Last Saturday morning, I excitedly donned my newest outfit and made my way to The Cut and Craft Leeds, my go-to spot, for the launch of their much-anticipated weekend brunch menu. This upscale gem has always held a special place in my heart, seamlessly blending history, elegance, and mouthwatering cuisine all in one breathtaking venue.

Stepping foot into The Cut and Craft Leeds feels like entering a time capsule. The building itself exudes a captivating historical significance that cannot be ignored. Designed by the same visionary architect responsible for the iconic dome on the Titanic, this place oozes grandeur and sophistication. Fun fact: the very band that played their last gig on the Titanic also graced this extraordinary venue. The weight of history adds an undeniable charm to an already enchanting dining experience.

As I took my seat, my eyes danced across the pages of the new brunch menu. It was a tantalising array of dishes, offering delightful twists on classic breakfast favourites. The choices were abundant, but two items immediately caught my attention. I couldn’t resist indulging in the irresistible combination of steak and eggs, while my companion, Gina, opted for the timeless pleasure of a full English breakfast.

Our anticipation grew as our orders were swiftly taken to the kitchen, and soon enough, our plates arrived before us. My steak and eggs were cooked to perfection, with the juicy steak flawlessly complementing the sunny side up eggs. Each bite was a delightful harmony of flavours that left me tempted to order a third dish of French toast. However, as we made our way through our generous portions, our eyes proved to be bigger than our bellies, and we found ourselves comfortably satisfied, unable to indulge in another dish.

As we savoured each mouthful, we couldn’t help but immerse ourselves in the restaurant’s ambiance. The interior was tastefully decorated, paying homage to the building’s rich historical past, and radiating an undeniable aura of elegance which is the exact reason why I return here time and time again. The soft lighting and carefully curated decor created an atmosphere that effortlessly blended sophistication with a welcoming warmth and the perfect lighting to nail the best shots for your Insta’ feed!

Dining at The Cut and Craft Leeds has always been an opportunity for me to embrace my love for all things glamorous. It’s a chance to adorn myself in the latest fashion and indulge in life’s finer pleasures, while revelling in a dining experience that surpasses the ordinary. The combination of the restaurant’s storied history and the impeccable service provided by their attentive staff creates an atmosphere that is truly magical.

And here’s something personal: it was here, at The Cut and Craft Leeds, that I had my last sip of alcohol eight months ago, and I haven’t touched a drop since. So, instead of joining the early morning champagne brigade, I opted for a cheeky ginger ale in my glass to stay on track. It’s a testament to the inclusive nature of this restaurant that caters to all tastes and preferences.

As our plates were gently whisked away, a feeling of utmost satisfaction and contentment washed over me. The new weekend brunch menu at The Cut and Craft Leeds exceeded all expectations, and believe me, my expectations are always sky-high when it comes to one of my favourite hangouts in the city. It’s a culinary journey that pays homage to the remarkable history of the building while celebrating the art of dining.

If you’re searching for a brunch experience that effortlessly blends elegance, history, and exceptional cuisine, I wholeheartedly recommend immersing yourself in the delights offered at The Cut and Craft Leeds. Here, you can relish the flavours of a sumptuous meal while basking in the captivating allure of a bygone era. Trust me, it’s an experience that will leave you with unforgettable memories and a longing to return time and time again.

Whether you’re a digital nomad working from Brisbane serviced offices or a Chicago-based employee planning to use your annual leave, the allure of slow travel can be irresistible. This relaxed style of travel gives you the opportunity to immerse yourself in different cultures and truly connect with the planet and the people you share it with.

Of course, it’s not all smiles and moments of wonder. Slow travel requires careful planning and execution if you want to draw truly incredible benefits out of the experience. In this article, we’ll take you through five valuable tips you can use to navigate the world at a slowed-down pace.

1. Unlock adventures through flexibility

One of the biggest draw cards of slow travel is its ability to free you from rigid itineraries. With time on your side, you can swap crowds for quiet times and trade whirlwind tours for truly immersive experiences. However, many people get stuck in their habitual go-go-go attitudes, trying to fit endless packed days into their itineraries.

To avoid this trap, embrace the flexibility slow travel offers. Keep your travel plans loose, stay longer in a place if it captivates you, and soak in the local atmosphere. By doing so, you’ll be able to build lasting connections within the communities you visit.

