Some beauty buys earn a permanent spot in the bathroom cabinet. Some wellness escapes make us want to book a flight immediately. And occasionally, something lands on our desk that we didn’t know we needed until we tried it. That’s the thinking behind this month’s beauty and wellness edit. We’ve rounded up the launches, treatments and destinations currently on our radar, from Korean skincare and clever brow and hair heroes to the rise of undetectable injectables. On the wellness front, we’re heading to Montenegro for an outdoor reset, checking into a seriously relaxing spa stay and discovering a rather different take on the spritz. Here’s what made the cut.

Dr Jen at The Glow Clinic: The Art of Undetectable Injectables
If you’re looking to hold onto that “have you just been on holiday?” glow, then Dr Jen at The Glow Clinic should be on your radar. Her philosophy is all about undetectable aesthetics – helping you look fresher, healthier and more rested, without anyone being able to pinpoint exactly what you’ve had done.
“The results I’m proudest of are the ones where nobody can quite say what’s been done, they just think you look well,” she says. Rather than reaching straight for Botox or filler, Dr Jen looks at what’s happening anatomically and what is actually causing a concern before deciding how best to treat it.
Her ethos reflects a wider move away from frozen foreheads and overfilled faces. Dr Jen believes we’ve collectively tired of the obviously “done” look, while the aesthetics industry itself has become more sophisticated. Simply filling a line or freezing a wrinkle doesn’t necessarily make someone look younger. Increasingly, the focus is on improving the quality of the skin itself through treatments including laser, microneedling and regenerative injectables such as Sunekos and Juläine.
Her overriding message is refreshingly simple: you should still look like you. In a world of filters, altered before-and-afters and impossible skin standards, that means retaining movement, accepting a few lines and aiming for a fresh, well-rested version of yourself. Think less “What have you had done?” and more “You look amazing; have you been away?” For anyone intrigued by “tweakments” but wary of looking “done”, this quieter, more considered approach to aesthetics could be the sweet spot.

TRACES Vita Spritz
Wellness has worked its way into almost every corner of our routines, from what we put on our skin to what we add to our morning coffee. Now, it seems, even cocktail hour is getting a rethink. TRACES’ new Vita Spritz taps into the growing appetite for drinks that feel a little more considered, without taking all the fun out of having one.
The blackberry and açaí spritz comes in at 5.5% ABV, but contains just 88 calories and 1.5g of sugar per 250ml can. More unusually for the ready-to-drink category, it also contains added B vitamins, vitamin C, magnesium and zinc. That doesn’t turn a cocktail into a wellness drink, of course, but it does make TRACES an interesting addition to the increasingly crowded better-for-you drinks space.
Juicy, vibrant and conveniently canned, Vita Spritz feels made for those occasions when you want a proper drink, but something lighter than the usual sugar-heavy cocktail. Proof that a more mindful approach to drinking doesn’t necessarily have to mean skipping the spritz altogether.

Erborian Water Serum: Glass Skin, Bottled
Korean skincare knows a thing or two about hydration, and Erborian’s new Water Serum is all about getting closer to that coveted glass-skin glow. Made in South Korea, the ultra-light gel serum combines four types of hyaluronic acid with Korean snow mushroom to intensely hydrate, plump and boost luminosity without feeling heavy or sticky.
The numbers are impressive too, with Erborian reporting a 90% increase in instant hydration and hydration lasting for 24 hours. Vegan, silicone-free and made with 98% natural-origin ingredients, it’s a simple but seriously effective addition for skin that needs a drink.

grace & stella: Bright Eyes Incoming
Our beauty and wellness edit continues with a new launch designed to tackle tired-looking eyes. For mornings when eight hours’ sleep simply didn’t happen, grace & stella’s new Brightening Eye Masks offer a speedy little pick-me-up. The latest addition to the brand’s bestselling eye mask collection is designed to help tired-looking under-eyes appear brighter and more refreshed, with minimal effort required.
Pop them on while you’re getting ready, making coffee or heading out the door and let them do their thing. Our tip? Keep them in the fridge for an extra cooling hit on particularly bleary-eyed mornings. A small self-care step, but a satisfying one.

Brow Aid: Better Brows in a Stroke
Sparse brows, overplucking and those annoying little gaps are exactly what Brow Aid’s Brow Boost Multi-Stroke Marker was created for. Its clever triple-tip applicator draws multiple fine, hair-like strokes in one sweep, giving the effect of fuller, more defined brows without looking overly pencilled in.
Waterproof, smudge-proof and offering up to 18 hours of wear, it’s particularly useful for filling areas where brow hair is sparse or missing. Think of it as a microblading-style effect, minus the needles and commitment.
The world’s first menopause-friendly concept store lands on Kensington High Street this October
This month’s beauty and wellness edit shines a spotlight on menopause month and finally menopause is getting its own space on the high street. This October, GenM is launching the world’s first dedicated menopause-friendly concept store in collaboration with raye the store on Kensington High Street. Open from 1–11 October, the pop-up brings together MTick-certified products from brands including L’Oréal, E45, TENA and Wild Nutrition, alongside expert advice and one-to-one pharmacist consultations. Even the environment has been designed with menopausal women in mind, with a cooler 21°C temperature, soft lighting and calming music. Better still, 10% of every purchase will support Beauty Banks. A welcome step towards making menopause support easier to find, understand and shop.

Montenegro Wellness
Wellness travel also makes our beauty and wellness edit this month, with two very different ways to switch off.
One of Europe’s emerging luxury wellness destinations, Luštica Bay in Montenegro is putting nature at the heart of its wellbeing offering. Rather than relying solely on traditional spa treatments, its Feel Alive programme encourages guests to reconnect through sunrise breathwork overlooking the Adriatic, forest bathing, wild foraging, open-air meditation and stargazing. Complementing the experience is Vital House, where saunas, cold plunges and heated pools deliver the benefits of contrast therapy, alongside coastal hikes, sea kayaking and nourishing, locally sourced cuisine. It’s an inspiring new destination for travellers looking to return home feeling genuinely restored.

The Beauty and Wellness Edit: Signature Spa Stay
Sometimes self-care calls for more than an hour on the treatment bed. GuestHouse Hotels’ Signature Spa Stay, available across Bath, Brighton, Margate and York, turns it into a proper overnight reset, combining a night’s stay, breakfast and a 90-minute couples’ spa ritual.
At Bath, Brighton and Margate, the Copper Bath Ritual starts with a soak for two in an opulent copper bath with organic salts and a glass of English fizz, followed by massage and a choice of facial or foot treatment. In York, the Herbal Healer Ritual pairs a Yorkshire lavender salt scrub with aromatherapy massage, a facial and scalp massage. Prices start from £450 per couple, Sunday to Thursday. One to bookmark when a quick spa treatment simply won’t cut it.
