Girls, guys… lovers… there’s a magical place that we found last week in Berkshire so very aptly (and also not at all aptly) named The Vineyard Hotel and Spa.

Whilst The Vineyard offers copious amounts of wine, along with lovely bedroom suites and a very relaxing spa… alas, it has no vineyard.

Do we even care?! Only at the embarrassment of having to answer the question “Did you see the vineyard?”.

Our night here was really special. We were not only treated to a seven-course dinner, but our experience included a Judgement of Paris wine pairing. This meant that with every course, we were given half a glass of French wine and half a glass of Californian wine, and we had to guess which was which.

The original Judgement of Paris (was a tale from Greek Mythology but in this context… ) was a competition in 1976 in Paris where the judges had to decide which wine was best from the same regions as we did with our dinner. We, and they, choose California.

I’d say definitely book for a night here on the Judgement of Paris tasting dinner. The Vineyard has a very unique and award-winning 30,000 bottle wine cellar (that you can see under your feet through its partial glass ceiling). The staff know their wines. Our sommelier Diego had all of the answers and took great delight in serving us with this boozy, friendly competition. His opening words… “Hello, I am Diego, would you like to play a game?”. Yes Diego, yes we would!

Here, you get the service that a 5-star hotel should attain to, but without the feeling that the staff are to only be seen and heard when serving you. They are very polite, very professional and courteous, but they don’t have to ditch their personalities at the door.

Huge compliments to the chef of this 3 AA Rosette restaurant. Each dish carried it’s flavours playfully through every bite with a key change at each course that made for a harmonious and romantic dinner for two. I took the most down-to-earth Yorkshireman you could ever meet and even he couldn’t get enough… apart from the “raw fish” (1. Oak-smoked Loch Duart salmon, beetroots, walnut, wasabi. 2. Soy and treacle tuna, avocado, coriander and ginger) he couldn’t get on board with that, so I ate both portions!

Relaxing in the room after dinner was a treat. All of the space, huge bed and bath made for two. We stayed in an Atrium Suite with a view over the golf course which meant we had a quiet and private morning after all of the wine at dinner the night before.

Breakfast doubled up as a hark back to childhood with dippy eggs and soldiers on the menu! How could I resist? Yorkshire lionbear was happy with his full English from the buffet. Don’t imagine a low rate breakfast buffet that suffers from being trapped in a sweaty chafing dish (even the name! Ew!), the food was fresh, perfectly cooked with fluffy eggs and juicy sausages… two very happy northerners at breakfast before heading to the spa.

Grab a dressing gown and slippers from the spa reception and head through to relaxation wonderland. Everything you need is right in this big atrium. Grab a bed, drink the bottle of water waiting for you and chill. Hop in the jacuzzi for a bit and then slink downstairs for the steam and sauna. The spa at The Vineyard was light, warm, and calm. Perfect with a head full of red wine sniffing memories and giggles.

If you get a chance, please book a 5 Elemental Aroma Facial with the girls in the 5-star spa. I’ve never felt more welcomed into a space, more relaxed during a treatment, or more grateful of the time to be mindful… not to mention actually glowing afterwards! My therapist gave me advice on my skin care routine as well as having a good old chat about the copper coil!

The Vineyard genuinely deserves it’s rating from top to bottom. When you book a weekend with friends or your partner, make sure you plan out a walk somewhere nearby beforehand because there are no grounds to wander. Other than that though, I’ll always remember my night and day at The Vineyard Hotel and Spa, and I’ll definitely be back at some point in my lifetime.

If you didn’t already know about The Light in Leeds’ brand new monthly film club… you’re sure going to pay attention right now.

Somewhat shamefully, when asked the question ‘What is your favourite film?’, along with Dirty Dancing and Cry Baby out of our mouth falls the word ‘Grease’ (Which actually IS the word, contrary to popular belief)… Of course, there are numerous thought provoking foreign pieces that we could list when asked but why enter into such a conversation particularly when it seems to be asked by Hollywood action movie style fans.

Anyway, back to the point of this egotistical diatribe… on Thursday 28th August you can enjoy a meal at Frankie and Benny’s, walk the red carpet, get papped, receive free goodies (LOVE!) and watch Grease the movie at Vue Cinema in The Light ALL for just £10 each!

And the best bit… go in fancy dress for your chance to win a meal and another cinema trip! As if you need an excuse to dress up.

So with House of Coco as Sandy and a GBFF as our Danny… we’ll see you there. We’ll be the best dressed, biggest Grease attitude all encompassing losers as close to the front as we can get, singing along and miming every single word!

