If you know me well, you know that I love a great manicure. I attribute it to talking with my hands. My color of choice is a super opaque white, but if I’m visiting New York, I’ll pick the latest nail design from Paintbox. Sadly, I lack a steady hand, so I usually opt for a trip to my go-to-spot with my favorite manicurist.

Unfortunately, ongoing gel polish can often do a number on your nails leaving them yellow, dry and brittle. I usually give my nails a rest (and my wallet) for a few weeks in between treatments.

Is there something you can do in between nail salon treatments that will give you that polished look at home? You bet! It’s called Dazzle Dry.

Dazzle Dry was created by Dr. Vivian Valenty, a Filipino Bio-Organic Chemist, more than 14 years ago. The system is formulated with a ground-breaking polymer technology that enables the polish to expand and contract with the nail. This means polish stays on longer without peeling or chipping. The non-toxic polish is free of acetone, toluene, formaldehyde, TPHP, nitrocellulose (which causes yellowing of the nail plate and degrades polish), camphor, resin, ethyl tosylamide, phthalates, xylene, MEK and never is tested on animals.

Dr. Valenty, has a vast career in the sciences that includes being a research scientist at the New York State Department of Health and a research and developer at Dupont and General Electric. She has developed a molecule at Dupont to replace phosphates in detergent using carbohydrates and soybeans, as well as developing a patented polymer for GE’s electronics and semiconductors.

This easy to use 4-step system gives you the salon look without the price, time or the harmful chemical residuals. Even for a person who is not great with a nail polish brush (Read: Polish on other parts of my toe and uneven/streaky coats), the number of coats you apply actually mitigates all the mishaps giving you a smooth application. The best part – it dries in under five minutes without the use of fans or lights. It is a long-lasting polish – with a manicure lasting up to 14 days and a pedicure lasting up to 30 days.

The 4-step Nail System starts with Nail Prep, a Base Coat, your choice of Lacquer (150 colors available!) and finishes with a top coat which comes in high gloss or matte finish. The polish can be removed with any nail polish remover, yet I love Remove Non- Acetone – Lacquer Remover. Enhanced with Spearmint and Eucalyptus essential oils the Lacquer Remover helps to moisturize nails and cuticles and as an extra bonus, it smells fantastic!

Give it a go and dazzle yourself with perfect polish every time with Dazzle Dry.

Like so many of us, I have an up and down relationship with sleep. All it takes is a change in routine or something as simple as the clocks going back to throw my sleep cycle into array. If, at this time of year, you find it difficult to fall asleep, you are not alone. As days shorten with winter, our bodies’ circadian network responds biochemically to mark the change and tells our body to sleep more to sync with the external world. However due to modern lifestyles that are so often intertwined with electronic devices, irregular work patterns and more, many find it difficult to fall asleep at night after busy days full of prolonged exposure to tech, especially screens that emit blue lights (like our iPad and phone). Step in Morphée, a non-digital sleep and meditation aid, designed in collaboration with experts on sleep and sophrology (a relaxation therapy) to help improve your snooze time.

The portable circular beach wood device is no bigger than your palm and uses a simple three key system with no screens or digital interfaces, so you don’t have to worry about pesky blue light disturbing your slumber. The first key allows you to choose from one of eight themed sessions such as breathing, cardiac coherence (slowing the heart rate), napping, visualisations, and nature sounds. The second key is a choice of eight training sessions per theme and finally the third key determines the length of each session – either eight or 20 mins. The Morphée was a big hit in our house. My teenage daughter loved it and after one week reported back that it was helping her switch off her normally late-night, busy mind. I finally managed to prize it off her and also found it great for relaxing and disconnecting from the day. The first night I popped it on I went for the 20-minute session, I don’t think I got past five minutes, and I nodded off. Morphée gives you the option of a male or female audio guide, both have that chocolate smooth tone that instantly makes you drop your shoulders and unclench your jaw.The rechargeable battery gives approximately one week’s worth of daily listening, which can be heard via integrated speakers or personal headphones. What I liked most about the Morphée was it is ergonomic, great for sleep but also a good device to help you wind down. To avoid disturbing your slumber when the clocks go back try the Morphée top tips for a good night’s kip.

