Tropical Sun, Jerk Sauces & Marinades

Packed with fresh ingredients including spring onions, garlic and thyme, the Tropical Sun range of jerk sauces and marinades are all made in central Jamaica. With so much choice like Boston Bay Jerk Seasoning, Caribbean Browning, and Jerk Sauce, it’s hard to know what to try first. The Groovy Food Company, Chipotle Agave Nectar and Hot & Smokey Agave Nectar

Two newly launched Agave Nectars include Hot and Chipotle from The Groovy Food Company. These new vegan products are fat free, contain no artificial flavourings, and are Kosher certified. Harvested and produced in Mexico, the tasty new sauces are made from the Blue Weber agave plant, combined with a hit of chilli and smoke for real depth of flavour. Janice Wong, Mooncakes

Janice Wong Chocolate Mooncakes, available to buy in a box of two, includes Peanut Butter Snickers and Coffee Chocolate presented in an old-school red tin depicting rabbits against a glowing moon. The decadent chocolates are decorated using an array of colours with hand-dripped splatters, each piece reveals a chocolate ganache centre whipped with elements that do not correspond to its outer shell for a delightful surprise. Modern Milkman has partnered with Good Company to announce the launch of Kefir drinks to be delivered to doorsteps nationwide. Belvoir Farm has worked with students from London College of Communication, University of Arts, to design limited edition bottles that showcase the company’s partnership with the Woodland Trust. The new designs, which put nature front and centre, will help raise awareness of UK biodiversity and woodland protection, and will be on supermarket and retailers’ shelves for consumers to enjoy from September. How to make:

40ml Belgrove Hazelnut Rum, 60ml coconut cream, 120ml pineapple juice, 10ml lime juice. Garnish: wedge of fresh pineapple and pineapple leaves.


Combine Belgrove Hazelnut Rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice & lime juice in a shaker with ice, shake for 10 seconds. Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice, garnish with wedge of pineapple & pineapple leaves.
