Boasting 4 restaurants, the Regent is a peaceful oasis in an often chaotic city. In fact, the lead designer for the refurb, Chi Wing Lo has designed the hotel with a sanctuary in mind. Our pick for dining is Lai Ching Heen, one of the finest Cantonese restaurants in the world with Michelin Stars and Black Pearl Diamond accolades. The decor here is inspired by a jade jewellery box and you’ll feel like royalty, dining overlooking the harbour.