Turn off technology

Whether it is a new episode of your favourite show, a meme that your friend sent over or a working email that you are eager to answer, it can probably wait till tomorrow. Co-dependence of your phone is the number one enemy for making designated time to rewind your body before sleep. Make a short list of things that need your attention and turn your phone onto “don’t disturb” mode before going to bed so you won’t fall into another doom-scrolling rabbit hole.

Take a hot shower

Numerous studies have lead credibility for warm baths promoting sleep quality. The human body is conditioned to associate colder temperature with sleep, so when your body temperature drops after a hot bath, it will automatically tell your brain it is time for your body to rest. Put on some soothing music and have a few drops of essential oil in the water. Not only will it help you get sleepy, but also helps you soothe and relax after a long day.

Ensure your sleep environment is comfortable

Although it is exceedingly obvious that we should avoid any distractions if we aim to sleep better at night, we often ignore the environment around us because we are so used to our living conditions. Whether it is noise, scent, temperature or even your bed sheets, be aware of your sleep environment so you can identify any potential distractions that will keep you awake at night. Fix it if you need to.

Make yourself a hot drink

While a large meal before bed is probably going to make you toss and turn, a hot beverage is a tried-and-true method to help you feel relaxed and calm at night. There is a plethora of drinks with different active ingredients that can help induce melatonin at night too. Be it milk, hot Cocoa, chamomile tea or just water, enjoy a warm drink but make sure it doesn’t contain any caffeine or irritants, otherwise your relaxation beverage will do exactly the opposite.

Incorporate meditation to your bedtime routine

Sometimes the best way to stop a racing mind is not trying to steer away all your thoughts but rather being mindful about it. For beginners, using guided audio sessions is an easy and economical way to start the meditation journey.

Morphée is available online and at Selfridges priced at £79.99

  • Allowing the body time to rest and recharge

It is these fundamentals on which their retreats are formed, making holistic health and wellbeing a part of your everyday reality.

The Coaches

Aimee Victoria Long is a celebrity PT with a focus on Pilates and Barre. Expect to be put through your paces with intense workouts that focus on your primary and smaller muscle groups designed to redefine your body.

Lucy Raetz-O’Connell is a registered nutritionist and PT with a focus on Pilates, functional training and mobility. She believes in the importance of fuelling the body through the principles of healthy eating, alongside regular and consistent movement.

The Location

OMNI Wellness Retreats are held in the most idyllic of locations from Jamaica to Kenya, but Team Coco were invited to try out their luxury retreat in the charming Cotswolds.

Held in the stunning surroundings of The Lakes by YOO in the heart of the Cotswolds, this UK retreat has you feeling as though you’ve boarded a plane to somewhere sublime.

The 850-acre sustainable estate is a mere 90 minutes from London and features vast lakes of crystal-clear waters, lush greenery, bewitching woodland, a farm for rescued animals and endless rewilding areas. In the style of ‘Swallows and Amazons’ it really is the ultimate natural playground.

There’s the choice to stay in the magnificent Manor House where lakeside luxury meets countryside chic and is brimming with swoon-worthy interiors. For those who prefer to have a place to themselves, book into one of the private lakeside cabins for the ultimate Cotswolds escape.

The Workouts

Each day includes two fitness classes, as well as the option to take advantage of personalised PT sessions with any of the coaches and a range of activities throughout The Lakes.

We warmed up for the retreat with a bike tour of The Lakes not long after we arrived. This was the perfect way to get our bodies moving and ready for a fitness retreat while checking out our surroundings.

Aimee kicked things off the next day with an hour-long Barre class, and boy, did we feel the burn!! We all gathered in the living room of The Manor as the sun rose and worked on those smaller muscle groups that don’t usually get activated.