Tickets are limited so get them now! Here’s a few of our favourite quotes to get you in the mood!

“Men are rats, listen to me, they’re fleas on rats, worse than that, they’re amoebas on fleas on rats. I mean, they’re too low for even the dogs to bite. The only man a girl can depend on is her daddy.” – Frenchy

“She looks too pure to be pink!” -Rizzo

“A hickie from Kenickie is like a Hallmark card, when you only care enough to send the very best!” – Kenickie

“You’re cruisin’ for a bruisin.’” -Kenickie

“To you from me, Pinky Lee!” -Rizzo

“You’re a fake and a phony and I wish I never laid eyes on you.” -Sandy

“Tell me about it, stud.” -Sandy

Finding Renewal and Connection at Le Jardin des Douars in Essaouira, Morocco. We have a lot in common you and I. I know this because as a reader of House of Coco you are likely to be the type of person who thrives off being manically busy, even on holiday, creating memories and stories to regale.

But, every action needs an opposite reaction. Please remind yourself that it is vitally important to completely switch off every now and then to recharge your batteries and give your brain a break.

Exploring Le Jardin des Douars in Essaouira, Morocco

I hadn’t sat still for about 5 years before this Morocco trip. The last time I did that would have been a beach holiday with the girls and so my break to Le Jardin des Douars was a refreshing relief that I didn’t even realise I needed.

Arriving at Essaouira airport was a total dream. It’s Moroccan through and through in the design which made the short pitstop trying to describe my job title to customs quite exciting. “creative” “advertising creative” “ad-ver-tise-ing” “marrr-ket-ing” “jou-r-na-list”. Finally through.

Directly upon exit, we found our ride. The private bus just for us organised by the hotel was a glorious start to a beautiful break.

Discovering the Enchantment of Les Jardins de Douars in Essaouira, Morocco

As we travel through the argon tree filled landscape of Essaouira we discover an oasis of domed villas snuggled together within the hotel walls. It feels ever-so bohemian, exuding North African comfort along with a touch of classic French chic.

Les Jardin De Douars feels like a traditional Moroccan hammam retreat, built from that pinky peachy clay that the Maghreb is famous for. Contrasting greenery, palms, botanicals and herbs grow from every available patch of soil around the complex, making for a stunning place to call home for a few days.

One of the great things about this hotel is that, although it was fully booked with families and couples, it felt like it was all ours. Every room is its own little cottage and you feel far away from the other guests in utterly delightful privacy.

Indulging in Leisure and Gastronomy at Les Jardins de Douars, Essaouira

There are two wildly inviting jade-green pools with plenty of distance between them, one for families and one for adults only. The adults-only heated pool is infinity style surrounded by trees and bushes, perfect for a few laps and weightlessness relaxation (… also open late for a moonlight dip).

For dinner and drinks, you can’t go wrong on the terrace. Again you share the space with families and other couples but you don’t feel encroached upon.

The hotel restaurant is 100% responsible for the end of my vegetarianism (sorry to disappoint). Moroccan food is just a total dream. On day one they held a huge BBQ for lunch and the way the chefs had spiced the chicken was insane!

Finding Renewal and Connection at Les Jardins de Douars in Essaouira, Morocco

The highlight of the trip for me was the Hammam. I chose a body scrub and as well as leaving my skin softer than the day I was born I felt a beautiful connection with the female therapist. Maybe it’s because I’m a total hippy and love the female bond but I felt her positive energy and the massage healed me emotionally too.

To say that the botanical gardens gave me life is more than just a wanky Instagram quote. Filled with wildlife, quiet other than the birds and frogs, and all of the world’s vibes radiating from every branch, leaf and petal.

We’ll return. I already want to be there for more relaxing in the sun, pool meditation and exploring. The hotel provides a shuttle to the beach and the medina for some shopping so you can escape for a little while but I’d happily hideaway at Les Jardin De Douars for another long weekend of luxurious solitude.

Return flights can be around £300. Sadly they’ve just stopped doing direct flights but rumour has it that another airline will pick up the route.

Here in Leeds, we’re lucky enough to have a massive selection of gorgeous world cuisine. It seems that Japanese has taken over recently as the top fave and we couldn’t be more thrilled about the addition of Blue Sakura.

Blue Sakura is opposite the arena next to the Pure Gym on the corner. It’s big and fancy with cherry blossom trees throughout.

