IT services in Chicago have become the backbone of modern businesses, ensuring the seamless operation of critical IT infrastructure and technology ecosystems. As organizations increasingly rely on technology to drive productivity and competitiveness, the role of IT support providers has never been more vital. In this comprehensive guide, we will explore the intricate world of IT support providers, helping you make informed decisions that can positively impact your business.

I. Choosing the Right IT Support Provider

When it comes to selecting an IT support provider, a one-size-fits-all approach doesn’t suffice. Each business has unique requirements, and the first step is to assess your specific needs.

A. Assessing Your Business Needs

  • Tailored IT Solutions: Your chosen IT support provider should offer customized solutions that align with your business objectives. These tailored services ensure that you receive precisely what you need, no more and no less.
  • Scalability: Consider the scalability of the provider’s services. Can they grow with your business, accommodating increasing IT demands as you expand?
  • Budget Considerations: While quality IT support is an investment, it’s essential to find a provider whose services align with your budgetary constraints.

B. Researching Potential Providers

  • Reputation and Experience: Investigate the provider’s reputation and track record. Experience in handling similar businesses can be a significant indicator of their competence.
  • Client Testimonials: Seek out client testimonials and reviews to gauge the provider’s performance and client satisfaction.
  • Service Offerings: Ensure that the provider offers the specific services your business requires, from helpdesk support to network management.

C. Consultation and Compatibility

  • In-Depth Consultation: Engage in detailed consultations with potential providers to assess their understanding of your business needs.
  • Cultural Fit: Compatibility between your company culture and that of the IT support provider can foster smoother collaboration.
  • Service-Level Agreements (SLAs): Clearly defined SLAs are crucial for setting expectations regarding response times, issue resolution, and service quality.

II. Types of IT Support Services

IT support services come in various forms, each catering to different aspects of your technology infrastructure.

  • Incident Management: A structured approach to handling and resolving IT incidents efficiently.

B. Proactive IT Support

  • Technology Advisory: Providing expert guidance on the adoption of new technologies and trends.

III. Evaluating IT Support Provider Performance

Once you’ve chosen an IT support provider, it’s crucial to continuously assess their performance.

A. Key Performance Metrics

  • Response Times: Quick response to issues is critical. Delays can disrupt productivity.
  • Resolution Times: Measuring how swiftly problems are resolved ensures minimal downtime.
  • Client Satisfaction: Regular feedback and surveys can gauge overall satisfaction with the provider’s services.

B. Continuous Improvement

  • Feedback Loops: Open channels for client feedback can lead to service improvements.
  • Technology Updates: Staying current with technology advancements is essential for effective support.
  • Training and Certifications: Ensuring that the support team is well-trained and certified in the latest technologies.

C. Red Flags to Watch For

  • Consistent Issues: If recurring problems persist, it may indicate inadequate support.
  • Communication Breakdowns: Poor communication can lead to misunderstandings and frustrations.
  • Lack of Transparency: Hidden costs or unclear service terms should raise concerns.

IV. The Cost of Quality IT Support

Investing in IT support is essential, but understanding the costs is equally important.

A. Understanding Pricing Models

  • Hourly Rates: Paying for support on an hourly basis, which can be cost-effective for smaller businesses.
  • Monthly Retainers: A fixed monthly fee for comprehensive support, often preferred by larger enterprises.
  • Pay-as-You-Go: Ad-hoc payments for on-demand services, suitable for sporadic IT needs.

B. ROI of IT Support

  • Business Continuity: IT support ensures that your business operates smoothly, minimizing downtime.
  • Productivity Gains: Enhanced IT performance leads to increased productivity and efficiency.
  • Cost Reduction: Proactive support can reduce the long-term costs of IT maintenance.

C. Negotiating Service Contracts

  • Service Level Agreements: Clearly defined SLAs protect both parties by setting expectations.
  • Contract Terms: Understanding the terms and conditions of your service agreement is crucial.
  • Hidden Costs: Be vigilant about hidden or unexpected costs in your IT support contract.

V. The Future of IT Support Providers

The IT support landscape is continually evolving, driven by technological advancements and changing business needs.

A. Technology Advancements

  • AI and Automation: The integration of AI and automation is revolutionizing IT support processes.
  • Cloud Integration: Support providers are increasingly helping clients migrate to the cloud for flexibility and scalability.
  • Cybersecurity: With the rise in cyber threats, IT support providers play a vital role in protecting businesses.