2. Embrace a slower pace

Slow travel is all about finding a relaxed pace that allows you to resonate with the present moment. So, take the time to wander through local markets, explore areas you love at different times of day, and get lost in charming neighborhoods. Learn as much of each language as you can, and make an effort to chat with locals. By slowing down and participating in the events around you instead of just observing them, you can create rich memories and discover things you’d miss if you were a tourist with a timetable.

3. Establish healthy routines

Whether you’re working as you travel or enjoying some much-needed time off, a daily routine will help you stay sane and healthy throughout your journey. Create a schedule that allows time for everything that’s important to you. This could include work, exercise, language learning, music practice, exploring your surroundings, and enjoying the odd party – whatever you want to fit in. Strike a balance between productive pursuits and leisure to ensure you always feel nourished and fulfilled.

4. Immerse yourself in the cultures you visit

Slow travel is about embracing the lifestyle and the culture of the places you visit. Engage with locals, participate in community events, and get familiar with the cultural cuisine. If you don’t want to dive too deeply into language learning, you can still make an effort to pick up a few key phrases. Doing so will make it easier for you to connect with people and discover off-the-beaten-path attractions.

5. Look for authentic experiences

One of the biggest mistakes you can make as a slow traveler is to stick to touristy experiences but just do more of them. Slow travel is all about diving beyond the surface, stepping away from crowded tourist spots, and finding authentic experiences.

Seek out activities that blend your passions with the local culture, such as cooking classes, traditional ceremonies, or community projects. By finding your place in the fabric of the societies you visit, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of the local people and their traditions.

Slow travel is a transformative way to explore the world, opening up the opportunity to enjoy unique experiences and form meaningful connections. Master the art of slowing down, and your journey will go beyond sightseeing and create a profoundly positive impact on your life.

The marketing campaign for Greta Gerwig’s upcoming movie with live-action Barbie is in full swing, leaving no stone unturned to generate excitement among fans. The creative team is pulling out all the hiccups, from heartwarming clips of the lead actors engaging with Mattel dolls to an immersive experience that allows fans to step inside Barbie’s Dreamhouse. And now, the film’s stars, Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling, have taken to Twitter to announce they will further embark on a worldwide tour to amplify anticipation for the highly anticipated feature.

In a vibrant pink-themed video (because Barbie is synonymous with pink), Robbie and Gosling reveal their plans to hit the road and offer fans a chance to get up close and personal. The duo will appear not only in major cities across the United States, like Los Angeles and New York, but also across the globe, including stops in Toronto, Sydney, Seoul, Mexico City, London, and Berlin. While the tour specifics and ticket availability still need to be addressed in the promo clip, we can expect further information to be announced in the coming days as the film gears up for its theatrical release on July 21.

While the promo doesn’t disclose the tour’s itinerary or surprise elements, one thing is clear: it will be a sensational event that Barbie enthusiasts won’t want to miss. Gosling hints that he won’t bring his rollerblades along, leaving fans speculating what surprises lie in store. However, there’s no doubt that the tour will be a feast for the eyes, so it might be wise to rush to the mall and grab that eye-catching pink outfit before it flies off the shelves.

Now, let’s dive into what the live-action Barbie movie is all about. While Barbie has been featured in numerous animated films for home viewing, this will mark the first time the iconic doll receives the live-action treatment on the big screen. Robbie and Gosling take on the roles of Barbie and Ken, respectively, in this adaptation. The story follows Barbie as she is forced to leave her home in Barbie’s land and navigate the challenges of the real world. With a star-studded cast that includes Simu Liu, Kate McKinnon, John Cena, Dua Lipa, Issa Rae, Rhea Perlman, Will Ferrell, Kingsley Ben-Adir, Michael Cera, and many others, the film promises a delightful cinematic experience. This is Gerwig’s third directorial venture, following her successful and Academy Award-nominated films “Lady Bird” and “Little Women.” With such a talented team behind it, Barbie is set to captivate audiences with its charming storyline and memorable performances.