The concept at Blue Sakura sells it… It’s all you can eat sushi and grill. YES, ALL YOU CAN EAT SUSHI AND JAPANESE GRILL! But the best bit… it’s all freshly made to order and waited to your table.

There’s a rollercoaster of emotions attached to any all you can eat, but this is something extra. At Blue Sakura you get the taste and texture of ingredients delivered fresh every day along with the option of completely stuffing your faces with it.

Since we ate here, we’ve booked a table for a family birthday and my boyfriend and I have decided to go once a month! Ridiculous. But that’s how good it is!

Share this article and tick off which of the following you said when you ate at Blue Sakura!

Book your table online at Blue sakura.

1. OMG you order on iPad?!

2. We can just keep ordering?

3. Right. We need a system.

4. I’m going to be dreaming about that for weeks.

5. I’m stuffed.

6. Shall we have a break.

7. How is it THAT tasty!

8. It hurts.

9. How much more do you think we can order?

10. Don’t test me.

11. This is my new home.

12. TRY THIS!

13. I can’t go out after.

14. Shit. We forgot about deserts.

15. OMG babe look at my belly! (followed by a longing look at the menu)

16. I can’t… I can’t stop.

In a scene reminiscent of Grease 2’s ‘score tonight’ moment, House of Coco recently visited the newest play pen in leeds, Roxy Lanes. (You haven’t seen Grease 2? Watch it… but only half way through because the second half is desperately boring!) Following on from the success of their table tennis and beer pong bar Roxy Ball Room, Leeds now has all of the fun and competition of an actual bowling alley, with the atmosphere and drinks of a Leeds bar and the food of a standalone respectable restaurant. Split into 3 sections, you walk in to face the length of the alleys. Immediately your ears are excited by the inimitable sound of bowling balls smashing their way through the pins in an attempt to strike and win! To the side of the alleys is the bar which has the darkness and decor required to make it feel like a night out in Leeds rather than a teenage pre-cinema bowling session. Just down from the bar is the restaurant area. The perfect place to eat your gourmet burgers, stone baked pizzas or anything else from this gorgeous menu… right in front of the open kitchen, cosy and light. Roxy Lanes is the perfect after work wind down. It’s got everything needed for those that want to stay out a bit longer or those that either need to drive back or have a partner waiting at home with the dogs and dinner! Food and drinks prices are super reasonable, especially for the centre of town, but most importantly at Roxy Lanes you can eat restaurant quality food, drink a nice range of ales, lagers, wines and spirits (and soft drinks!) and do a good old fashioned bit of bowling! Thanks to Pink Gorilla we now know about it and you know about it too… so, we’ll see you there for a cheeky week night out! Eyes on the prize though… House of Coco likes to win! (And eyes on your pizza too because House of Coco loves Roxy pizzas!)

As well as the biggest and best line-up of any festival of the season and it being notorious for kick starting festival fashion… Coachella is also renowned for it’s RSVP parties with unlimited free bars!

Here’s a few that we’d pretty much sell our souls to Primark to go to.

THURSDAY, APRIL 10th

It says ‘In a secret location’… which excites us already and it mentions ‘lakeside DJ sets’ which excites us even more!

This kick-off party is not to be missed with performances and DJ sets, food, free bar, giveaways and activities. PLUS Mayer Hawthorne is performing alongside others.

Harper’s Bazaar Poolside party

There’s nothing about this that we don’t love. A Palms Pool Party for fashionistas means that you’ll be surrounded by beautiful people, drinking beautiful drinks, lounging on beautiful shaded beds. LOVE. We want to be there sipping gently on an iced water intermittently with our champagne.

SATURDAY, APRIL 12

NYLON & Olay Fresh Effects Present Neon Carnival with GUESS

The Neon Carnival is the stuff of fine legend with it’s Ferris Wheels, party games and an unlimited supply of booze.

It’s an actual carnival, a VIP carnival. So, full of VIP debauchery that right now we’d do anything to be part of!

“Every year I look forward to the Neon Carnival” says Danny Masterson (aka DJ Mom jeans). “The first few years had a roundabout set up of DJs that included me, DJ AM and Steve Aoki. It’s fun because it’s a raging dance party and all your friends from L.A. are riding carnival rides like they’re little kids again.”

Oh to be a ‘friend from L.A.’ riding carnival rides like a kid again… with champagne and celebs!

Lacoste’s 5th Annual Desert Pool Party

Well… what can we say about this party? Other than it’s two days long, held at a private estate and has none other than Elijah Wood himself being Mr DJ!