Afterwards, we headed to one of the freshwater lakes for a morning swim and some breathwork with Josh which was the perfect way to cool down (literally!) after feeling the burn of Barre.

In the afternoon we headed out with Amber (one of The Lakes instructors) for a stand-up paddle boarding session on another of the lakes. Whether you’re new to SUP or a seasoned pro, Amber will guide you through a fantastic session that proves to not only be a full body workout, but also a great tonic for the soul.

Before we devoured dinner, Josh took us through a strength and conditioning session in a HIIT style format out on the decked area by the swimming pool. It was a great way to end the day, leaving us feeling strong and reenergised.

The third day began with a Pilates and mobility session led by Lucy. Not only did this help us to loosen off sore muscles from the previous day, but it placed us in the right headspace for another day full of activity.

We met with Amber again, but this time to learn how to rock climb! Learning a new activity is not only great for the body, but it will do wonders for your mindset when you tackle a skill you haven’t tried before.

Each workout that OMNI provide are discussed in detail before in order to be able to tailor it to the group and get the most out of a session. Should you feel like you want to go one step further, all of the coaches are on hand to provide personal training sessions in whatever style of workout you fancy. If you don’t feel like working out that day, that’s fine – the retreat is for you to do as you please.

The Cuisine

As per OMNI’s philosophy, it’s important to fuel the body through correct nutrition, which is why you’ll be fed a rainbow of local produce during your stay.

Before the retreat you’ll be sent an in-depth questionnaire all about your dietary requirements, including specific likes and dislikes meaning they can tailor the foodie fare to you.

During the retreat, expect breakfast feasts, long lunches, and delicious dinners of delectable dishes all carefully prepared by an expert chef and specialist nutritionists.

It’s hard to recall what we had without instantly salivating and wishing desperately to devour it all over again.

Breakfast was a buffet style affair set upon the credenza of options such as fresh tortilla, banana pancakes, bowls of berries and stacks of pastries served with local preserves.

Lunch always included lots of colours in a bounty of salads to keep things light and nutritional ahead of an afternoon of activity.

Dinners were a set three courses including dishes such as delicately made haddock fishcakes, the most delicious aubergine ‘meatballs’ I’ve ever tasted and a dark chocolate mousse so heavenly it could have been sent by the gods.

Expect a cooking class on one of the days where you can then tuck into your culinary creations in a scenic setting by the lakeside.

The Downtime

It’s sometimes the expectation that fitness retreats are going to be jampacked, leaving you very little time to catch your breath. But not this one. As OMNI’s philosophy is all about wellness, the team have made sure that there are multiple opportunities throughout each day for some time to do as you please.

What this looks like is up to you. You could take a dip in the jacuzzi, find a hidden nook to cosy up with a good book, or sink into one of the sofas as you challenge someone to a game of chess. Like us, you may prefer to get to know your fellow retreaters better or take a nap in your beautifully designed bedroom.

If you can’t rest, there’s plenty to explore at The Lakes and multiple ways to do so, whether you go for a ramble, jump on a bike, call for a chauffeured car or even take to the lake in a boat. Guests can visit the on-site spa, have a wiz on the zip line, say hello to the farm animals or sneak over to elsa’s for a cheeky glass of wine. The options are endless.

The Verdict

The retreat left us with one qualm, and that’s that we didn’t get to stay here longer. Really, it’s an ideal amount of time, but as the place is so perfect, and the programme designed so well, we could have quite happily done a week or more here.

As like most people, thanks to the fast-paced, modern age we live in, we entered the retreat feeling frazzled and frantic from our everyday lives, but quickly came to feel recharged and reenergised, leaving with a desire to rethink our normal routines.

We left (albeit resultantly) feeling as though all aspects of ourselves had been well-tended to. The workouts left us feeling stronger, the food made us feel nourished and the natural surroundings had us feeling grounded.

And that’s the beauty of an OMNI Wellness Retreat – it stays with you far after you’ve left it behind.