Barbie’s highly anticipated big-screen debut this summer is set to make a significant impact. However, there is an imbalance in the distribution of property between the Barbies and Kens, according to Margot Robbie in a recent interview with Vogue. Robbie explained that the Kens would have nothing at the start of the upcoming movie while everything in the beautiful pink world belonged to the Barbies. This aligns with how the characters are portrayed in their toy counterparts, whose focus has always been on the titular doll. Robbie elaborated on the situation, stating, “The Kens have a journey ahead of them. At the beginning of the movie, nobody thinks about Ken. Nobody worries about Ken. Ken doesn’t have a house, or a car, or a job, or any power. And, um, that is going to be sort of unsustainable.”

Although most of the characters are content with this established dynamic, it may not be practical in the long run, leaving the Kens without the means to support themselves in case of emergencies. Ryan Gosling will play the role of Barbie’s counterpart as they embody their characters’ “stereotypical” versions. This classification stems from their world, where Barbies and Kens are categorized based on their favorite hobbies or societal roles.

Barbie’s world unravels when she starts questioning her existence one fateful day. As she ponders the dolls’ mortality and purpose, she transforms, making the other dolls uncomfortable. Her journey ultimately leads her and Ken to the human world, where they encounter a top executive from a toy company, portrayed by Will Ferrell. To return to their pink-dominated world, Barbie must learn valuable lessons about the human experience.

As the release date draws near, audiences eagerly anticipate how the storyline will unfold and the exploration of deeper themes within the Barbie universe. The film has a fresh perspective on the iconic doll’s journey, delving into existential questions and personal growth. Get ready to dive into a vibrant world where pink reigns supreme as Barbie embarks on a transformative adventure that challenges her understanding of life and purpose.

As the release date approaches, fans eagerly await the announcement of tour dates and further details, ready to immerse themselves in the magical world of Barbie. Stay tuned for more updates and prepare to join the excitement surrounding this highly anticipated live-action adaptation.

In desperate need of some R&R and a break from the chaos of life and work pressures, we stumbled upon a hidden gem that restored our balance: Everything Retreat, the latest wellbeing hot spot in the North of England. We were promised a restful stay, and that’s exactly what we got. Located in the picturesque Mellor, this tranquil sanctuary offers the best of what the Ribble Valley has to offer, allowing guests to unwind and immerse themselves in a haven of tranquility.

A Vision and Dream Realised:

Everything Retreat is the brainchild of Louise Monk, a local businesswoman and lifelong resident of the region. Her inspiring story is one of resilience and determination: against all odds, Louise purchased and transformed her sister’s land into a haven of tranquility during the lockdown. She curated a collection of 12 exquisitely designed, private, adult-only, pet-friendly lodges. What was once a boggy field has been lovingly transformed into luxurious accommodations, showcasing Louise’s dedication to creating a relaxing retreat for her guests.

Lodges of Luxury and Comfort:

The lodges at Everything Retreat have been meticulously designed with comfort in mind. The Signature Collection features six identical self-catering lodges adorned with calming colour palettes, while the Unique Collection offers six individually themed cabins, each with its own bespoke design. Additionally, every lodge boasts a private hot tub, a cozy wood burner, and a sumptuously comfortable king-size bed with custom-made mattresses that you can melt into. So, if you want to stay in bed all day, this place has got you covered; believe me, we were tempted!

The interiors reflect a love for detail, incorporating custom-made products by local producers, creating a space that radiates comfort and charm. Our top recommendation is the Skala Lodge, a Scandinavian dream with soft-textured furnishings and an overall fresh and bright feel. The small kitchen was well-equipped, and every area of space was thought out for comfort, practicality, and luxury.

A Bespoke Service:

At Everything Retreat, hospitality and guest experience take centre stage. The Everything Concierge Service promises to fulfil guests’ unique needs and desires; simply ask upon arrival. From arranging foodie tours to suggesting cycling and hiking routes, the concierge is there to curate an unforgettable experience for every guest. The attentive staff, particularly Manager Kelly, makes you feel like a VIP, ensuring you have everything you need for your stay. Our favourite service and gold star go to the breakfast box filled with fresh produce from the surrounding area, hand-delivered to our lodge.

Tailored for Enriching and Pawsitive Experiences:

The Ribble Valley offers an array of activities to enhance your retreat experience. Immerse yourself in the local hamlets and explore artisan shops and eateries at nearby Stydd Gardens; we highly recommend the crispy beef salad for lunch—it’s to die for! Alternatively, if you want to take it up a notch, embark on a culinary adventure with a visit to one of Northcote’s esteemed cookery schools, where you can learn to cook like a Michelin-star chef (subject to availability). To add the cherry on top, the staff and guests at The Everything Retreat are genuinely dog-friendly, which is always a bonus in our book! There are plenty of places to walk, and dogs are allowed in the onsite bar. Cheers to that!