When you think of a Coachella private event with a Hollywood actor on the decks you think poolside cabanas, food trucks, and freebies. And yes. That’s exactly what it is!

Let us in!

SUNDAY, APRIL 13

Cynthia Vincent Brunch

Anything Cynthia Vincent. Anything Brunch. And anything that provides a civilized way to wind down after the mayhem of Coachella.

This is a private, mid morning brunch hosted by the L.A.-based contemporary designer at a mid-century, Palm Springs estate.

Sigh. If only.

Picture the scene:

You’ve both been bending the nine to five rules lately and whilst you know you shouldn’t work late, you get your best work done once everyone else has gone home.

By the time the weekend arrives all you want to do is hang out on your own and make the most of the solitude.

The next weekend it’s a birthday night out and the weekend after there’s that hen do.

When you finally get a weekend together, you don’t want to stay in, you’ve done enough of that. And you don’t want to go out because your blood is now part champagne and part tequila.

This is your excuse to instigate night away together for dinner, drinks, and fooling around in the pool!

Get away from literally everything at Doubletree by Hilton Forest Pines Spa and Golf Resort.

If you’ve stayed in a Doubletree by Hilton before, I know exactly what you’re thinking about right now… the warm cookies upon check-in. If you haven’t, it’s a highlight.

During our overnight stay here, we conquered all of the greats- We enjoyed a sunset dip in the pool (indoors but you get the vibe from the almost-full-length windows), spent far too long in the hot tub, contemplated using the premium gym equipment (but didn’t because, just… no), got envious over each others meals, and enjoyed a Malbec on the sofa in the bar.

Forest Pines, as the name would suggest, is surrounded by acres of lush green land, and although it’s right off the main road (perfect for your journey), you really feel like you’re out in the middle of nowhere, exactly where you want to be for quality time with your beau.

If you both live up North, it’s worth a drive to meet each other there. Grab your warm cookies and your room cards, and head straight for a ‘catch-up’. Enjoy the really well thought out menu where every dish is created with quality and flavour as a high priority, get cosy in the bar, catch up some more in your room, then giggle about it all in the spa the next day.

We’ll definitely be returning, the prices are ridiculously reasonable for a spa night at around £265 for you both. That includes dinner and breakfast, a fifty-minute spa treatment and access to all of the facilities.

Did someone say last-minute Valentine’s getaway?!

Picture this… it’s a typical British summer day (torrential rain), you’ve spent the day outdoors at Warwick Castle (sweaty and busy inside because of the rain), and you’re desperate to feel human again.

Just a thirty-minute drive away sits a stunning luxurious stay tucked away in the scenic countryside between Birmingham and Oxford, our respite from the hustle and bustle of real life.

Arriving at Ettington Park Hotel was like stepping into a fairy-tale, where history, elegance, and friendly vibes all came together for an unforgettable experience.

As soon as we set foot on the grounds, we were blown away by the hotels jaw-dropping Neo-Gothic architecture. It was like walking through the pages of a medieval storybook, and we were totally here for it! Inside, the place was impeccably maintained, creating a welcoming and classic atmosphere.

After an epic day at Warwick Castle, we needed a chill spot to unwind. Cue the hotel’s cosy lounge! With margarita served, we lounged like king and queen, basking in the relaxed vibes.

The super friendly staff were all smiles and eager to make our stay special. In a place like this you expect a level of formality, you will have customers who expect nothing less. The staff offer you the space you need, they’re always there when you need them, but they keep their distance when you don’t. The staff at Ettington made the most of every moment they were with you, making jokes, being incredibly helpful, and they dealt with every table in a unique way.

Now, we LOVE food. LOVE. There’s rarely a meal where I won’t get lost in the flavour. Thankfully, dinner here was the flavour adventure we’d hoped for. The dining hall was nothing short of regal, with its high ceilings, gilded detailing, and glorious chandeliers.

The menu was a masterpiece, offering a feast of mouth-watering dishes. The kitchen easily catered to my gluten and dairy intolerances, so I could savour all of that deliciousness without a worry. I was able to choose almost anything from the menu and they adjusted the recipe, which is a far cry from other places who make you feel like a fussy toddler.

Bed was calling after a bottle of red over dinner and what a bed it was! An incredibly comfortable four poster in the Shakespeare Suite. The room was nice, it had some detailing that gave away it’s age like the huge window and great fireplace, but there was definitely a ghost. In the middle of the night, I went to the bathroom and felt an unwelcoming presence over by the window on the chairs. I’ve never hurried back into the safety of bed quicker than that night!

