As we head towards summer and leave behind the spring season we have put together a few late spring beauty buy ideas for you.

We’ve been spending more time outdoors this year, so our skin and hair have been prone to the elements. Luckily we have been enjoying lots of sunshine recently, but as a result we may be perspiring more, feeling clammy, or our hair may be dryer and lacklustre.

Fear not! The list of products below can help with all matter of skin and hair worries.

For the Eco-Friendly Beauty Fan

We recommend using Lavera’s new Shampoo and Body Cleansing Bar. Basis Sensitiv 2-in-1 Body Cleansing Bar (50g) is priced at £6.95, available from Lavera. Lavera’s new formula 2-in-1 Body Cleansing Bar contains organic aloe vera and plant keratin that creates a smooth, gentle lather that is kind to the body, hair and scalp. It has biologically degradable formulations, is silicone-free, uses no microplastic, and no artificial colourings or preservatives. The cardboard packaging is made from 100% recycled fibres, and the product itself is certified natural and vegan.

For the Soft Skin Fan

We recommend No 1 Illume Silk Glove. Using 100% intricately woven silk viscose, the No1 Illume glove will effortlessly exfoliate, purify and energise your skin. This ancient ritual of deep exfoliation and detoxification originates from the bath houses of Turkey and is known to brighten dull dry skin, remove fake tan, prevent ingrown hairs and improve the appearance of scars, stretch marks and cellulite. The N°1 Illume glove is priced at £15.99, and available from No 1 Illume it will remove dead skin cells on the surface along with unclogging pores and loosening any in-growing hairs. Gentle exfoliation once a week with your silk glove can visibly improve the appearance of scarring and acne, and it will help to maintain the equilibrium of your skin.

For the Skincare Queen

We have three recommendations, they include; Skinician Advanced Pro-Radiance Enzyme Cleanser, priced from £29 (150ml) from Skinician this cleanser is an advanced foaming facial wash which removes impurities. It doubles as an exfoliant to remove dead skin cells, which in turn reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

Our second recommendation is from PCA Skin, their Hyaluronic Boosting Serum is priced at £104 from PCA Skin. An advanced formula that plumps and firms the skin. The smoothing blend provides deep, long-lasting hydration. The hyaluronic acid and sodium hyaluronate offer instant smoothing and hydration. The hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid penetrates deep into the skin holding moisture, and plumps fine lines. HA-Pro Complex™ stimulates the skin’s own hyaluronic acid delivering 24-hour hydration and offers anti-ageing. Ceramides support the renewal of the skin’s natural protective layer, and niacinamide reduces moisture loss in the skin and improves barrier function. It also reduces redness and promotes an even skin tone.

Finally, our third skincare must have is Refreshing Eye Cream by Witlof Skincare. This eye cream is priced at £28.95 (15ml), available from Witlof Skincare. The Refreshing Eye Cream is a combination of effective plant extracts, oils and vitamins and contains the unique Parakers extract. It ensures that after 28 days of twice-daily use, your skin shows fewer deep lines and crow’s feet, it is smoother and softer. The added mica with light-reflecting effect gives a fresh look.
