Caprice

Caprice is an experience like no other. As soon as you arrive, you’re welcomed with grand carved doors, a long hallway and a glamorous French dining room featuring panoramic harbour views and dazzling chandeliers. The restaurant’s open kitchen is mesmerizing with dozens of chefs at work.

The food is creative and delicious, thanks to newly appointed chef de cuisine Guillaume Galliot who has incorporated his worldly travel experiences from New York City to the Caribbean, China, Singapore, and Macau into an untucked version of classic French cuisine.

Guests can expect dishes like Seared Scallops with leek risotto or Roasted Chicken Breast with sweet potato purée. The desserts are especially noteworthy—try the Dark Chocolate Marquise with coffee ice cream for a sumptuous treat.

Location-wise, Caprice is tucked away in the Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong but it’s easy to access by public transportation or taxi cab. All in all, Caprice may not be cheap but it promises quality French dining that won’t disappoint.