B. Evolving Client Needs

  • Remote Workforce Support: Supporting remote work arrangements is now a fundamental requirement.
  • Compliance Requirements: Providers must stay abreast of industry-specific compliance regulations.
  • Green IT Initiatives: Sustainable practices and energy-efficient solutions are gaining prominence.

C. The Role of IT Support in Innovation

  • Digital Transformation: IT support providers are instrumental in guiding businesses through digital transformation journeys.
  • Data Analytics: Leveraging data for business insights is a growing focus of IT support.
  • Industry-Specific Expertise: Providers with industry-specific knowledge offer tailored solutions.

Moreover, choosing the right IT support provider is a critical decision that can impact your business’s performance and success. By assessing your needs, researching providers, evaluating their performance, understanding the costs, and considering the future landscape, you can make informed choices that will benefit your organization. The world of IT support providers is dynamic, and staying informed is key to staying competitive in today’s business environment.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has ushered in a new era of innovation and personalized experiences in gaming. Far from the pixelated games of the past, today’s gaming landscape is a rich tapestry of technology where AI plays a pivotal role. Let’s delve into how AI revolutionizes gaming, making each player’s experience unique.

AI: Redefining Gaming Interactions

The first profound impact of AI in gaming is evident in-game interactions. AI algorithms can now create dynamic environments that respond to player actions in real-time. This adaptability leads to more immersive and unpredictable gameplay, where no two gaming sessions are identical. AI-driven games can learn from your playing style, offering customized challenges or assistance as needed. This level of personalization extends to storytelling as well.

For example, narrative-driven games can use AI to modify the plot based on your choices, creating a deeply personalized story. This technology also enhances multiplayer experiences, allowing AI to fill in for players, ensuring the game remains engaging even when player numbers fluctuate.

Think of games where characters evolve based on your decisions or where game levels adapt to your skill level, keeping you constantly engaged and challenged. AI is transforming the gaming world, making every session a unique adventure.

Personalization: The Heart of Modern Gaming

Personalization is where AI truly shines. By analyzing player data, AI can tailor gaming experiences to individual preferences. It’s about creating a unique journey for each player. For instance, in role-playing games, AI can adjust storylines and challenges based on your past decisions, making your gaming experience deeply personal and engaging.

Now, let’s turn our attention to a specific application of AI in gaming: online casinos. Here, AI is used to enhance user experience through customization. Online casinos use AI to track user habits, preferences, and history of gameplay. This data is then used to offer personalized online casino bonuses, which are more than just perks; they reflect how well the platform understands individual players.

For example, if you frequently play slot games, the AI might offer you free spins on your favorite titles. Or, if you’re new to the platform, it might present various bonus offers to help you explore different games. This level of customization ensures that each player’s experience is as enjoyable and engaging as possible, catering to their unique gaming style.

The Future of AI in Gaming: Boundless Possibilities

AI

Looking ahead, the possibilities of AI in gaming are boundless. We’re moving towards a future where games create entire worlds uniquely tailored to each player, offering unique experiences. From shaping narratives to adjusting difficulty, AI is set to make gaming more inclusive, accessible, and enjoyable for everyone. Imagine AI creating dynamic characters that grow and change based on your interactions or games that adapt their themes and aesthetics to match your preferences.

Integrating AI could also revolutionize how games teach skills, providing adaptive learning environments that cater to individual learning styles. Furthermore, AI can bridge language barriers, offering real-time translation and cultural adaptation, making games more globally accessible. This future promises a gaming landscape where every player’s experience is not just a game but a reflection of their personality and choices.

In summary, the impact of AI on gaming is profound and multifaceted. It’s not just about smarter opponents or more realistic graphics; it’s about creating a gaming experience that’s as unique as the individual playing it. AI’s role extends to enhancing accessibility, fostering community, and providing education through gaming.

As AI continues to evolve, we can only imagine the new heights that gaming will reach, offering personalized adventures that were once the stuff of science fiction. In this new era, AI is not just a tool; it’s the architect of our digital playgrounds, shaping every aspect of the gaming experience from narrative depth to interactive complexity.

