If you’ve ever found yourself frantically stuffing clothes into your holiday suitcase at the last minute or agonising over whether you’ve forgotten something essential, you might be suffering from Travel Packing Stress Disorder or TPSD.  As someone who used to loath packing (not great when you write for a travel magazine), I regularly overpacked yet still managed to forget something.  However, with a bit of forward planning and some nifty accessories I have said ‘Adios’ to TPSD and ‘Bonjour’ to stress free packing.  Here’s my top eight tips to make packing for your travels a breeze.

Start with a Packing List

The key to avoiding TPSD is proper planning, and a packing list is your best friend. Before you even think about touching your suitcase, sit down and make a list of everything you’ll need for your trip. From clothing and toiletries to travel documents and electronics, jot down everything you’ll need to bring with you.

Research your Destination

I once packed four pairs of heels for a trip to the Maldives to only get there and not wear a single pair.  If I’d done my research, I’d have realised the vibe was bare foot luxury so no heels necessary.  To avoid this, do your homework.  Look at the hotel website and socials to get a feel for the dress code.  Some of the restaurants might require a collared shirt or have a no beachwear policy.  Also check out the weather forecast, this will help you when it comes to selecting outfits.

Pack Outfits

One thing that has helped my TPSD is packing versatile staples for during the day that can be dressed up and down.  Trying to lay out outfits for each evening, dresses and jumpsuits are good options as they take up less room in your case. Remember, you don’t need to pack your entire wardrobe – stick to the essentials and mix and match clothing items to create different outfits.

Use Packing Cubes

I recently discovered packing cubes and have never looked back, they are a game-changer when it comes to staying organised while traveling. These handy little pouches allow you to compartmentalise your belongings, making it easy to separate clean clothes from dirty ones and keep everything neatly organised. Plus, they help compress your clothes, saving even more space in your suitcase.

Streamline Toiletries

Toiletries can be heavy and take up a lot of your luggage allowance so decant your favourite products into travel bottles and get a smart storge holder.  I love the Briggs and Riley Essentials toiletry case, It is translucent so I can pinpoint my essentials and is large enough to hold all of my make-up, bottles and hairbrush in.  The design is sleek, durable and can easily be wiped down if you have any leaks and easily fits into a suitcase or tote.

Opt for ‘Smart Luggage’

I once found the coolest tiles while on holiday in Lisbon, I knew they’d be perfect for my reclaimed fireplace but getting them in the case was a struggle.  If like me, you love to pick up some local souvenirs and goodies you will need to leave space in your case or invest in ‘smart luggage.’  The best investment I have made was in the Briggs and Riley carry-on case with CX® Technology.  This stylish suitcase gives you the ability to jam-pack your bag with everything you need (and want, and then some). But thanks to the incredible patented compression-expansion system, not only can you expand your bag up to 22 percent, but then you can compress it back down to carry-on size.

Don’t Forget Gadgets and Electronics

There’s nothing worse than arriving at your destination only to realise you’ve forgotten an adaptor or phone charger.  I invested in a multi-charger cable that means I can use it to charge my phone, Kindle and speaker without the hassle of packing lots of leads.  You can also get similar adaptors that are multi-use destinations all in one cube.  For long-haul travel I always keep my adaptor and charger cable in my hand luggage, so I don’t arrive at my destination with no juice in my phone.

Use a Jewellery Case

Keep all your bling in one stylish case with the Caroline WOLF jewellery portfolio. Available in ivory, red or black this soft leather quilted wallet with gold hardware includes 13 earring holes, one ring roll, two compartments and four necklace holders with pocket. It also uses LusterLoc™ fabric lining inside the case to absorb the hostile gases known to cause tarnishing. I love it because I can take all my favourite accessories on holiday without the worry of losing it or anything getting damaged.

If you follow travel content creators on social media, there is a very high chance you would have seen the unique town of Guatapé in Colombia. The Rock of Guatapé with the iconic zig-zagging staircase features prominently on the likes of Instagram and TikTok. Surprisingly, the monolithic rock is a natural formation. It takes a short 15-20 minutes to ascend the rock, and climbing the 740 steps to reach the summit will offer a great cardiovascular workout. The panoramic 360º views of Guatape Lake and the El Peñón region as you reach the pinnacle are worth the endeavour.