Speaking of the bathroom… you know when they just get it right? Ettington got it right. Clean tiles, roll top bath, decent products, and soft fluffy towels!

Anyway, after the scary AF sleep for me, we couldn’t wait for breakfast! It turned out to be pure bliss. From all the classics like an English breakfast to a mackerel with scrambled eggs as well as a tempting array of fresh fruits and pastries, our taste buds were in heaven. Again, the attentive staff pampered us like royalty, making sure we had everything we needed to kickstart the day in style.

After breakfast we made use of the spa area with a swim and hot tub, the pool gave off modern Romanesque vibes in its size and shape. Let’s be honest, you can’t go wrong with a spa, and you feel cheated if you don’t use it.

Similarly, if you don’t explore the grounds, have you really enjoyed a luxury stay?

The grounds of Ettington Park Hotel are STUNNING! As we strolled around the hotel, we couldn’t help but feel like we were wandering through a fairy-tale. Lush gardens adorned with vibrant blooms greeted us at every turn, creating a magical atmosphere that felt straight out of a dream.

One of the most captivating features of the grounds is the historic church ruins, which our hotel room overlooked. These ancient remnants added an air of mystery and intrigue that every good old estate needs. The weathered stone walls and arches still stand tall, evoking a sense of reverence for the past.

Ettington Park Hotel is a great example of the Handpicked Hotels collection. It’s a place where history comes to life, luxury is ubiquitous, and the staff make you feel special. The building’s beauty and interior décor give you Royalty, mirroring the splendour of Warwick Castle. Whether you’re a lover of all things luxurious, or simply seeking a serene retreat, Ettington Park Hotel is the one.

Book your stay now at Ettington Park Hotel.

If you don’t know where we’ve been, how do you know where we’re going?

A couple of weekends ago, we dived headfirst into a historical extravaganza that set our hearts racing to the sounds of swords clashing.
We went to the jaw-dropping, pulse-pounding, and drama-infused live event, ‘The War of The Roses,’ hosted exclusively at the enchanting Warwick Castle.

You’ve still got time to go (it ends September 3rd 2023) so prepare to be transported back in time, as they unravel the secrets, betrayals, and heartaches of this captivating and pivitol, period in English history.

Picture this… the grandeur of Warwick Castle, with its ancient walls standing tall, acting as a silent witness to the tumultuous events of The War of The Roses. This epic clash between two powerful houses, the Lancasters and the Yorks, is brought to life in a show that rivals the greatest tales of knights, kings, and queens.

Upon entering, you’re encouraged to choose a side. Fences adorned with white and red roses. The atmosphere is electrifying, as you file into your side of the jousting arena along with your fellow countrypeople, you hear the horses snorting in anticipation. The attention to detail is brilliant, with period-appropriate tents, weaponry, and even a giant trebuchet (which you can see in action in a separate show!).

As the scene begins, the audience is summoned to use their respective calls of “white rose!” or “red rose!”. As we shout, the stage is preparing for a battle like no other, with skilled actors and horses clad in armour, prepared to bring history to life. Swords gleaming, banners fluttering, and hearts pounding – the stage is set for an act of intrigue and suspense.

The performance begins, and we are instantly transported to a world of political scheming and personal rivalries. The acting is nothing short of stellar, with emotional performances that feel incredibly real. The chemistry between the actors is palpable, drawing you into their world, making you forget you’re witnessing a re-enactment (I always wanted to be a theatre reviewer and imagined them reading my glowing review of their skills, so I took this shit seriously, okay!).

Not only is the acting top-notch (wink), but the battle choreography is also a breath-taking sight to behold. The clash of swords, the thundering hooves of horses, and the cries of victory and defeat reverberate through the arena. You can almost feel the ground shake beneath you as the jousting enemies clash.

Between battle scenes, the audience is treated to moments of moving the story on. You are watching a gripping historical drama unfold before your eyes. The political manoeuvrings, the secrets, and the LIES (RoY- we know what you did in the Tower of London! I couldn’t help myself and shouted, “Don’t trust him!!!!!!”).

The War of The Roses LIVE event is a feast for all senses. The costumes lend an air of authenticity that makes you feel like you’ve stepped into a time machine. The music, specially composed for the event, accentuates the emotions, heightening the drama and transporting you further into the past.

As the event reaches its climactic conclusion, the emotions run high, and the two houses come together to create The Tudors. They host a party, and the horses and riders perform tricks and stunts to loud and melodic joyful beats.