Every day, as the sun rises, the television industry introduces new and intriguing content to engage its viewers. For an extensive duration, the means of accessing high-quality entertainment was mostly controlled by cable providers, which facilitated the connection between viewers and a vast array of captivating material. Nevertheless, driven by recent advancements in technology, the traditional paradigm is increasingly approaching its decline. The home entertainment industry has experienced a rapid rise in various streaming services, indicating a significant shift in the prevailing paradigm that is expected to continue without diminishing. Exploring IPTV, or Internet Protocol Television, emerges as a pivotal aspect of this evolution, offering consumers an alternative means of accessing content over the Internet, further challenging the dominance of cable providers.

After conducting an in-depth analysis of the fundamental principles behind IPTV, we shall now engage on a scholarly investigation of the many factors that drive individuals to adopt this technology. IPTV, well recognized for its ability to serve the needs of both media consumers and producers, represents the fundamental framework for the distribution of media content.

Elements of Internet Protocol Television

IPTV fundamentally represents the distribution of television programming over internet-based channels. Although the vocabulary employed may give the impression of intricacy, the underlying principle is quite uncomplicated iptv brasil enables the transmission of media content through the internet, replacing traditional methods of receiving broadcast television signals such as satellite, fiber-optic cables, or antennas. The shift described has been brought about by the convergence of technological progress and a rapid increase in broadband speeds, resulting in a practical departure from the current manner of distribution.

The Implications and Merits of (IPTV)

One notable advantage offered by IPTV is its ability to provide viewers with the freedom to enjoy their chosen shows at their convenience and according to their preferences. IPTV presents itself as a cost-effective solution, surpassing the financial inflexibility associated with cable packages. Subscribers are presented with an array of titles, which are made available at a significantly reduced price. In contrast to previous paradigms, which used cable bundles that enforced a package of programs, IPTV provides the ability to separate material, similar to a proficient curator. This concept involves a paradigm shift where individuals only pay for the material, they highly value, while disregarding any superfluous elements.

The Overwhelming Advantages of IPTV

The advantages of Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) in comparison to conventional cable or satellite television are evident in several aspects of media distribution and consumption. This passage praises the value of media independence, which liberates viewers from the constraints of costly cable subscriptions. The emergence of the “pay-as-you-watch” idea serves as a vital element, allowing consumers to spend their finances exclusively towards material that aligns with their preferences. In addition to its traditional function, IPTV possesses the capacity to function as a novel platform for content producers to attract support for their channels or programs, which may be readily accessed by a discriminating viewership.

The phenomena of IPTV

At the forefront of the IPTV environment, we find the captivating phenomena of IPTV, which is facilitated by IPTV service providers. The comprehensive compilation of channels and programming in this index provides consumers with an exceptional level of adaptability. This privilege allows individuals to meticulously design their watching schedules, effortlessly matching them with their habits and tastes. The diverse selection of channels and programs offered by IPTV transforms the television viewing experience into a highly individualized journey, granting viewers significant control in shaping their entertainment exploration.

Examining the Mechanisms of IPTV

In the complex structure of IPTV, a sophisticated interplay is taking place. In contrast to the conventional television paradigm, Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) operates over an Internet Protocol (IP) network, facilitating the smooth transmission of audio and visual material to consumers. By eliminating the need on traditional cable or satellite middlemen, Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) utilizes a set-top box and internet connectivity to access a wide range of television programming available through IPTV. When the user initiates the command to see a television program, a complex series of events is set in motion. Starting with the user’s device, a request is sent to the specified source(s) of material, which are normally hosted on server(s), to get the requested program.

The Phenomenon of Over-the-Top Streaming

In conjunction with the increase in server capabilities and content creation, designed to meet the insatiable need for television programming, a new age characterized by unconventional television services is emerging. This includes prominent players in the digital television landscape such as Apple, Amazon, and YouTube. The expanding number of television channels serves as evidence of a contemporary era in which viewers have access to a wide variety of information that frequently surpasses their initial expectations. As a result, traditional cable or satellite service providers are gradually losing prominence.

The operational methods of IPTV are deeply embedded into a complex network infrastructure, which includes wide area networks (WANs), local area networks (LANs), and service provider networks that are privately maintained. These networks are supported by the fundamental internet protocol (IP), which acts as the key foundation for the enhanced service delivery of IPTV. In contrast to the real-time broadcast mechanisms employed by traditional cable or satellite systems, the realm of IPTV embodies an innovative approach. A significant portion of the material is stored in servers located in data centres, highlighting the efficiency of IPTV in maximizing content storage and accessibility.