Award-winning five-star Relais & Châteaux hotel and spa, Cliveden House needs no introduction. This stunning, majestic manor house sits surrounded by perfectly manicured gardens on the edge of the river Thames and is the perfect countryside retreat to relax and reset. I was invited to their iconic spa to check out their new residency with sustainable skincare brand, Proverb and experience a signature treatment.

With a background in elite sports, nutrition and health, Proverb founders, Kirstie and Luke Sherriff are on a mission to deliver truly clean wellbeing products that work. The range includes refillable deodorant, hand sanitiser and their hero skincare which is showcased as part of their exclusive residency at Cliveden Spa. The couple have applied their passion for sustainable living and knowledge of sports wellness to create a unique spa experience that uses stretching and toning to create a workout for your skin.

From the moment I arrive at Cliveden I am wrapped in an envelope of zen. The grounds are a tranquil oasis, blooming with autumnal colours. I instantly unwind and after a warm welcome from the Proverb team, head to the spa. Set within a secluded walled garden, screened by mellow brick walls covered in scented roses, the spa includes an indoor pool, gym, sauna and steam, and a relaxing orangery-style room with views of the outdoor pool. My morning comprises of reading my book and hopping between the outdoor pool and hot tub.

Post swim I experienced the Proverb Skin Workout Facial. This 60-minute treatment is a specially devised high-performance skin workout like no other. I settle on the bed while the Ibiza beach club tunes fill the treatment room, a pleasant alternative to the usual generic whale music piped out in spa’s. My therapist starts by checking my range of movement with a few stretches and gentle neck rotations. She goes on to warm and prep the skin ready for the cardio section of this facial with a double cleanse and exfoliation using active natural and organic ingredients – proteins, antioxidants and enzymes formulated for lab proven results. We then move on to the workout which uses massage movements that mimic a HIIT class. The therapist’s expert hands dance across my face and neck delivering facial push presses and skipping movements. Ice globes and Gua Sha tools get to work on plumping my face, strengthening my muscles, and lifting my jowls. The energetic movements are invigorating yet surprisingly relaxing. As the face cardio comes to an end, I’m treated to a head massage.I sink further into the bed and notice not only do the products smell amazing they are delicate on my sensitive skin. My therapist finishes by checking on my range of movement, repeating the earlier assisted stretches.I am less stiff and flexible than I was before my treatment. My skin is left feeling soft and plump, a patch of dryness I’d noticed in the morning has also disappeared.I spend the journey home checking out my post-facial glow in the car mirror. I can confirm that this exclusive spa residency is going to be a HIIT.

The Proverb spa offering at Cliveden House will include a Spa Day Package and three Skin Workout Facials. Proverb Spa Days are available Monday – Wednesday from £330pp. Proverb Skin Workout Facials are available Monday – Thursday from £100pp and Friday – Sunday £120pp.

The Concept

Known as the world series of fitness racing, HYROX bridges the gap between traditional endurance events and functional fitness, allowing everyday gym goers something to train for. So, whether you’re a CrossFit fanatic, HIIT lover, race runner or general gym lover then HYROX is the event for you.

During the race, athletes wear a timing chip around their ankle which provides individuals with their finishing time. Not only does this data allow participants to check their time against others competing, but it also breaks down your times for each segment – showing where you excel and maybe need to improve in each part.

You can compete in as many HYROX races as you wish, and at the end of each season HYROX hold the World Championships with 2022 taking place in no other than Las Vegas!

Do you ever feel like you’re always living in the future or the past? If so, you’re not alone. Most of us are guilty of spending too much time living in our heads. We’re constantly worrying about the past or the future, and we rarely take the time to just enjoy the present moment. This can have a negative impact on both our physical and mental health. In this article, we will discuss how practicing being present in the moment can benefit both your physical and mental health!

1) Reduce Stress and Anxiety

Living in the present can help reduce stress and anxiety. When we’re constantly worrying about the past or future, it can cause a lot of stress and anxiety. For example, if you’re constantly worrying about an upcoming test, you’re not going to be able to focus on the present moment. This can lead to a lot of unnecessary stress and anxiety. However, if you take the time to live in the present moment, you’ll be able to reduce your stress and anxiety levels.