The town itself is filled with ‘zocalos’, which are vibrant, colourful murals that surround the cobbled streets of Guatapé. The paintings often depict local life or concealed messages about local beliefs and products. This is one town where you want to ensure you have enough storage on your camera phones to ensure you capture countless photo opportunities.

If you want to know where to stay in Guatapé, I would highly recommend booking a glamping experience with Bosko. This is glamping with a capital G. Their ‘tents’, the Mush.Rooms are geodesic structures that resemble globe lanterns in the nighttime.Their concierge service is on par with any 5-star hotel in the country. They can arrange a private transfer for you from José María Córdova International Airport in Medellín. It’s an approximate 2-hour drive through some of the most scenic parts of the country.

On arrival, you are offered a detoxifying welcome drink immediately and this is followed by a coffee exfoliation ritual to cleanse your hands. Unsurprisingly, Colombians are fervent coffee connoisseurs and don’t just use it for drinking but in all aspects of their lives. Next, you are led to your Mush.Rooms, which are scattered throughout the property and provide maximum privacy. The pathways are relatively narrow but thankfully their staff team will assist with luggage transfer. There are three types of accommodation: deluxe, golden and presidential.

If you want a bucket-list experience, I would strongly suggest booking for the presidential Mush.Room. It is surprisingly affordable if you are comparing it to other presidential suites at 5-star hotels. The pièce de résistance is getting your private thermal pool with jaw-dropping views of the surrounding forest and lake. If you enjoy taking selfies, you will be in seventh heaven. Even if you are camera-shy, this is sheer paradise.

The Mush.Room also offers high-speed WiFi, internal heating including an electric blanket on your bed and a fully-stocked minibar including exquisite wines. The dark wood interior is smartly designed and resembles a showroom in a high-end interior design store rather than a camping site in a rainforest. They offer an open-sky shower with luxury amenities from L’Occitane.

For those staying in the other Mush.Rooms, they do have a general sky pool for you to relax and enjoy the surrounding scenery. They helpfully have signs posted throughout the grounds which highlight the animals you might encounter such as the great trush or the sparkling violet ear. There is also a QR code for you to hear what the birds sound like.

Dining at Bosko is a hidden gem, which you won’t read much about even on their website. Breakfast is cooked to order and delivered to your tent at no extra charge. It is delivered in one of those luxurious hampers which you suspect might be floatable in your thermal pool. You can opt for traditional options like sunny-side-up eggs on toast or Colombian specialties like freshly baked arepas with Colombian-style red beans. Naturally, Colombian coffee is served along with an exotic fruit platter selection.

If you don’t feel like heading into town, their restaurant is a superb option for lunch and dinner. They have an eclectic selection that caters for all tastes. Typically, they offer western dishes with a hint of Colombian flavour such as pork tenderloin served with mashed potatoes and a sweet and sour coffee sauce. The dishes are all exquisitely presented and wouldn’t look out of place in a 5-star hotel. For vegetarians, they have stronger options in the starters and finger food section such as empanadas with homemade aji sauce. and creamy sweet corn with cheese and tajin. In your travels in Colombia, you are more than likely to come across their love of cheese. They even enjoy hot chocolate with cheese.

If you want to offset some calories post-meal, they have kayaks and paddle boards for hire free of charge by the lakeside. The vast Peñol-Guatapé Reservoir is a man-made phenomenon rather than a natural lake. It was built in the 1980s as part of a hydroelectric project that powers up to 30% of the electricity supply of Colombia. You can paddle to your heart’s content as long as you return by 17:00, which is when the lake closes for water-sporting activities.

If you prefer the luxury James Bond-style experience instead, you can book a private speedboat tour instead and see more of the lake area. Your guide will show you the famous houses owned by the likes of footballers from the Colombian national team and Pablo Escobar’s former mansion. If you are lucky, you might be allowed to drive the boat at some point during your trip.

Whether you are a nature lover, a thrill-seeker or just want a tranquil wellness break, there is something to offer for everyone in the magical town of Guatapé.

In a world that constantly evolves, so too does our desire for innovation in the simplest aspects of life. Drinkware, an essential element in our daily routines, has seen its fair share of advancements over the years. From the humble mug to the sleek water bottle, the design of containers for our favorite beverages has undergone a remarkable transformation. In this exploration of the future of refreshment, we delve into the latest innovations in drinkware design that promise to elevate our drinking experience.

