way” lies in the customisation – you can build your tacos exactly as you like them. Whether you’re a meat lover or prefer plant-based options, there’s something to satisfy everyone.

For dessert, I couldn’t resist the Nutella doughnuts – light, fluffy, and bursting with sweet, indulgent flavour. It was the perfect way to round off the meal, and definitely a must-try for anyone with a sweet tooth.

No visit to Banyan is complete without trying one of their signature sharer cocktails. The Pacific Punch cocktail is a real showstopper. Served in a quirky, science lab-inspired glass, it’s designed to be shared between two people, with four cocktail servings in total. 

The punch is a tropical mix of Bacardi Cuatro rum, blue curaçao, pineapple, coconut, lemongrass, and kaffir lime, offering a refreshing, fruity flavour with the right amount of kick. This drink is perfect for those who want a little theatrical flair with their meal – it’s visually impressive and tastes just as good as it looks.