And there are many ways to practice being present in the moment. Meditation, for example, as stated by the spiritual professionals from the Science of Identity Foundation, is an excellent way to practice being present. “When you meditate, you become more aware of your thoughts and feelings, and you learn to let them go. This can help you feel less stressed and anxious.”

2) Improve Concentration and Focus

When you’re able to focus and concentrate on the task at hand, you’re able to get more done in a shorter amount of time. This is because you’re not wasting time being distracted by other things that are happening around you. Focusing and concentrating can also help improve your memory because you’re taking in more information and retaining it better. But, it is only possible to focus if you’re present in the moment. If your mind is constantly wandering, it’ll be very difficult to concentrate on anything.

Practicing being present can help improve your focus and concentration because it allows you to train your brain to pay attention to what’s happening in the present moment. Once you get better at being present, it’ll become easier to focus and concentrate on tasks. As a result, you’ll be more productive and efficient. So, if you want to improve your focus and concentration, start by practicing being present in the moment. It may take some time to get used to it, but it’ll be worth it in the end.

3) Feel More Relaxed and at Peace

When we’re constantly living in the future or past, we’re rarely at peace. We’re always worrying about something or other, which can cause a lot of tension and anxiety.  But, when we’re present in the moment, we don’t have to worry about anything because we’re not thinking about the future or past. We’re just focusing on what’s happening right now. As a result, we can feel more relaxed and at peace.

If you want to feel more relaxed and at peace, start by practicing being present in the moment. For example, when you’re taking a walk, pay attention to the sensations of your feet hitting the ground and the smell of the air. If your mind starts to wander, gently bring it back to the present moment. With time and practice, you’ll be able to train your mind to stay in the present moment more often. And as a result, you’ll feel more relaxed and at peace.

4) Increase Happiness Levels

When we’re focused on the present moment, we’re able to appreciate the good things that are happening in our lives. We’re not constantly worrying about the future or dwelling on the past. Instead, we’re able to enjoy the moment and be grateful for what we have. This can lead to an increase in happiness levels.

You might not be able to notice it at first, but if you practice being present in the moment, you’ll start to see a difference in your happiness levels. So, if you’re looking for a way to be happier, try practicing being present in the moment. It’s a simple change that can make a big difference in your overall happiness.

5) Improve Physical Health

Did you know that being present in the moment can also help improve your physical health? When we’re constantly living in our heads, it takes a toll on our bodies. We tend to hold our tension in our shoulders and neck, which can lead to headaches and migraines. In addition, it can also cause stomach problems like ulcers. But, when we’re present in the moment, we’re more aware of our bodies and we can relax. As a result, it can help reduce tension headaches and migraines, as well as improve digestion.

So, if you’re looking for a way to improve your physical health, start by practicing being present in the moment. Yoga, meditation, and deep breathing are all great ways to become more present. With time and practice, you’ll start to see a difference in your physical health.

6) Build Better Relationships With Others

Last but not least, being present can also help you build better relationships with others. When we’re constantly living in our heads, we’re not really present in the conversation. We might be thinking about what we’re going to say next or what we should have said. As a result, we’re not really listening to the other person. On the other hand, when we’re present in the moment, we’re able to listen and connect with the other person on a deeper level. We’re also more likely to remember what they say because we’re paying attention.

So, if you want to build better relationships with others, start by practicing being present in the moment. The next time you’re talking to someone, really listen to what they’re saying. Don’t think about what you’re going to say next. Just be in the moment and enjoy the conversation.

Being present in the moment has a lot of benefits, both for your mental and physical health. If you’re looking for a way to relax and be happier, try practicing being present in the moment. With time and practice, you’ll start to see a difference in your overall well-being.