Smart Hydration:

The integration of technology into everyday items is a prevailing trend, and drinkware is no exception. Smart hydration solutions are emerging as a game-changer, incorporating features that go beyond the traditional functions of a water bottle. Imagine a bottle that not only tracks your water intake but also analyzes your hydration needs based on your activity level, weather conditions, and personal health data. With real-time hydration reminders and personalized recommendations, these smart drinkware designs aim to optimize our well-being through intelligent hydration.

Sustainable Materials:

As environmental consciousness continues to grow, the demand for sustainable and eco-friendly drinkware has skyrocketed. Innovations in materials are at the forefront of this movement. Designers are exploring alternatives to traditional plastics, opting for biodegradable and recyclable materials. Bamboo, stainless steel, and even edible materials are being utilized to create stylish and sustainable drinkware options. These designs not only minimize environmental impact but also provide consumers with a guilt-free way to enjoy their favorite beverages.

Customization and Personalization:

The era of one-size-fits-all drinkware is gradually fading away. Modern consumers crave personalization, and drinkware designers are taking note. From customizable colors and patterns to engraved initials, the future of refreshment lies in drinkware that reflects individuality. Companies are now offering online platforms where customers can design their own personalized drinkware, making each vessel a unique expression of style and personality.

Temperature Regulation:

Whether it’s a scorching summer day or a chilly winter morning, having a drink at the perfect temperature enhances the overall experience. Drinkware designers are focusing on creating vessels that can regulate the temperature of their contents. Imagine a thermos that not only keeps your coffee hot but also cools down your beverages on a hot day. These temperature-regulating drinkware innovations aim to provide users with the perfect sip, regardless of the external conditions.

Multi-Functional Designs:

Versatility is key in the future of drinkware design. Consumers are seeking products that can adapt to various situations and needs. Multi-functional drinkware designs are emerging, offering features such as built-in fruit infusers, collapsible structures for easy portability, and detachable components for effortless cleaning. The goal is to provide users with a seamless and adaptable drinking experience that aligns with their dynamic lifestyles.

Augmented Reality (AR) Experiences:

As technology continues to advance, drinkware is embracing augmented reality to create immersive and interactive experiences. Imagine scanning a QR code on your coffee mug and instantly accessing information about the origin of your coffee beans or watching a virtual steam rise from your hot beverage. AR-enhanced drinkware aims to bring a new dimension to the act of drinking, blending the physical and digital realms for a truly unique experience.

Conclusion:

The future of drinkware design is an exciting frontier where innovation and creativity converge. From smart hydration solutions to sustainable materials and augmented reality experiences, the possibilities are vast. As our lifestyles and preferences evolve, so too will the vessels that hold our favorite beverages. The drinkware of the future promises not only functionality but a personalized, sustainable, and technologically enhanced drinking experience. As we raise our glasses to innovation, we can anticipate a future where every sip is a celebration of design, sustainability, and individuality.

Growing up in Morocco, Anissa Perkins has had plenty of inspiration for her stylish Kaftan business – Kaftan Dreams. Born out ofa love for fashion, and a passion for beautiful colourful Kaftans made in unique prints – Kaftan Dreams takes the traditional ‘Caftan’ and gives it a luxurious flair.

We sat down with Anissa and discussed how her Moroccan culture has influenced her designs, the sustainable and ethical sourcing of her Kaftans- and finally, how her family has become both support network and inspiration throughout her journey.

Tell us a little bit about yourself and your background, what inspired you to start Kaftan Dreams?

Growing up in Morocco, I have always had a love for beautiful, colourful and unique clothing and accessories. This love eventually evolved into a business idea in the form of Kaftan Dreams. My own dream is to create a haven of beautiful creations, vibrant colours, luxurious fabrics — all with my own unique prints.

Before starting Kaftan Dreams, I had a career in fashion that spanned two decades. I had been lucky enough to work for Giorgio Armani in France. I stepped away from fashion for12 years to raise my four children, but my passion was calling me back. This is why I started Kaftan Dreams. Now I can be with my family and manage my own creative business that is all about dressing colourful, strong women!

Why did you decide to focus on kaftans in particular?

Kaftans are part of my culture because I was born in Morocco and was used to seeing beautiful women wearing colourful and feminine kaftans when I was growing up in Casablanca. Kaftan or ‘Caftan’ is a loose long gown type dress that is traditionally worn by women in Middle Eastern countries including Pakistan and Persia as their daily wear.