The unique aspect of this retreat is its flexibility to transform the space to meet the requirements of its guests. The multifunctional areas can be curated for yoga, reef-making, and fitness activities, or for private dining and corporate events. Additionally, future developments promise treatment rooms and a relaxing fire pit in the gardens, further adding to the beauty and charm of this space.

A Truly Relaxing Experience:

So, whether you’re looking for a home away from home, a corporate retreat, or a romantic night with a loved one, this place has it all. You will enjoy a peaceful and tranquil environment, embarking on a rejuvenating journey in the heart of Ribble Valley. With dog-friendly accommodations, luxurious amenities, and unparalleled hospitality, this retreat offers a unique experience for humans and their furry friends. Embrace the serenity of the private hot tub, cozy up by the crackling wood-burning stove, and let the beauty of the surroundings rejuvenate your spirit and wash away your stresses—just as it did for us. However, with a little creativity and a touch of resourcefulness, you can turn your dream holiday into a reality. One way to do so is by selling your old, unloved watches online.

If you rummage through your drawers or explore the depths of your jewellery box, you might be pleasantly surprised to find a treasure trove of timepieces that you no longer use or cherish. Vintage pieces, antiques, and even broken watches—all of these can hold hidden value and be transformed into cash to fund your much-anticipated getaway.

If you’re looking for a way to generate some extra income, then selling old watches without hassle is the perfect solution. Selling online provide a convenient and stress-free avenue for selling your timepieces. The process is quick, straightforward, and doesn’t require any specialized knowledge or expertise.

Let’s delve into the different types of watches that could be lurking in your collection. Vintage watches, for instance, have a timeless appeal and could have a high value. These watches are not only functional but also carry a sense of history and nostalgia. Whether it’s a classic Rolex or an elegant Omega, the sale of vintage timepieces can certainly go a long way towards funding your holiday expenses.

Antique watches, on the other hand, hold a unique charm and intrigue. These timepieces, often crafted with intricate designs and rare materials, are a testament to the artistry and craftsmanship of a bygone era. Again, offering you an opportunity to convert these forgotten treasures into holiday funds.

But what about those broken watches gathering dust at the back of your drawer? Don’t dismiss them just yet. Broken watches can still hold value, as they can be used for spare parts or even sold as scrap. What might seem useless to you could be a valuable asset to someone else, and turning those broken timepieces into cash can give your holiday fund an unexpected boost.

Now, let’s explore how the cash from selling your old watches can contribute to different aspects of your family holiday. Whether it’s flights, accommodation, or activities, every little bit counts. The money earned from selling vintage or antique watches can help cover the cost of plane tickets for your entire family or secure a luxurious hotel stay at your destination. You can even use the funds to splurge on unforgettable experiences like snorkelling with tropical fish, exploring ancient ruins, or indulging in delectable local cuisine.

Selling your old watches online not only helps you fund your dream holiday but also clears clutter and breathes new life into forgotten timepieces. Instead of letting these treasures gather dust, you can give them a chance to shine again and bring joy to another watch enthusiast.

So, if you’ve been daydreaming about that perfect family getaway, take a moment to assess your old watch collection. Explore the possibilities of selling vintage, antique, or broken watches online. The process is quick, and hassle-free, and can provide you with the financial boost you need to create unforgettable memories with your loved ones.

For less seasoned but no less enthusiastic gamblers, certain platforms offer an opportunity to refine their skills before diving into real-life action. For instance, CafeCasino allows users to experiment with free online roulette using the Practice Mode, which is a great introduction to the types of bets and the layout of the roulette game – before betting on it with real money.

Wildlife Seekers

For a very different type of luxury holiday, a trip to soak up the wonder of the natural world is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Seeing animals such as the so-called Big Five; lions, buffalo, leopards, elephants and rhinos in their natural habitats cannot be compared to seeing them in a zoo. Wildlife retreats in the magnificent landscape of African countries such as Kenya and Zimbabwe have capitalised on the awesome vistas, allowing visitors to experience nature in all its glory.