A Contemplation of the Distant Landscape

In conclusion, the narrative of television’s development, encompassing its origins and the current landscape, serves as a compelling account of significant change. The emergence of IPTV, a technological innovation, takes on the role of a catalyst for transformation, substantially changing the parameters of how audiovisual information is consumed.

The advent of the digital era brings about a multitude of options, liberating viewers from previous constraints and inviting them to explore a vast array of television programs and immersive encounters that beyond the previously limited boundaries of imagination. As technological advancements continue to progress, the future of television appears to hold great potential for compelling breakthroughs that can seamlessly integrate the past, present, and future, resulting in a continuous and exceptional entertainment experience.

Blackjack, a timeless classic in card games, has evolved significantly over the years. From its humble beginnings to its current status as a staple in both physical and online casinos, this game has seen numerous changes, adaptations, and innovations, keeping it fresh and intriguing for players around the globe.

From Vingt-et-Un to Virtual Reality

The origins of blackjack date back centuries, with its earliest known predecessor being ‘Vingt-et-Un, ‘ which was played in French casinos around the 1700s. The objective was similar: reaching a total of 21 without exceeding it. As the game traversed borders, it morphed into what we now recognise as blackjack. The ‘natural 21’, or blackjack, was introduced in the United States to add an extra layer of excitement, offering higher payouts for a hand comprising an Ace and a 10-point card.

Over time, blackjack spread across the globe, finding a home in casinos from Monte Carlo to Macau. Each location brought its unique twist to the game, leading to a rich tapestry of variations. For example, in European blackjack, the dealer receives their second card once all players have completed their hands, while in Atlantic City, players can surrender a weak hand and reclaim half their bet.

Embracing the Digital Age

The digital revolution of the 1990s and 2000s brought blackjack into the online realm, introducing a world of possibilities. Online platforms created numerous blackjack variants, offering diverse rules and playing experiences. The convenience of playing from home or on the go, coupled with the allure of innovative game types, propelled online blackjack to new heights.

One of the more notable modern variations is 21+3 blackjack. This variation weaves the traditional experience with the excitement of three-card poker. In this game, alongside your standard blackjack wager, you can place a side bet on the combination of your two cards and the dealer’s up card forming a valid poker hand. It’s a simple addition that adds a fresh dimension to the game. The side bet is lost if your three-card hand doesn’t form a poker combination.

However, if fortune is on your side and you make a qualifying hand, you’ll be rewarded before the standard blackjack hand resumes. This blend of two classic card games offers an intriguing twist, making 21+3 a popular choice for those seeking variety in their play.

Blackjack Today: A World of Choices

Now, the world of blackjack is more diverse than ever. Aside from 21+3, there’s ‘Spanish 21’, a thrilling variant where all the 10s are removed from the deck. This alteration significantly changes the game’s dynamics, favouring more aggressive strategies and offering additional bonuses, such as higher payouts for 21s made with more cards. ‘Double Exposure Blackjack’, another intriguing variation, deals both of the dealer’s cards face up, giving players a significant advantage. This transparency, however, is balanced with rule changes like even money payouts for blackjack and stricter rules on splitting and doubling down.

Each variant brings its own set of rules and strategies, keeping the game fresh and engaging. The removal of 10s in Spanish 21 or the full disclosure in Double Exposure Blackjack not only adds a layer of strategy but also provides a refreshing change for players accustomed to traditional blackjack. These modern blackjack adaptations ensure the game remains endlessly fascinating, providing new challenges and opportunities for players to test their skills and adapt their strategies.

The future of blackjack looks equally exciting. With advancements in technology like virtual reality, we could soon be stepping into a fully immersive blackjack experience, where the line between physical and digital play is increasingly blurred.

Blackjack’s journey from a simple French card game to a global phenomenon packed with various variations is a testament to its enduring appeal. As we embrace newer versions like 21+3, we’re not just playing a game; we’re participating in a rich history that continues to evolve and fascinate with every hand dealt. Whether you’re a seasoned player or new to the blackjack world, there’s always something new to discover, proving that this centuries-old game can still surprise and delight us.

