Getting an air purifier for allergies can reduce allergens and help you exercise without experiencing the symptoms. Besides it will create a healthy environment for everyday life, making it easier for you to live with open doors. If you prefer workouts at the gym, you can ask if they have air-purifiers and choose a gym based on that. 

Try natural and home remedies to help you fight allergy

If you want a more natural approach and something you can do at home, you can try some of the natural remedies to help you ease the symptoms. One of those is bromelain which is an enzyme you can find in papaya and pineapple. This enzyme can help you breathe easier by reducing swelling.