Animal lovers can access some of the most remote landscapes and tropical wildlife by hopping onto a beautiful yacht to take a leisurely cruise. Consider exploring the protected Galapagos Islands, home to marine iguanas, giant tortoises and the famous Galapagos penguins. Travellers who don’t mind the cold can take advantage of cruises north to see polar bears, arctic foxes and whales, among others.

The world is home to a whole host of lavish destinations that have to be seen to be believed, from stunning, sun-drenched landscapes to the ultimate party scenes. With so much on offer, travellers can take time out of their busy lives to immerse themselves in different cultures and soak up some much-needed luxury, tailoring their trips to experience the perfect holiday.

Have you ever thought about traveling to a country with a climate different from yours? For example, in countries with a desert climate, where it is always hot and dry? If yes, then most likely in the process there were some concerns about what mistakes should be avoided when choosing a car.

When traveling, the vehicle is a key link, because your convenience and safety depend on its choice. When traveling to a country with an arid climate, make sure you have the right vehicle. Because such conditions are the most severe and can most severely affect the car.

What is important when choosing a car?

First of all, fuel economy is an important factor when choosing a car for travel in dry countries. Since there are few gas stations in some areas, an economical car can save you money and keep you from getting stuck. Here are some examples https://renty.ae/types/sport. Hybrid and electric vehicles are also good choices as they save money on fuel and reduce pollution. Even if you don’t own a reliable car like a Tesla, Porsche Taycan, Nissan Leaf or BMW i, you can easily rent an electric car while traveling. Choose a rental company based on the level of customer service in Dubai. High level of service, fast assistance in resolving issues that arise during the rental process, reliability. Renting an electric car is the most economical option. For example, if you do want to lease a car, the Tesla price in UAE starts from $180 per day. This is a low rental cost based on how much you save on car fuel.

Second, make sure your vehicle is durable. Dry climates take their toll on engines, tires and other components, so choosing a vehicle that can handle the heat and dust is important. Look for a car with a powerful engine and reliable tires that can handle bad roads. Also pay attention to the suspension system. This is important as it greatly affects your safety while driving.

Comfort is also important when traveling long distances in dry countries. Look for a rental car with comfortable seats, ample legroom, and air conditioning to keep you cool in hot climates. Also consider the capacity of the vehicle, as you may need extra water, food, and supplies for your trip. Plan in advance what you will need on the road and how much space it will take in the car.

Think ahead about the area you will be traveling in. If you will be driving on dirt roads or rough terrain, you may need a four-wheel drive vehicle that will not get stuck at the most unnecessary moment. On the other hand, if you will be driving on highways and paved roads, a smaller car may be more practical and faster to travel.

Below are the factors you can consider when choosing the right vehicle for dryland travel. Let’s review everything!

1. Fuel efficiency: In a dry country, fuel can be scarce and expensive. Therefore, it is important to choose a car that saves fuel in order to save costs.

2. Air conditioning. A well-conditioned car is essential in a dry country, especially during the hot summer months.

3. Road surface: If you plan to travel off-road or in the countryside, a vehicle with high ground clearance is essential to avoid getting stuck in sandy or rocky terrain.

4. Storage space. If you are planning to travel with a lot of luggage or equipment, a vehicle with sufficient storage space is essential to ensure a comfortable journey.

5. Reliability. A reliable vehicle is essential for long distance travel in dry terrain where breakdowns can be costly and inconvenient.

6. Comfort. A comfortable car with good suspension and seats is essential for long trips through dry terrain where the roads can be rough and bumpy.

7. Safety. A vehicle with good safety features such as airbags, anti-lock brakes and stability control is important for safe driving in dry areas where roads can be difficult.

So, in conclusion, choosing the right vehicle for dryland travel requires careful consideration of factors such as durability, fuel efficiency, comfort and off-road capability. By taking these factors into account, you will be able to choose a car that will make your trip safe, comfortable and enjoyable.

Do you work for a company that rewards or motivates employees by taking them on a trip? And being the head of the HR Department, you are responsible for organising the trip and ensuring it meets the employees and management’s expectations. However, planning an incentive trip is not easy. A successful incentive trip requires effort and careful planning. To help you with this, here are five ways to plan an incentive travel getaway.

