Parklane, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa in Limassol, Cyprus, is a refined beachfront retreat that blends Mediterranean elegance with modern luxury. Set within 25 acres of landscaped gardens and offering direct access to a Blue Flag beach, it caters to both families and couples seeking a sophisticated escape. Anji McGrandles checked in for House of Coco for a weekend.
The Lowdown
There’s 274 rooms, suites, and Park Villas with private pools as well as an adults-only wing. I stayed in one of their entry-level rooms which was spacious and stylish. Clean lines, soft neutral tones, and natural wood accents create a calm and sophisticated atmosphere. Walls and linens are kept crisp in white and cream, complemented by subtle pops of colour — sky blue, soft grey, or warm caramel — woven through plush cushions, throws, and drapes. The balcony looks out to the sea and is the perfect spot to watch the sun go down.
Each room is equipped with intuitive touch-screen panels for lighting and climate control, USB ports, and wireless charging pads. Complimentary Wi-Fi and in-room hot drinks come as standard. Bathrooms are sleek and contemporary, clad in marble, and, depending on the room category, feature both a walk-in rain shower and a deep soaking tub.

Why Parklane Resort Defines Luxury in Limassol
Parklane, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa stands apart from Limassol’s other properties through its meticulous attention to both grand gestures and intimate details. The 25-acre estate provides genuine space to breathe, with thoughtfully designed zones catering to different travel styles without forcing guests into awkward proximity. Families appreciate the dedicated kids’ castle and family pools, while couples seeking quieter moments gravitate toward the adults-only wing and secluded pool area. This intelligent zoning ensures everyone finds their ideal environment without compromise. The resort’s commitment to excellence extends beyond physical amenities to encompass genuinely knowledgeable staff who understand local history, can recommend authentic experiences beyond tourist traps, and remember returning guests’ preferences. Technology integrations like touch-screen room controls and wireless charging feel purposeful rather than gimmicky, enhancing comfort without creating complexity.
Experiencing Limassol’s Culinary Scene at Parklane
Dining at Parklane transcends typical resort food, with each restaurant offering distinct personalities and genuine culinary merit. Nammos brings authentic Mykonos energy to Cyprus’s shores, where DJ-curated soundtracks complement fresh seafood and the sunset scene rivals Mediterranean hotspots costing considerably more. La Petite Maison’s weekend brunch has become a legitimate fixture on Limassol’s social calendar, drawing locals alongside resort guests for its oysters with homemade smoked tabasco and playful French Riviera atmosphere. The Gallery’s Japanese offerings demonstrate the resort’s refusal to settle for mediocre secondary cuisines, while Il Teatro delivers proper Italian fundamentals without pretension. This diversity means extended stays never feel repetitive, and the calibre across venues suggests management who genuinely care about food rather than viewing restaurants as obligatory amenities that merely fill space.
The Extras
Parklane offers a wealth of leisure facilities, including several swimming pools. I especially loved that there was an adults-only pool and enjoyed peaceful afternoons here with my book. Guests can also enjoy tennis courts, a mini football pitch, and seamless access to the beachfront. Wellness lovers can make the most of the spa and fitness centre. The multi-award-winning Kalloni Spa spans over 3,000 square metres and features a series of Thalassotherapy pools. I had the chance to try the signature massage, and it was nothing short of heavenly.
For those looking to stay active, the ParkFit health club offers panoramic sea views and is equipped with the latest Technogym® machines. Guests can also take part in a variety of fitness classes or unwind in the indoor pool. Unlike most hotel gyms, this one is spacious, with a dedicated studio for training and thoughtful extras like massage guns and a protein shake bar.
The standout feature, however, is the resort’s exceptional kids’ club housed in an oversized fairytale-style castle that rivals some boutique hotels in size. Staffed by trained childcare professionals, it’s a paradise for younger guests and a real highlight for families.

The Food Scene
Dining at Parklane is a highlight in its own right. Mornings begin at Lanes, a bright, spacious restaurant overlooking the pools and gardens. The breakfast buffet is generous and features everything from fresh juices and fruits to homemade breads, cereals, and pastries.
La Petite Maison (LPM) brings a lively, French Riviera flair to the resort. With playful interiors and an outdoor bar and terrace, it’s a go-to for refined French cuisine throughout the week. On weekends, it cranks up a notch, and its popular brunch has become a staple on the Limassol food scene. Highlights include oysters with homemade smoked tabasco and crispy quinoa and Coquelet au citron confit, tender baby chicken with preserved lemon. LPM’s brunch really lived up to the hype; it felt more like a social event than just a meal.

Nammos is the resort’s showpiece for stylish, beachside dining. Set right on the sand with uninterrupted sea views, it brings a laid-back yet glamorous Mykonos energy to Cyprus. The atmosphere is vibrant and effortlessly chic, with a DJ-curated soundtrack, plush sunbeds, and a crowd that blends resort guests with in-the-know locals.
By day, it’s the perfect spot for a long, leisurely lunch under the shade of parasols, while in the evening, it shifts into a more upbeat mood with a buzzy sunset scene. The menu focuses on elevated Mediterranean cuisine, think fresh seafood, grilled meats, and colourful salads delivered with a refined, modern twist. Whether you’re dining barefoot in the sand or sipping cocktails as the sun sets, Nammos offers a taste of the high-end beach lifestyle, right on Parklane’s doorstep. Additional dining options include Il Teatro, offering classic Italian pizzas and pastas in a relaxed setting. The Gallery is a stylish lounge serving expertly made cocktails (their spicy margarita is punchy) and fresh Japanese sushi.

Things to Do
If you want to explore the local area, there’s plenty to do. A short drive from the hotel is Lefkara, a pretty village famous for its lace and silver. Spend your morning strolling past cute cafés and boutiques filled with handmade lace and jewellery, then head to Dafermou Winery for a relaxed afternoon of wine tasting.
Close to the hotel is the ancient city-kingdom of Amathous, one of Cyprus’s most important archaeological sites, dating back to around 1100 BC. Limassol is a short 15-minute drive or bus ride away, offering a lively mix of shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions, including the medieval castle where Richard the Lionheart famously wed in 1191.
Whether you’re looking for a romantic escape, a stylish wellness retreat, or a family-friendly getaway with serious flair, Parklane delivers on every front. It’s the kind of place that leaves you already planning your return before you’ve even checked out.