Today, women love to wear both traditional and western outfits equally regardless where they live. When they want to feel the sun or walk on the seashore , they need something different and cool. A kaftan is the perfect choice for every woman who wants to roam around the beaches freely. Our Modern Kaftans are not only used as beach wear dress or swimwear but can be worn as excellent beach-resort wear too. These are just a few of the reasons why women enjoy wearing kaftans.

Our Kaftan dresses are mostly free-flowing, loose gowns that reach your ankles. There are a lot design features added into the kaftan dresses which include fabulous prints, kimono sleeves, and V-necklines with hand finished embroideries.

Tell us about your bespoke collection?

Our luxurious bespoke collection of silk Kaftans feature exclusive prints inspired by the colours of the Orient. They combine traditional fabrics and craftsmanship with modern cuts and a fresh perspectve, offering a feminine silhouette, that’s both sensual and regal.

Rather than dictating the cuts and fabric combinations, we offer you the chance to select the house-designed silk prints you love most in a wide variety of cuts, creating a naturally elegant outfit that will carry you through each day. We work with many groups of artisans to offer traditional techniques of weaving, embroidery, and prints that are exclusive to Kaftan dreams. All creations are ethically constructed. The respect we have for our collaborative artisans a key priority.

How important is ethical sourcing and sustainability to your brand?

At Kaftan Dreams we want our customers to know where the products come from; as well as how they’re made. As a mum of 4 children, I’m concerned about their future and the planet that they will live in. I choose sustainably sourced fabrics and services because of the impact on the environment, and we also want to make sure that our workers are treated well.

What has been the biggest challenge you have faced as an entrepreneur so far?

The biggest challenge I have to face is to wear all the hats myself; from sales, to marketing, to accounting, IT, and innovation. These are all the number of roles that I have to assume as owner of a new business. I also find myself isolated in my own little space trying to get my brand in a fashion world that is own by giants and managing my time while my priority is my family.

What advice do you have for women who would like to become a GirlBoss like yourself?

Stay authentic and creating something you’re really passionate about.

Despite arguments and contradictions, more and more people across the world are becoming conscious of the impact of their actions on the environment. Many start by developing small habits, such as replacing disposables with reusables, choosing recyclable packaging, and composting.

But if you think you are ready to step up your sustainability game and aim to live in a sustainable home, start with these.

Using nontoxic cleaners

Commercial cleaning products help us keep our household clean. But while the chemicals in these products make our bathtubs, countertops, and dishes sparkling clean. Most of them contribute to indoor air pollution, and can be harmful when touched, inhaled or ingested. The chemicals released into the air or as wastewater may contaminate the environment, while the empty plastic bottles used to package household cleaning products pose another issue by contributing to the world’s solid waste.

Replace your store-bought cleaners with nontoxic household cleaners. You can buy natural cleaners on the market or make your own environmentally safe cleaners using household items. The acid in white vinegar, for example, kills mold and bacteria, and you can use it to clean windows and mirrors. To deodorize an object or an area, simply use baking soda. Lemon juice straight from the source is also a great bacteria battles, and borax is a multi-purpose cleaner which you can scrub walls and floors with.

Installing solar panels

According to Neeeco’s Mass Save Home Energy Audit, One of the main goals of sustainable living is to minimize your carbon footprint. Totally achieving net-zero-energy use at once may be impossible for an average residential unit, but you can aim for this by using residential solar power.

Installing solar panels in your home allows you to produce your own energy and reduce your bills. It provides you with completely clean electricity that you can even make money from by selling surplus energy generated back to the power grid. Solar panels can also increase property value, should you decide to sell your property in the future.

Landscaping

Another great way to enhance your home’s sustainability while improving its property value is through landscaping. Take some dead leaves and yard trimmings, and layer them on the ground to start a compost pile. After sometime, add egg shells, vegetable scraps and coffee grounds, occasionally turning the soil to let some air in. You will eventually have a rich soil that is great for creating a beautifully landscaped garden or a lush vegetable garden, in which you can grow your own food to create a more sustainable home.

Buy used or recycled products

The manufacturing industry is one of the biggest pollutants in the world. When you buy second hand or used items, you are helping lessen the demand for the manufacturing of brand-new products. As much as you can, buy slightly used clothing, old CDs, books, furniture, electronics, and tools.