Most of the decisions we make in our day-to-day lives are made, not using reason and logic, but intuition. Most of us instinctively know what we’d like to order when we pick up a restaurant menu – but gut feeling applies even in areas of life where there’s no actual digestion involved.

Some of us know when to trust our gut feelings, and when to ignore them. For others, however, this can be a bit of a problem. An over reliance on analysis and brainpower can lead to paralysis, most commonly observed in the phenomenon of ‘overthinking’.

There are a few strategies we might employ to hone our gut feelings, and to learn to listen to them.

Instincts

In many cases, we’re able to observe patterns in the world around us and realise that something is wrong, even if we don’t know the exact reason. You might have had the experience of walking out of the front door in the morning, realising that something is amiss, and after a moment spent casting your eye about, deduced that you’ve forgotten to put out the bin.

Sometimes, these situations might be more consequential. In a medical context, for example, you might come away from a hospital appointment feeling that your situation hasn’t quite been resolved properly. This is how many hospital negligence claims get started.

Drowning out the noise

In many cases, we don’t listen to our instincts because we can’t hear them. When there’s a problem in our lives, we reach out to those around us in search of guidance. If you’re wondering what colour to paint your bedroom, we might ask friends, family and colleagues – everyone, in other words, apart from the person who’ll actually be sleeping in the bedroom.

You might spend inordinate amounts of time scrolling through Netflix, and never settle on something to watch. This is an example of the same phenomenon – except it’s an algorithm offering you suggestions. The solution is the same: stop scrolling, take a moment, and go with your gut.

Practice

Listening to and channelling a gut feeling, is something that takes a great deal of practice. But once you’ve gotten into the habit of it, you might find that it comes more easily. The secret is to notice when there’s a gut feeling coming up.

Undoubtedly the most effective way to do this is with the help of deliberate mindfulness. There are a number of apps, books and classes that will help you to get started with this. Schedule a daily practice and stick to it for a week, and then a month, and then a year. You’ll notice the difference!

The French Alps have been renowned as a skiing destination for decades but the destination is equally desirable outside of the winter season. I visited Serre Chevalier Vallée Briançon recently for a digital detox and discover the healthy benefits of visiting this region. What often confuses people is there isn’t an actual town of Serre Chevalier, the area is made up of Briançon and a series of connecting towns. I stayed at the commune of Le Monêtier-Les-Bains noted for its dramatic alpine skyline, visible glaciers and unspoilt greenery.

For a tiny village, there is surprisingly plenty of activities to enjoy. The region has been renowned for the healing powers of its hot springs since the 4th century AD. You can soothe those aching muscles too at the stupendous Grands Bains du Monêtier. Their outdoor pool has panoramic views of Serre Chevalier Vallée. The water is naturally hot and comes out of the source at 44°C. They have jacuzzis, hammams, aqua beds and every -iums imaginable like a frigidarium. If you want a more exclusive experience, make sure you book for the Romano-Irish baths. And for the gentleman, make sure you bring swimming speedos as swimming shorts are not allowed.

Nearby is the starting point for a whitewater rafting experience with Jour de raft. This is the kind of thrilling, adrenaline-pumping experience that is suitable whether you are 8 or 80. The key is having qualified guides who can help you navigate the trickier parts of the wild and unspoilt rivers. It is the best way to admire the scenic surroundings, breathe in the alpine air and feel the crystal clear water melting from the glaciers.

Another way to appreciate the great outdoors is a fauna and flora, yoga and meditation excursion with Rando Zen. Rachel is a knowledgeable local who knows every nook and cranny of this ecosystem. She can explain to you which plants and fruits are edible and beneficial and which ones to avoid whilst taking you to remote destinations to achieve some “me time”. There is no better place to practise meditation and yoga than in the natural surroundings of Serre Chevalier.

There are also plenty of activities that are cost-free such as a picturesque hike to the likes of Lac de l’Oule. You might be thousands of metres above sea level, but they have hikes for all abilities even if you have acrophobia as they also offer gentler trails. The area was also famously featured recently in Stage 12 of the Tour de France, which is unsurprising given how popular cycling is in the region.