Last week TeamCoco got the chance to discover Ford’s latest installation set on the beautiful banks of London Bridge. The giant six metre high and thirty meter long installation displayed the PRIDE flag loud and proud over Potter’s Field during Pride weekend, and is part of a touring exhibition by Ford in anticipation of the launch of the new Ford Focus. According to Edmund Rogers from Ford’s GLOBE Group, which is an employee resource group for sexual orientation,

“Ford has a strong history of supporting LGBT rights, and Pride, so we’re very proud to be flying the flag in support of Pride 2018.”

After a lovely dinner at The Ivy London Bridge with Ford, we got the exclusive chance to experience the installation ourselves, which was a marriage of incredible artificial intelligence, interactive design, and sheer scale. The installation’s interactive LED letters spell F-O-C-U-S, and uses artificial intelligence to communicate with its audience and ask them the question that we often find ourselves asking – “what is your focus”. Visitors are then invited to send through some photos, videos, and other social content relating to their focus, and the letters will then present a short personalised video for all of London to see.

We obviously jumped in at the chance to get our focus displayed all over Potter’s Field. So, after a quick chat with the artificial intelligence, which was a lot more pleasant and a lot less black mirror than what some people might think. The artificial intelligence took 200 hours to train in order to understand and respond to its users in four different languages. We got to watch our own customised Focus video — care of Ford of course. Not only is this exhibition a clever and innovative way to explore artificial intelligence, it also shows Ford’s commitment to listening to its audiences, and a fantastic show of support for the LGBT Community.

The exhibition is also supported by a range of Ford vehicles, inviting audiences to explore the range of new technology available in the new Ford Focus. London is the second stop on a five leg European City tour.

There’s nothing quite like looking up at a sky full of stars – but sometimes the most magical moments can make for the most difficult to catch on camera. Whether it’s in pursuit of the perfect insta-shot or simply to take us back to our favourite travel memory, here at House of Coco we’re out to capture every extraordinary experience we can. While photography can get crazily complicated, with just a few tips photographing the night sky is easier than you might think. Here’s our beginner’s guide to night photography.

https://www.instagram.com/p/BiD2ahIhqUK/?taken-by=milkywaychasers

1.Switch your camera to manual mode

The settings are super important in night photography, so you’ll need to be free to be able to adjust them manually… (more on this later on).

2. Pre-focus on infinity

Without autofocus, you’ll need to manually focus your camera on the night sky. If your lens has an infinity mark, set the focus there. If you are using a lens that doesn’t have the infinity symbol, try finding a far-off light source to manually focus in on (you can also use the moon if it’s out). Try marking the infinity spot with some masking tape so it’s easier to find next time.

3. Get a tripod

For night photography, you’ll be shooting at longer shutter speeds, which means you’ll need a tripod so you don’t end up with blurry images as a result of the movement from your hands. A collapsible one will usually do the job and is easy to travel with.

4. Set your aperture as low as it goes

Aperture essentially controls the how much light is let into the lens. So for night photography, we need to use a shallow aperture (low f-stop number) in order to let more light into the lens and pick up the details of the stars in the dark (reducing the need to have to use a long exposure). How low your aperture can go will depend entirely on what lens you are using. The most common for night photography lenses is f/2.8, but up to f/4 will work. If you are trying to improve your night photography, it might be time to invest in a wide angle lens that has an aperture of f/2.8 or lower. For high-quality lenses at low prices, Samyang is your best bet.

5. Set your shutter speed

This controls the amount of time the shutter is open – the longer it is open, the more light enters the camera, but the more motion blur there will be in an image. Depending on how much light there is in your photo, you will need to adjust your shutter speed accordingly – typically between 15-30 seconds.

6. Set your ISO

ISO is the light sensitivity of your camera’s sensor – the higher the ISO, the brighter the image, but the more noise (photographer speak for graininess) you will experience. With night photography, you’ll need to compromise on the two to get a good shot. Start with an ISO of 1600, and progress from there. If the image is too dark, you need to increase the ISO. For night images, your ISO will be between 800 and 3200. Lower end cameras can struggle with high ISO values, but you can remain at a relatively low ISO by lengthening the exposure time – which can eliminate noise but increase blurriness.