For toilet tissue, kitchen rolls and other paper products, choosing those made of recycled materials is your most eco-friendly option. Buying used or recycled products instead of newly manufactured ones is also as sustainable as it is inexpensive.

When you choose to live a sustainable lifestyle, the rewards you reap are not only for the environment, but also for your own immediate gains. Eco-friendly options are often healthier and cost a lot less. By implementing these practices in your home, you are providing your family with a lifestyle that is better for their wellbeing and paves the way for a greener future.

John Tuton knows the value of a good night’s sleep, but his mission of creating the perfect mattress, actually came about through a fateful Rugby accident. His ‘Eureka’ moment came when struggling to sleep during his recovery. He asked himself, “Why should anyone wait until pain or poor health strikes to get maximum rest and recuperation from their mattress?” – and why should they? From then – John set out to create the perfect mattress that would help everyone sleep better and in turn lead better lives, and so Mammoth was born.

10 years down the line and John has never looked back since. Today, Mammoth is a leader in sleep comfort, recommended by health professionals and used by professional athletes all over the world. Mammoth ’s Medical Grade™ Foam mattresses has been scientifically tested and proven to improve sleep – and is a testament to John Tuton’s commitment to constant innovation and reinvention.

In our latest Boss Boy Interview – John Tuton looks back at the past decade of Mammoth on his 10 year anniversary. We discuss everything from the early days of his game-changing business, the moments that have stayed with him through the years, and some key advice for aspiring Boss boys.

Tell us a little bit about yourself and what inspired you to start Mammoth?

I’ve always had a passion for health and wellbeing. I used to work in healthcare, providing medical equipment for seriously unwell patients. During this time, I discovered how getting the right mattress can really make a difference to your life. One particular case still stays with me to this very day, and is a constant reminder of Mammoth’s driving purpose to help everyone make the most of life.

I had been called in by doctors to help an elderly patient in a critical condition due to severe pressure wounds caused by a fall and subsequent long period in bed. With traditional prescribed methods failing to help, the outlook was bleak. As part of her treatment, I recommended using a new technology within a pressure relieving mattress and cushion, proven to stimulate circulation and blood flow.

The results were amazing and within a couple of weeks she was out of bed and then shortly after that, she was enjoying days out with her children and grandchildren. The thank you letter from her family was so moving, it made me realise what I wanted to do for the rest of my career.

Around the same time, I was also struggling to get a comfortable night’s rest after getting injured playing rugby, and it led to me having a ‘eureka’ moment. I began thinking, why should anyone wait until pain or poor health strikes to get maximum rest and recuperation from their mattress. So Mammoth was born with the aim of helping anyone and everyone sleep better, feel better and make the most of every day. Now in our 10th anniversary year, we are proud that our award-winning technologies are recommended by health professionals, including the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, and used by professional athletes across a wide range of sports.

How important is sleep to our overall well-being?

We spend a third of our lives sleeping so it’s not surprising that sleep plays a vital part in our overall health and recovery. In modern life, sleep has never been more important. We live busy lives, spend too much time in front of our screens and all too often ignore our natural body clocks, so getting the recommended eight hours sleep isn’t always easy. But it’s a fact that good sleep improves our health, wellbeing and happiness.

A good night’s sleep is linked to learning faster, living longer, higher levels of creativity and performance, lower stress levels, maintaining a healthy weight and attractiveness. In fact, a good night’s sleep is even scientifically proven to extend life.

“We spend a third of our lives sleeping so it’s not surprising that sleep plays a vital part in our overall health and recovery.”

Sleep is also crucial for performance, which is why we are the ‘go-to’ provider for elite athletes and organisations, including the British Athletes Commission. We have several exciting partnerships including with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP), the Rugby Players’ Association and we are the official mattress and pillow supplier of Tottenham Hotspur’s state-of-the-art, private player accommodation lodge, as well as the official mattress and seating partner for the Professional Cricketers’ Association (PCA).

Could you tell us a bit about Mammoth’s Medical Grade Foam Technology and PostureCell technology?

At the core of every Mammoth mattress is our Medical Grade™ Foam and PostureCell® technologies which were designed specifically to help people enjoy better sleep. In fact, these technologies are scientifically tested and shown to improve sleep by the UK Centre of Sleep Research.