With countless calorie-sapping adventures, you might be wondering where can you find some hearty sustenance. You’ll be surprised at how many hearty options there are in the little village of Le Monêtier-Les-Bains. Fine dining lovers should make a beeline for restaurant le 16âme. The word bistronomy perfectly encapsulates what they offer: haute cuisine offered in a relaxed bistro-style environment. Think foie gras with rhubarb confit and strawberry in a Scandi-style minimalist restaurant. Chef Julien Momon trained with the likes of 3-Michelin starred Christophe Bacquié so you are getting refined dining without the exorbitant prices. Everything is sourced ultra-locally, so their duck is from Ferme des Guibertes in Monêtier Les Bain. Free-range eggs are from his father’s farm in La Salle Les Alpes.

If you are looking for quirkier options, then Le Stabatio at Le Monêtier hôtel is the place to be. It’s one of the few places that doesn’t focus solely on classic French cuisine, so you get the likes of deconstructed tuna and wakame sushi and veal gyros with chickpeas, white sauce and harissa. You might be high up in the Alps, but it doesn’t mean you can’t sample top-quality seafood. At the restaurant La Table du Cairn, they adore their seafood dishes. Salmon gravadlax is as fresh as you would expect from a seafood restaurant on the coastline and you can try a more unusual offering in the shape of tuna ravioli.

Finally, no trip to this region is complete without visiting the old town of Briançon, a charming UNESCO World Heritage city fortified by Vauban. The picturesque old town with multi-coloured facades is a well and truly hidden gem in France. The charming, narrow cobbled streets, the quaint Place d’Armes square along with the fountains and sundials and the scenic backdrop gives the town that ethereal quality like it belongs to another era.

When you are looking to purchase vaporizers for wellness, there are some things you need to take into consideration. If you are new to vaping, you need to take your time to ensure that you get a setup that works for you. Making the right purchases and getting the right setup is crucial, especially if you want to get as much out of vaping as you can. You can get Arizer solo 2 or any other type of vaporizer online these days. So with this in mind, what should you start thinking about?

Aromatherapy Effects of Dry Herbs

When it comes to wellness vaporizers, you want to focus on heating dry herbs instead of burning a dry herb. You will focus more on heating the herb and extracting the flavor, and this is why you need a vaporizer that can get up to the required temperature. The aroma that you get from heating dry herbs as opposed to burning them can give your space a calming and tranquil feeling and can help you feel more relaxed. You may also find that aroma and aromatherapy can help you sleep a little better too.

Buying From Verified Sources

When you are purchasing vaporizers and accessories for wellness, it is crucial that you only buy from verified and reputable sources. To check that a source has a positive reputation, always take time to check out previous reviews. See what customers have had to say, and see what they think about the quality on offer. If you purchase from less than reputable sources, you could be purchasing sub-standard products and ultimately putting your health at risk.

Dry Herb Vaporizers

When you are looking specifically at purchasing vaporizers for wellness, you will want to look at getting a Nectar Gold Dry Herb Vaporizer and not just a regular vaporizer. This is because you want to be sure that you can heat and not burn the dry herbs that you use. Investing in a high-quality vaporizer is important as you want it to be reliable and you want it to last.

Purchasing Good Quality Equipment

To get the most out of dry herb vaping, you want to invest in the right equipment. In your search, you will find that lots of vaporizers are made out of plastic. These are not overly hard-wearing, and they can often jeopardize the experience you get. On the list of equipment that you may wish to purchase is a Roisin press. By purchasing a press, you can press and produce the dry herbs that you want when you want them.

Using Your Vaporizer on the Go

Your wellness does not just come to a complete stop when you leave the house, and this is something you must remember. You can buy static vaporizers that can stay in the home and perhaps be used in a well-being space. However, you can also get vaporizers for wellness that can be used on the go. This means that when you are feeling stressed or ready for a break, you can enjoy dry herb vaping to suit.