7. Take a photo and tweak

Every night scene is different, so you might find yourself having to adjust the settings. If the photo is too dark, try increasing your shutter speed. If it is still too dark, then increase your ISO. You might get some grain on the photo, but it’s all about compromise. If it is too bright, drop your ISO. If it is still too bright, then decrease your shutter speed. You can also play around with a torch to light different elements of the photo which can create a really cool effect.

8. Get out and practice

You don’t have to be in some far-flung desert destination to practice your night photography. In fact, of 11 International Dark Sky Reserves in the world, the UK has 4 – (the Brecon Beacons, Exmoor, Snowdonia and the South Downs National Parks) which are all ideal places to practice. Even in built-up areas, cityscapes can make for great long-exposure photos, complete with light trails from moving cars.

2020 is the year of MICRO – Making Incremental Changes to Reconnect Ourselves

A new year and decade welcome the opportunity to evaluate our wellness and identify new ways of boosting our mind, body and spirit. The wellness industry is booming and is set to continue trending well into 2020 as it’s no longer seen as a niche market. People are looking for ways to be their ‘best self’ and want simple techniques to incorporate wellness into their daily routines.

The last decade has been all about going hard and fast with the rise of HIIT and restrictive diets like Keto. But 2020 sees a shift in direction, with an increasing trend towards technology and personal experiences to enhance both our physical and emotional state. Global technology leader, Huawei, in partnership with trend intelligence experts, Stylus, has identified the most exciting wellness trend for the new decade – MICRO – Making Incremental Changes to Reconnect Ourselves.

This new approach to wellness focuses on making small, smart and simple adjustments to lifestyles with the help of the latest tech.

In 2020, hard core fitness regimes will be shunned for a softer and more holistic approach to wellness activities, underpinned by wearable technology to track vital statistics and audio experiences.

MICRO has been identified at a time when the complexities of balancing work and life, as well as the pressure to succeed, has caused increased millennial fatigue and burnout [1]. With new activities like HIIPA, mobile-meditation, micro-dosed nature, sound-baths and recovery-focused studios opening around Europe, it’s clear that a cultural shift towards wellbeing is on the horizon.

Those at the forefront of this wellness revolution are adopting a #GoMICRO way-of-life. Dr Frank Lipman, a pioneer and specialist in functional and integrative medicine, known for his celebrity clientele including, Gwyneth Paltrow, Maggie Gyllenhaal and Arianna Huffington said: “HUAWEI has identified a shift away from the one-size-fits-all approach to wellness – which does not take our individual needs into account. The MICRO trend promotes a bespoke manageable regime that utilises technology and supports a desire for simple, integrated activities that produce real results.”

I like the sound of MICRO, mainly because it appears easy to stick to. I find that when we set ourselves big wellness changes they’re harder to sustain but because this trend encourages small and easy changes that weald big results you’re less likely to give up. MICRO is definitely the way forward for me.

A lot of traders must have heard about the Timothy Sykes Millionaire Challenge and how it has successfully made millions of students in the program. Nevertheless, is it worth giving it a shot? Do you think you have what it takes to get on the Challenge? Tim has been successful at turning the trading careers of his students around, with no doubts. However, should that make him eligible to be your mentor? Before we dive further into the Millionaire Challenge, let’s take a look at some of his astonishing accomplishments.

While studying Philosophy with a minor program in Business at Tulane University, Timothy Sykes made over $1.65 million in trading profits from $12,415 in Bar Mitzvah funds. He further went on to establish a hedge fund to enhance his trading career, which later led to him being featured on “Wall Street Warriors,” a popular reality TV show. Ever since, Tim has published his book: An American Hedge Fund: How I Made $2 Million as a Stock Operator & Created a Hedge Fund, and also created an educational service known as Profitly. For close to two decades Tim has recorded all-round success in his trading career as a penny stock trader, raking in over $5 million in trading profits, while mentoring profitable day traders. A majority of his students have achieved the one million dollar threshold – with some even beating him to his own accumulated trading profits over the years. Amazed about how this notable trader has been able to transform the lives of people, a review has been made to understand what his services are all about and how they can improve a trader’s career.

What Is The Millionaire Trading Challenge All About?