1. Find what Motivates Your Employees

One of the main reasons behind incentive trips is to motivate employees. Therefore, when organising the trip, the first step is to find out what motivates them. Find out what appeals most to them, it could be Ningaloo Reef whale shark tours or a desert road trip adventure. You can send in surveys or interview them. Their answers should give you an idea of the best places to take them for the incentive trip.

When asking employees, find out what’s on their bucket list and see if you can cross these off. For instance, if seeing the Northern Lights has long been on their bucket list, you can plan an incentive trip to places where they can see these, such as Norway, and include a glacier tour in Iceland to enhance the experience. Of course, you should schedule the trip during those months when the Northern Lights show up. If your budget allows, you can ask the employees to take a family member or their significant other on their trip.

Fulfilling an employee’s dream holiday is one way to motivate them. The goal is to make them feel valued and special, inspiring them to give their best at work. Remember, the employees are the company’s best assets. Without them, the company won’t be able to thrive, so they deserve to be rewarded for their hard work.

2. Organise the Trip Carefully

Make sure to organise the incentive travel trip carefully to avoid spoiling the experience. Remember, the goal is to motivate. The last thing you want is to demotivate your employees because the trip was a disaster. So, plan everything meticulously, from booking the flight tickets to accommodations and activities.

After determining the destinations for the incentive trip, the next step is to set the budget. Knowing your budget will be a factor in determining how long the trip should last, the type of hotel to book, and many other aspects of the trip. The ideal duration for an incentive holiday is three nights and four days, although it will mainly depend on the budget.

Next, look for a reliable tour company that can manage the trip. While you can organise the trip yourself, it’s easier and hassle-free if you hire a tour company. When looking for a company to hire, choose those that specialise in corporate incentive travel or those with experience organising these trips.

Once you have the right tour company, discuss the trip details and ensure they can provide the incentive trip you want. Don’t miss out on even the tiniest details. Discuss the travel itinerary and the type of accommodations. It should have some free time slots for them to relax between exploring.

3. Choose a Good Location

The location will be a factor in the overall success of the inventive trip. There are many factors to consider for this. If you will send a group of employees, consider a destination allowing plenty of interactions, activities, and immersion. If you are rewarding or recognising a top performer, a luxury destination specialising in VIP treatment might be a great choice.

Accessibility is crucial when looking for the best destination for incentive travel. Ensuring everyone can make it to the trip is essential. Conduct a comprehensive analysis when weighing destination options. For instance, if you are sending them to faraway locations, they may have to take long-haul flights or spend a layover in some airports. You also have to consider the time it takes to travel to their hotel from the airport.

When deciding on the location, consider the time of the year. For instance, Greece in summer can be crowded with tourists, something they might not appreciate. Also, flight tickets and accommodations can be expensive during the peak tourist season, so that’s another thing to consider.

4. Plan Interesting Activities

Don’t forget to plan the activities for the incentive trip. If hiring a tour company, you should discuss these with them. These companies have pre-planned itineraries for corporate trips, so check these out and see if these will work best for you. Otherwise, suggest the activities you want and see if they can include that on your trip. A great option is to partake in a Krav Maga class, this is a unique experience and one that interest plenty of people.

The itinerary should have a perfect balance, allowing the employees to enjoy some luxuries while participating in recreational and adventure activities. Also, discuss the activities with the participants and see if they are okay with them. Again, ensure they get enough time to relax while enjoying the activities included in the incentive trip.

It’s a good idea to choose activities that offer learning experiences to the participants. So, talk to the employees going on the trip and discuss the type of support and learnings they would appreciate learning while on the trip. If they are into culture and history, you can include exclusive visits to museums and art galleries, allowing them to learn about the places they visit.

5. Get Feedback

At the end of the trip, gather feedback from the participants. Note their responses and use that as your basis when planning the next one. Remember, you spent hours planning the trip, so you certainly want to know whether it was successful.

The best way to measure the true success of the trip is to send post-event surveys to those who participated to gather their feedback. Send it out no later than 48 hours after they return. That way, the event is still fresh on their mind when answering your questions.

Consider gathering feedback about the location and activities. It is also helpful to know if they learned something from the activities included in the trip. After completing the post-event surveys, use the feedback to plan future incentive trips. Their answers allow you to be more strategic and focused on what the participants want and need from the trip.