Evidence shows that a lack of proper support and overheating are the two biggest obstacles to getting an uninterrupted night’s sleep. So that’s why it was important to us to develop products that help alleviate these issues.

Our Medical Grade™ Foam was developed from healthcare to ease aches and pains, and return people to good health. Our mattresses provide plenty of pressure relieving postural support through our PostureCell® technology, and it is naturally cooling – so it won’t heat up and neither will the user. It’s also hypoallergenic. Our developments and innovation have meant Mammoth are now NHS award winners.

Our mattresses are recommended by health professionals to ease aches and pains, including back pain. They are endorsed by elite athletes, national teams and their governing bodies to help them sleep better, be better and perform better.

What has been the biggest challenge you have faced as an entrepreneur so far?

Life as an entrepreneur hasn’t been easy all of the time. In the beginning I had to spend my life savings and pay my mortgage on credit cards to set up the business. Everything I had was invested into the business and I even had to go on honeymoon on a shoestring budget. It wasn’t just making sure we had enough money to start operating, it was getting suppliers and manufacturers to take us seriously for prototyping. It was a long process and I had to go back to employment for an interim period to keep the business going.

We’ve also had to face navigating a changing retail environment and further challenges when the business plateaued. After re-investing in our brand and message, we are back in growth thanks to strengthening the team, resource and capability, identifying talent and lots of hard work.

Although we’ve had difficult times, the sacrifices have been worth it.

What advice do you have for other Boss boys just starting out?

Back yourself, work hard and make sure you are going into a sector you enjoy, because it is going to be big part of your life.

Be prepared to take a risk and realise that you might no longer be able to have the ideal work, life balance. Setting up your own business is tough, and it will always infiltrate your home life.

That’s why it is important to have time off, so when you do go on holiday, make sure your phone stays in the top drawer and that you switch off. In order to do that, you have to have the ability to delegate, manage and recruit the right team as all of these are essential to running a successful business.

What is a Plunge Bra?

It is an underwired bra with angular cups, and a deep V towards the center. Plunge bras are available in padded and non-padded forms. The angular cups deliver a push-up style that leaves the center of a woman’s chest bare. Hence, it is perfect for clothes with plunging necklines. The contour of the plunge bra gives a perception of big boobs. It helps to enhance the cleavage at the center and delivers a naturally sexy and sultry look.

Are Plunge Bras and Push-Up Bras the Same?

Contrary to common belief, push-up bras and plunge bras are not that similar. A push-up bra consists of more padding when differentiated from a plunge bra. The main motive of a plunge bra is to bring the breasts together from the bra cup’s center. A push-up bra lifts the breasts upwards with the help of padding underneath. Furthermore, a push-up bra has rounded cups, while a plunge bra features a deep V neckline and angular cups. A woman who wants to dive into style, comfort, and confidence must know about the different types of bras available on the market.

Benefits of Wearing Plunge Bras

If the underwear is uncomfortable enough to wear all day, it affects moods and hampers work and productivity. It isn’t wrong to mention that comfortable plunge bras make women happy and confident. Plunge bra cups have light lining and consist of stretchy and soft cloth with seamless underwire. It indicates that plunge bras are highly comfortable.

Natural Lift

Every woman desires beautifully shaped breasts with a natural lift and enhanced cleavage. It is possible without undergoing any cosmetic operation. A woman needs to invest in a good quality plunge bra and render a better shape and natural lift to her breasts. Plunge bras provide natural lifting and bring the boobs together in the center. It delivers a representation of sexy and attractive cleavage enhancement. There is no need for additional padding, and the breasts look natural and more lifted.

Ideal for all Shapes and Sizes

Women of different shapes and sizes benefit from wearing plunge bras. Those with smaller breasts benefit from the natural lift plunge bras deliver. Because a plunge bra brings the boobs together in the center and enhances the cleavage, the boobs appear bigger and fuller. Large-breasted women rely on plunge bras because of the support they provide and the shape remains intact without any side spillage. Since the cups are angular, the outer part of the breasts remains covered with 100% support.

Boosts Confidence

Wearing the right bra underneath a beautiful dress boosts a woman’s confidence and self-esteem. Women, in general, are conscious about the shape and size of their breasts. They often lack the confidence to wear deep, plunging neckline clothes because of the fear of not looking their best. Plunge bras are the ideal solution for those looking to provide a natural shape and cleavage enhancement and instantly boost their confidence.