As stated before, Tim has been trading penny stocks for two decades. During this period, he was able to gather valuable insights on how the penny stock market works. A significant number of these stocks are backed by scammy companies with no form of transparency. As a result, there has been a lot of negative impressions about penny stocks, with most traders seeing them as being of no value.

Having noticed the defamation and misleading information about penny stocks, Tim created Profit.ly to help filter the noise and distinguish real profitable traders from scam artists on the internet. Ever since it was created, Profit.ly has evolved into a dynamic educational hub where all types of traders are enlightened on various trading aspects, thereby advancing their trading careers.

With the top tier program being the Millionaire Challenge, Tim has been able to replicate his achievements in the lives of his students. What is the Millionaire Challenge all about? This Challenge is geared towards training and motivating individuals to become the next successful millionaire traders. However, Tim strongly advises his students on the realities of life. The Challenge is not a magical platform where you make a wish. Success isn’t achieved on a platter of gold, and definitely not with idle hands.

Nevertheless, the best place to jumpstart your learning curve and trading career is the Millionaire Challenge. The content embedded in the Millionaire Challenge is far more exhaustive than any other trading service content. This is because it combines two other training programs, plus other amazing features.

The Millionaire Challenge Features

Why is the Millionaire Challenge so unique? Why is it worth a shot? It will interest you to know that Tim exerts all his resources on his Challenge students – in terms of books, video content, webinars, alerts, and many more. As a result, the program is restricted to those students who are dedicated to taking their trading careers to the next level. Tim Sykes takes this very seriously as he doesn’t want his time to be wasted.

Being a student on the Challenge opens you up to various opportunities which include:

  • Access to over 6,000 video lessons
  • Webinars created by Tim and his top students exceeding 800 in total
  • Over three weeks of live webinars from Tim and his team
  • Tim’s Alerts and TimChallenge Chatrooms access
  • 14 trading DVDs with 300 hours of content

Having this plethora of content can be overwhelming for some traders. Nevertheless, each content contains valuable insights into the nitty-gritty of stock trading. With video lessons, DVDs, and webinars, you can be guaranteed a wonderful trading experience and an increased learning curve. Interestingly, Timothy Sykes had no mentor which makes him eager to get his students ready for whatever the market hurls at them.

How do you then get the best out of this Challenge? As a beginner, it is advised that you carefully study and practice the content available on Tim’s platform, before you start trading live. Success is not achieved on a whim. It takes a lot of diligence and commitment to realize one’s goals. Ensure that you digest a majority of the content if not all. That way you will be fully acquainted with how the market operates.

Beating The Millionaire Challenge

For newbies, Tim Sykes suggests a constant in-depth study, whenever and wherever they can. One amazing student who practically applied this rule is Roland Wolf, a 2017 Millionaire Challenge student. In one of the videos, Roland explains how he studied 17 hours daily for almost a year, before finding his place. He significantly limited the time he spent with his family and friends, in a bid to build up his trading career. With constant dedication and focus, he recently made $800,000 in trading profits.

Another notable student is Tim Grittani, one of the very few students who surpassed Tim Sykes, by turning $1,500 into an astonishing $8 million. To date, Grittani still studies and trades as he tries to move on to the next level of his trading career. As impressive as it sounds, Grittani spent a year trading before he could become successful.

With these examples cited, it is possible to become the next millionaire student. All you need to do is take the process with dedication one step at a time. Digest the video lessons and other resourceful materials before you start trading live. Tell us a little bit about yourself and your background, what inspired you to start AISLE8?

I’ve worked in PR for 15 years in large and small agencies, as well as two major in-house roles. Every role gave me valuable experience in the impact that PR can have as part of the wider marketing mix. I was privileged to be fully immersed in the digital world from the beginning, and I saw how a dynamic entrepreneurial young team could build a world-class business. After a year as the Head of PR & Communications at Harrods, I missed that nimble and dynamic approach to PR. I saw a gap in the market for an agency that understood the changing face of PR and communications, being able to bridge the gap between digital marketing and traditional PR. Aisle 8 could do just that, understanding the importance of how PR could deliver retail sales and build a business from the ground up.

How did you two meet? What made you decide to start this business together?

