1tsp fresh ginger – thinly sliced
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
1 cinnamon stick
Stir 1 tsp of Haskapa into boiling water
Add ginger, lemon juice and a cinnamon stick and infuse for 3-5 mins
Sieve out the ginger slices and sweeten to taste with maple syrup or agave nectar