There’s no denying that ‘The War of The Roses’ live event at Warwick Castle is an unmissable experience for history buffs, theatre enthusiasts, and anyone who craves excitement.

So, if you find yourself yearning for an immersive historical journey, make sure you get to ‘The War of The Roses’ live event at Warwick Castle. It’s an experience that will leave you under no illusion of the real story, explain how The Tudors came about, and fill you with an excitement you can’t explain.

Oh, oh, and, fucking hell as if I nearly forgot… Warwick Castle has MULTIPLE Costas on site.

You’re welcome.

Book tickets to enjoy the whole of Warwick Castle, it’s like a theme park with food and drink options, places to stay, and plenty of re-enactments.

If you’re thinking about getting back into using tampons and pads after a few years of using period cups or after a break from periods for whatever reason, Natracare is the way to go.

I’ve been a devoted Mooncup user for years, and I must say, I never looked back after investing in my first one around 2012. But over the last four years or so, my periods have become super heavy, causing me intense pain and a lot of blood.

Now, I know periods can sadly still be a taboo topic, but I firmly believe that we should openly talk about them like the monthly realities they are. Most of us have them, and they can be painful and gross at times, so let’s just accept it!

When I had to go back to using pads and tampons, I was sent a bunch of Natracare products to try. I still use my Mooncup, but I needed pads for overnight use and backup during the day. Sometimes, I also prefer tampons for certain activities, like nights out or special occasions.

One big concern for me was the environment, which is why I switched to a period cup in the first place. And that’s where Natracare truly shines! Their biodegradable menstrual products can significantly reduce your plastic footprint. By using natural materials and 100% certified organic cotton, they are doing their part to protect our oceans, soil, and the hardworking cotton farmers.

With eco-friendly materials Natracare products are made from organic cotton and other natural materials that are biodegradable and compostable. Unlike conventional pads and tampons loaded with synthetic plastics and rayon, Natracare’s products won’t linger in landfills for centuries, polluting the environment.

Reduced chemical exposure. You won’t find any chlorine, dioxins, or other harmful chemicals in Natracare products. This means you can use them without worrying about potential health risks.

Less plastic waste than traditional pads and tampons which often come with plastic applicators, wrappers, and backings. Natracare is all about minimising plastic usage, opting for biodegradable and compostable alternatives.

They’re biodegradable and compostable. Natracare tampons and pads are made from materials that naturally break down over time, reducing their environmental impact and leaving a lighter footprint on our planet.

Natracare uses organic cotton ethically sourced from environmentally responsible and sustainable farms. By supporting such practices, they promote a healthier ecosystem and help ensure fair treatment for farmers.

They’re vegan and cruelty-free. If you’re a vegan, you’ll love Natracare products because they contain no animal-derived ingredients and are not tested on animals, aligning perfectly with ethical and cruelty-free principles.

Natracare products are hypoallergenic and gentle (I can confirm), designed with sensitivity in mind. They’re hypoallergenic and fragrance-free, making them perfect for those with sensitive skin or allergies. If you get a shaving rash down there, you need Natracare pads.

My experience with Natracare pads was eye opening. I used to get so rashy from plasticy pads overnight. But Natracare come in various sizes to suit different flows and are incredibly soft. I found sleeping in one to be much more comfortable and reliable compared to the re-usable pads I’ve tried before. I’m yet to find a good re-usable one.

As for the tampons, I must say, I couldn’t really tell much difference between Natracare and other big brands I’ve used. But you know what? That’s actually a good thing! It means you get the same quality without compromising on your values or the environment.

Natracare is on a mission to revolutionise the way we deal with periods. With their organic and natural range of tampons, pads, liners, and wipes, you can bid farewell to plastics, fragrances, and chlorine, knowing that you’re making a positive impact on your health and the environment. So, let’s embrace our periods with confidence and care for the planet with Natracare!

Join Natracare’s Project #BEKIND to be in with the chance of winning a gigantic box of goodies worth over £150 that includes other organic goodies to do better for you and the environment.

“Join us and pledge to at least 30 days of showing your body and our planet kindness by:

  • Choosing certified organic, plastic free and biodegradable products in order to avoid known chemicals of concern.
  • Committing to composting, recycling and reducing your overall carbon footprint.

When you take the pledge you will be automatically entered for a chance to win an exclusive #BeKind kit that includes simple tips on sustainable living, our Natracare leading products and other organic goodies that are kind on your body and on the planet.”