Virginia and I had met while I was the head of PR for my-wardrobe.com and she was the head of PR for Whistles. Two fast-growing British fashion retailers, carving out a unique position in the market with clever, creative PR tactics and strategies that stood out. We were at the same events with our CEOs and often said, we should start a business together. We were regularly pitched to by digital and PR agencies but none of them seemed to understand the nuances of our retail business and how we approached digital in a 360 way.

In 2014, I called Virginia from Miami and said I’m going to resign, let’s start the agency we always talked about. Within a week we had both resigned, drafted our business plan, and registered Aisle8.

What makes Aisle8 Comms different from other agencies in the industry?

We have a deep understanding of retail and e-commerce, understanding how fully integrated PR and digital communications can build a brand. We understand the frustrations of working with agencies when you’re an in-house team, offering a service that goes far beyond a traditional PR agency. We have a track record for taking brands such as Manu Atelier to become a globally sought-after name, to securing retail for DCL Skincare in one of London’s leading department stores.

How do you go about finding the right brands and businesses to partner with?

We have been in a privileged position that so far, brands have always come to us and we have been able to be selective on the right brands to work with. We look for businesses with an authentic story and interesting products. We are storytellers. Introducing new brands, services, and products, so we have to fully believe and be incredibly passionate about those stories.

What has been the biggest challenge you have faced as a businesswoman so far?

Nothing can prepare you for running your own business. I’m very lucky to have Virginia by my side and I couldn’t have done this without her. You know how to do your job as a PR professional, but growing and running your own business — well that you learn on the job every day. The biggest challenge has been cash flow. You no longer just receive a pay cheque at the end of every month. You have to wait for your clients to pay their invoices to be able to pay your suppliers, team, and office costs. It’s the one thing that keeps us awake at night.

What advice do you have for women who would like to become GirlBosses like yourself?

Today’s digital world has allowed us to have a much more flexible approach to work. We all have phones, laptops, social media, and global marketing channels that enable us to market to a worldwide audience with one image or sentence. The opportunity to launch a brand or start a business has never been more readily available. It’s just having the courage and belief to do it. Virginia and I gave each other the courage and belief to do this and without each other, the dark days would be a lot darker and the bright days, less bright.

Any avid-traveller would know the benefits of a good phone camera; and here at Team Coco we all become professional phone photographers during our many adventures. So when Huawei invited us to try out the world’s best phone camera — we definitely couldn’t resist. And so, in the dimly lit basement of The London Edition, and in the midst of Twilight projections lifted straight from Pink Floyd’s latest tour and twilight inspired gin-based cocktails, we discovered the world’s best camera phone – the Huawei P20 Pro.

In all honesty, the Huawei P20 Pro definitely lives up to its name. Its like holding an impossibly light-weight Leica Camera, and with equally easy functionality. This comes as no surprise as the Huawei P20 Pro is actually the world’s fist Leica triple lens camera phone, and with an extended battery life to boot! We put it to the test and tried to capture London’s stunning night-scape, armed with our very own Huawei P20 Pro Twilight Edition.

The results, as you can see, are absolutely amazing. In even the lowest light conditions, the phone’s AIS, or AI Image Stabilisation, captures an image in exceptional detail and quality. Not to mention, the phone’s absolutely incredible 5x Hybrid Zoom feature can literally capture even the smallest detail from what feels like a mile away. (I mean, just check out this photo we took of Tower Bridge!) No blurry zoomed in photos here — just incredible image sharpness and clarity, all without the need for a tripod. The phone’s black and white sensor improves low-light performance which provides more detail to even the darkest images, adding both contrast and light to the picture. Also, the AI Photography Assistant automatically shows the horizon line if needed, and even adjusts to group shot mode to create the best photo composition for your image; while the real time mode selection takes your photography skills to the next level by choosing the right features for the right moments.

And finally, we end with yet another one of the Huawei P20 Pro’s game-changing features — its unbelievable extended battery life. Because only after a week of taking photo after photo, did the phone need to be charged. The AI driven power management system maximises phone efficiency and extends battery life like no other phone on the market. Just another one of those amazing features that are turning the smart-phone industry over its head. Regardless if you’re hitting up Coachella, having a romantic evening, or a night out with the girls – this phone is exactly what you need to get that Insta-worthy snap. Is this the world’s best phone camera? — We definitely think so. So, while you’re out having a look at where to get your hands on the Huawei P20 Pro, we’re taking ours to our next TeamCoco adventure.
